Im not really big on authors notes ^^; But here is chapter 3 Hope you guys like it and please feel free to criticize on what you think is good or bad about "Changes of the eclipse" dont hold back on your opinions either, now with that said on with Chapter 3...

Chapter 3

We stared at each other directly in the eyes for a few minutes until he finally said "Alright, I believe you but tell me how you changed." My ears perked up and my tail started waging "Oh thank you Nathan." I hugged him and he patted my back saying "No problem bro, now tell me what happened to you."

I let him go and explained what happened with the eclipse and the weird feeling I had when I looked at it. When I finished he just sat there for a while thinking about all things that has happened to me tonight."I'm sorry you had to go through all of that, I wish I could help." He said in a concerned voice.

My ears dropped as I said "It's not your fault, I know you would help if you could." We sat in silence for a while until Nathan whispered"So what are we going to do, I mean I can't just hide you your too big, my parents would freak out, we can't trust my little brother or sister with this information, and I have school in the morning." I sat on his bed thinking of a plan, but all I could think of was a direct approach and said"I think we should tell them and see what happens in the morning."

He looked at the clock and it read 6:00 a.m. all he said in response was "Well it's already morning so we can't do anything now my mom should be waking up any minute, just wait downstairs for me, I will come down when I'm dressed and we will see how my mom reacts." I nodded and headed downstairs and sat on the couch waiting for him.

I heard footsteps going down the stairs a few minutes later, I started panicking hoping it wasn't Nathans mom, I really didn't want to face her alone, the footsteps got closer and closer, the closer they got the more terrified I was, I heard them go around the corner, I soon found out the footsteps belonged to Nathan. I sighed in relief and began to relax.

Nathan walked over to his pantry and made himself some breakfast, when he finished he said "My mom should be coming down before my dad so it won't be too bad." Soon enough footsteps could be heard coming down the stairs, Nathan grabbed me and hid me behind his kitchen counter telling me "Don't come out until I tell you okay." I nodded in agreement.

When his mom got to the living room he stopped her and told her"Mom, I'm going to show you something, so don't freak out its just Gabe." She responded in a tired voice "Okay slick." Nathan yelled across the kitchen "Okay Gabe come on out." I stood up, waved and spoke in a friendly voice"Hi misses Miller."

In response she screamed "Nathan! What the hell is that?" My ears fell back feeling hurt by her reaction. Before she could do anything drastic Nathan said "Mom, mom, calm down, that really is Gabe." She turned and looked at Nathan and said "That's really Gabe?" but before he could answer I said "Yes miss Miller, I'm Gabe." Still a little hurt by her reaction.

She slowly walked towards me, I felt a little uncomfortable with her staring at me. After a while she stopped and said "I'm so sorry for freaking out like that hun." I say back to her "Its fine you really didn't know it was me." Shortly after that Garret, Nathans 12 year old brother walks out of his room and headed for the kitchen, he took one look at me and noticed how calm his brother and mom were around me and asked "Who is this?"

Nathan answered "Garret, this is Gabe." I waved but all Garret did was laugh and say "Ha ha yeah right that's not Gabe." Nathan responded in an irritated voice "It really is Gabe." Garret just waved Nathan off as he headed to his room but, before he got in his room I said "Later G." He stopped dead and looked out of his room "Only Nathan and Gabriel know me by that name." I shrugged and answered "Now do you believe Nathan?."

Well thats the end of Chapter 3 and yes I know they're short and Im working on that and if you have any questions feel free to ask.
