Chapter 13 :A Welcome Home.

It was early in the morning when a knocking sound echoed into the room. Kyo slowly woke up and slipped out of the wolf's arms. He slowly walked up to the door and opened it, he smiled when he saw Froshen standing outside, eyes barely open from being up so early. "Morning little master," Kyo said in a whisper so that he didn't wake his master.

Froshen yawned and looked up to the human. "Grandpa wanted me to make sure you two were up and packed."

"It won't be hard to gather everything," Kyo stated. "We'll be ready. When are we supposed to leave?"

Froshen shrugged. "Sometime after breakfast but grandpa wanted us to be up early."

Kyo nodded. "Thank you."

The pup slowly turned and dragged his paws as he walked down the hall, Kyo smiled as he closed the door and headed back to the bed. He saw that his master was still sound asleep, he slowly crawled onto the bed. "Master," he said as he nudged the wolf on the shoulder, the wolf didn't even move. The human repeated this a couple of times, trying to get him up but failed.

The human thought for a little and smiled as he slipped his hand under the covers. He watched as the wolf still lied motionless, slowly he moved it towards the wolf till he found what he was looking for. He gently wrapped his hand around the wolf's cock and started to stroke the long member. Still keeping an eye on the wolf, he moved his other hand under to the wolf's balls as his hand started to stroke a little faster. He watched the wolf let out a small moan as he started to move a little. Kyo stopped when the wolf let out another moan and his paw quickly came up and grasped Kyo's.

"Please don't stop," Icewaver said as his eyes partially open.

Kyo smiled as he removed his hands and moved closer to the wolf. "Sorry master but I was just trying to wake you up, but you wouldn't," he said while wrapping his arms around the wolf and kissing him on the cheek.

The wolf smiled at the human. "My aren't we affectionate this morning." He bent down and gave the human a little lick back.

Kyo smiled and kissed the wolf on the lips. "Just a little master, your father wanted us up and packed."

Icewaver sighed as he sat up. "Okay but you owe me later for getting me worked up," he said as he took the covers off. Kyo slid off the bed and walked over to the closet, he pulled out Icewaver's bags and started to pack all the clothes except for the ones that the wolf will need to wear. Like Kyo said earlier, it didn't take him long to pack everything and was all set to go. Icewaver walked down to the dining room to get breakfast while Kyo put his armor plate back on so no-one would see the bite mark. It took him two trips, but he got the entire luggage down by the door and ready for loading.

He walked into the dining room to find that all of the family was eating and the king was up as well, obviously to see his guests off. Kyo walked over to his master's side. "All the luggage is ready master," he said.

Icewaver grabbed the human by the arm and pulled him onto his lap while wrapping his arms around him. "Thank you pup," he said as he nuzzled the human's neck. Kyo blushed when he looked up and saw that everyone was staring at him but eventually they all went back to eating.

Once done they all went outside as the slaves finished up the last of the packing. The wolves said their goodbyes to the king, the Alpha locked paws while his wife hugged the cougar and kissed him on the cheek before the two walked to their carriage. Next Froshen walked up in front of the cougar slowly and bowed. The king smiled as he placed his paw on top of the wolf's head and ruffled the pup's head fur, the wolf giggled as he turned and ran for the carriage that Icewaver will also be in. Lastly, Icewaver and Kyo walked up to the cougar.

"It was a pleasure to stay in your home," Icewaver said before taking a bow.

The king did the same. "It was an honor to have your family stay." The king looked at Kyo also but he extended a paw out to him. Kyo looked questionably at Icewaver who gave him a reassuring nod. Kyo took it but was surprised when he was drawn in close to the cougar and an arm was wrapped around him. "This family of wolves trustsyou with more opportunities than I have ever seen them give..." the cougar whispered into the human's ear. "Your master has strong feelings for you and I can tell you have some too, but if I find out that you hurt him in any way..." the cougar continued as his voice got more harsh and he leaned back. "Don't think that I won't come and find you to take your throat out myself."

Kyo was stunned at the cougar's words. Icewaver had to place his hand on the human's shoulder to calm him. "Don't worry your lordship, he won't do anything of the sort." The cougar smiled at the wolf.

"I know, just wanted to get my point across." The two took one last bow before heading to the carriage. The wolf that was in the front was given the signal and the group started to head home. Everyone gave the cougar one last wave goodbye before they went through the front gates.

Icewaver wrapped his arms around Kyo as he leaned on the human. "Don't worry about what he said."

Kyo wrapped his arms around the wolf torso while placing his head on his shoulder. "I know..." he replied before looking at Froshen. "So I guess you had a lot of fun, I barely saw you the whole time we were there."

Froshen's ears perked up and he started to bounce in on the seat. "Yeah, me and Chrika went fishing, played hid and seek, and he showed me a lot of places that most cougars don't know about..."

