This is to show my sincere love and appreciation for those who I know or who know me.

Ode to Family and Friends.

By Carl Blessing/Murphy Slaugh

To all my family and friends,

Whether human or of fur.

I love you so very much.

Of that you can be sure.

I appreciate you every one

Being a part of my day.

I don't do this very often

But I just want to say.

I couldn't have made it this far,

Though we may be far apart.

I love you all whoever you are,

From the bottom of my heart.

I know sometimes I may seem distant,

And sometimes you I may forget.

But as far as knowing each of you,

That's something I don't regret.

I ask that God may give me this one wish,

Before my last day is through,

That somehow and some time I'd get to see,

Each and every one of you.

I couldn't have made it nearly this far,

Though we may be far apart.

I love you all for who you are,

From the bottom of my heart.

Know that I am here for you,

Though busy I may be.

I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers,

And hope one day that you can see...

I couldn't have made it nearly this far,

Though we may be far apart.

I love you all for who you are,

From the bottom of my heart.