Icewaver sighed as he leaned against Kyo and whispered in his ear. "Thanks pup, now I bet he won't shut up for hours," he said while Froshen kept talking.

Kyo giggled as he looked up at the wolf. "Sorry, forgot about how hyped he can get." The wolf just shook his head and gazed out the window, he watched in peace at the landscape that went by.

They traveled all day and it was hours before Froshen had fallen asleep. The caravan stopped only twice, first was because Icewaver's mother needed to use the bathroom, second was at an inn where they decided to call it a night. They woke early the next day to continue on the trip, Icewaver ended up carrying the young pup to the carriage since he wouldn't get up from being tired. They continued on their way day and night till finally...

"Its home," Froshen yelled as he started to bounce around in the carriage.

Icewaver jumped up and tackled the small wolf. "What did I say about jumping around on the couch?" he yelled.

The pup yipped when he was tackled and the two ended up wresting around. "But you did it just now," he yelled back.

"I jumped on you to make you stop, there is a difference," he stated as he pinned the pup down by sitting on him.

Froshen struggled to get the much bigger wolf off him. "No it isn't," the pup yelled as they entered the city and headed for the palace. It wasn't long till they pulled up in front of the main doors as Dusk came and opened the carriage door.

"Welcome ba-" he was interrupted in mid sentence when Froshen bit Icewaver on the leg and the big wolf howled in pain while falling to the floor.

"Thanks Dusk," the pup yelled as he jumped through the doorway and ran to the palace.

"You little shit," Icewaver yelled while getting up and chasing the pup.

Kyo was laughing the whole time as he got out and bowed to the wolf. "Nice to see you sir."

Dusk rubbed the back of his head. "Yeah... umm, do I want to know what happened?"

Kyo chuckled. "Pups."

Dusk busted out laughing. "Yeah guess so. How was the trip?"

Kyo smiled. "It was nice."

"Good," the wolf said as he looked up and saw the slaves were already getting the luggage off. "You going to take your master's things?" Kyo nodded. The wolf reached up and handed the human some bags and set the others onto the ground till he comes back for the rest.

Kyo made his way back to the room, bowing to all the wolves he passed. He noticed since he got back that all the humans were giving him more dirty looks than before. After getting all the bags into the room he started to put the things away, he opened the closet and put the pants in their proper place when he noticed something was off. He looked around the room but he couldn't put his finger on it. Kyo walked over into the bed area and heard a noise from under it. He got down on his hands and knees and moved the bed lining to look under. When he did a mass of fur rushed over him. He looked as three pups were sitting on him giggling.

"Uncle's pup plays now," One said.

Another tugged on his arm. "Yes, play please."

The third was poking him on his cheek. "Yeah we want to play. You play with Froshen a lot but not us."

Kyo giggled as he tried to sit up. "Young masters, I have work to get done but I will play later I promise ok." They all started to whine and shake their heads.

"We will wait," The first one said as he ran off and sat on the couch in the common area.

"Yeah," The other two said in unison and followed the first's lead.

Kyo just shook his head as he got back to unpacking. He constantly glanced behind him to see that the pups were watching his every move, when he left to get the rest of his master's things the pups all followed him. When he got back to the room he got a big smile on his face when he saw Icewaver lying on the couch. slowly drifting off to sleep. Kyo looked behind him and saw the pups were still following him. He put a finger up to his lips as he told the pups not to make a sound. The human slowly walked in and moved close to the wolf, he smiled as he laid beside the wolf and wrapped his arms around his neck.

Icewaver looked down at the human and smiled. "Let's sleep," he said as he closed his eyes and laid his head back.

"Master," Kyo said quietly.

"Yes." The wolf looked back at him, Kyo just motioned with his head to the door. Icewaver looked over at it to see the three pups standing in the doorway with their tails wagging behind them. "Oh god," was all the big wolf said as he tried to pretend he didn't see them and closed his eyes once more.

Kyo giggled as he rested his head on the wolf's chest. "I take it that Froshen took all the energy out of you." The wolf just giggled as he slowly nodded. "Is it alright if I go play with the pups?" The wolf once more just nodded. Kyo kissed the wolf on the lips before he got up and headed for the door, closing it quietly behind him. Kyo turned and looked at all the pups. "Ok, what do you want to play?"

All the pups started to jump up and down and listing off all the different games, Kyo tried to get them to stop for a moment but failed. He soon got an idea. "Tag," he yelled as he touched the pup in the middle. The other two busted into laughter as he followed Kyo and took off down the hallway. He motioned the pups to follow him and they did. He lead them outside and told them to split up but one of the pups was tagged before they could, they went back and forth tagging each other, laughing, and having a good time. Kyo ended up running away from a wolf and while he was glancing back he bumped into someone. As he hit the ground he looked up and saw that he accidently bumped into Dusk. The wolf just smiled as he took a step back, Kyo looked at him confused till he remembered why he was running, and the human turned just in time as the pup jumped on him. What he wasn't expecting was that the other two joined in and jumped on Kyo as well. The human let out a groan as he felt the weight of the pups fall on him. He looked up at Dusk to see the wolf was chuckling.

"Help please," the human said as he tried to pin down the wolves.

Dusk just shook his head as he walked over to them and lifted up two of the pups, Kyo quickly grabbed the third from behind and held him.

"No fair, you cheated," One yelled.

The other two started whining as well. "Yeah, you can't use an ancient wolf."

Dusk growled as he lifted the wolf up to meet nose to nose. "Who are you calling ancient pup?"

The wolf just smiled and licked the younger wolf on the nose. "Shouldn't you pups be getting ready for studying?" he said while dropping the two pups. They all started to whine when the wolf pointed back to the door to the palace. Kyo smiled as he let go of the pup in his arms and they all took off running to the palace.

"Thank you sir," Kyo said as he bowed to the wolf.

Dusk gave the human a nod. "Not a problem, but you need to be careful with them," he said as the two started to make their way to the palace as well. "They can get a little rough."

Kyo started to laugh. "Yeah I found that out."

Kyo bowed to the big wolf and made his way back to his master's chambers where the wolf was fast asleep. Kyo smiled as he walked up to the wolf. 'This is where I belong,' he thought as he took off his shoulder plate and lied on top of the wolf. He wrapped his arms around him, the wolf cocked a small grin as he wrapped his arms around his human.

"Did you have fun with the devils?" he said without opening his eyes.

Kyo laid his head on the wolf's chest. "Yes master I did."

Icewaver ran one of his paws through Kyo's hair as he started to fall back to sleep, Kyo just smiled as he closed his eyes and was truly happy to be with his master.

Kyo didn't know that a pair of eyes were watching him as the door to the room slowly closed.

Kyo was the first to wake up as he sat up, sitting on the wolf. He looked outside and saw that the sun was about to set. "Master," Kyo said as he shook the wolf awake.

"Yeah, I'm up," Icewaver said tiredly.

Kyo leaned down and kissed the wolf on the nose. "If we don't hurry we are going to miss dinner." Both he and the wolf knew how the Alpha felt about the whole family being together during the last meal of the day. Kyo placed the shoulder plate back on and Icewaver smiled as he fixed up so that it sat on right.

They both made their way to the dining room just in time before Galle entered. Kyo looked and saw that all the pups were smiling at him at which he couldn't help but smile back. He then saw the one wolf he didn't look forward to, Angelis, she looked like she was going to explode on him at any minute. They all sat at their seats and the food was brought in, Kyo placed it in front of his master. Once everyone was ready Galle was about to eat when someone called him.

"Umm... father." Everyone looked at the wolf.

Galle blankly looked at her. "Yes Angelis."

The wolf sat straight up. "Is it possible to have a dinner with just the family tonight, as in no slaves."

Everyone looked at the Alpha. "Is there a reason for this?" he asked as he leaned on his elbows and clasped his hands together, resting his chin on them.

"Well..." she started as she looked at everyone. "This meal is for family, yes?" her gaze went to the Alpha and he nodded. "I was just thinking, a dinner with just the family here for once and no slaves would be nice. We have all the food here so there won't be any need for anyone else till we are done."

The Alpha thought about it and smiled. "Okay that sounds good to me. Only for tonight though," he said as he leaned back in the chair. "Everyone leave," he simply put, but he shot a glare at Kyo that told him if he moves he's dead. Icewaver saw the look as well and he reached his hand over and held onto Kyo's pants to keep the human still.

Angelis was smiling till she saw that Kyo didn't move. "Slave, why aren't you leaving," she asked.

"Ma'am I can't," He simply put. Galle just smiled at the human's answer.

Angelis growled at the human. "And why not?"

"Because he's family," someone yelled.

Angelis looked down and saw Froshen smiling, his tail was wagging wildly behind him. "No one asked you pup."

"But he is," she heard three voices at once. She looked and saw all the pups were smiling at Kyo.

Icewaver slipped his arm around the human's waist and pulled him closer. "Pup is part of this family rather you like it or not," he said with a serious look.

"No he i-" she started but was cut off.

"Yes he is." Everyone looked down the table at the Alpha's mate.

Galle laughed. "That's my girl." He leaned over and kissed the wolf on the cheek. "And whatever your mom says goes," the Alpha said.

Angelis just growled and sat in her seat frustrated. Galle began the dinner as everyone joined in, Kyo ended up sitting on Icewaver's lap and was eating off the same plate as the wolf. He looked up every now and then to see that everyone but the female wolf didn't mind. It was like that they have been eating like this for years. Soon dinner was over and they all, but Angelis, who stormed off to her room, moved into one of the common rooms. The slaves returned and cleaned what was left behind. In the room all the pups were laying on Kyo as his master was trying to get them off his pup so he can lay with him.

Galle and his wife laughed as the older male fought with the pups. The Alpha smiled as he got up and quickly picked the human up and walked back over to the couch, he sat Kyo down between him and his wife. Icewaver started to yell at the pups and complain that it was their fault, the pups, in turn, blamed the wolf. Kyo blushed as the alpha pulled him close and leaned down to the human.

"Welcome to your new family," he whispered into his ear. It didn't sink in till now that for once in a long time he was now part of a family. He looked down to the ground as a tears started to form in his eyes.

Galle's wife leaned over and hugged him close. "Hun, what's wrong."

Kyo didn't want to look at anyone for a moment. "Do you mean it that I'm part of the family?"

She giggled as she kissed him on the forehead. "You might not be a wolf but deep down you have the heart of one, so yes you are part of this family as if you are my own son." Kyo hugged her tightly as the tears started to flow.

Galle couldn't help but smile as the human cried out of happiness. The pups didn't know that and was ran up to him, whimpering and licking his face.

"Uncle's pup ok," one asked.

Kyo sat up and wiped his cheek with his arms. "Yes little master, I'm going to be fine."

"Pup." Kyo looked up at the smiling wolf. "You mind going to the kitchen and fetch us some dessert." Kyo nodded and quickly left, making his way to the kitchen which wasn't far.

He got there and saw everyone was getting ready to clean up, he spotted a familiar face. "Talon," he said, the human turned and smiled at him.

"Hey, nice to see you." Kyo saw something off but he dismissed it.

He walked up and shook the human's hand. "Umm... sorry to ask but the Alpha was wondering if there was any dessert available." Talons just nodded.

He turned his back and faced a rack. Kyo glanced around and saw everyone was staring at him till he looked at them, then they would look away. "I have cake, but I need to cut it first." He pulled out a knife and made even cuts on the dessert. Once done he cleaned the blade off with his towel he was caring on him and put the knife back into its sheath that was tied to his pants.

"So you work here now," Kyo said with no expression on his face.

Talon handed him the cake and looked at the wolf guards standing nearby. "Yeah, they figured I would be good here and cleaning the main hallway."

Kyo nodded once he had the cake in his hand. He thanked the human and made his way back to the family. He came in and saw they had plates all ready for when he returned. Kyo set it on the small table in the middle, then he made his way to his master and sat beside him. There the Alpha's mate leaned down and served everyone the tasty meal. It didn't take them long at all to devour it, Galle smiled as he got up and stretched.

"Okay pups off to bed." They all whined and gave him their best puppy eyes. "Now!" he barked and they all yipped and ran off. Everyone in the room couldn't help but laugh as the pups darted off to bed.

Icewaver wrapped his arms around Kyo and licked him across the cheek. "I think we should head to bed also." Kyo nodded as they both got up, he gave his good night kiss to his new mother and bowed to Galle.

They got to the room and both undressed. Kyo was first to slip into the bed as Icewaver followed closely, wrapping his arms around his human and pulling him closely. "Pup, I'm glad everyone took you in as part of the family," he said while he closed his eyes.

Kyo smiled as he laid back against the wolf. "I am too master," he said, closing his eyes as well.

Icewaver woke up early and was smiling as he started to lick the human on the face. Kyo started to giggle as he moved away from the wolf. Icewaver smiled as he straddled the human, pinning him to the bed while continuing his lick attacks.

"Ok master, I'm up," he yelled out of laughter.

Icewaver leaned back and smiled. "Just some payback for the horrible way of waking me up back in the cougar's castle."

Kyo smiled. "But you liked it."

The wolf grinned. "I would have like it had you to finished me off but you left me hanging." Kyo just smirked as he remembered that he did. The wolf grinned and bent down and continued his attack on the human's face. After a while of laughing and having a good morning, Icewaver got up off the human and got dressed. "I need you to get cleaned up and meet me outside with the guards." Kyo nodded as he got dressed.

Kyo was first to leave as he made his way down to bathroom. He was washing himself while Icewaver at the time was just stepping outside of the palace. Kyo got cleaned and dried off as quickly as possible, he then got dressed and was putting his collar on that Icewaver got him while smiling at his reflection in the mirror. 'Nothing can ever go wrong.' He fixed his shoulder plate on and rushed out of the bathroom.

He opened the door and took one step outside before he felt a sharp pain explode in his chest. He looked down for a sec to see a knife was stuck in his chest, blood was starting to flow from the wound. He looked up in horror as he fell to the floor.

"Why?" was all that he was able to say as he looked up, tears flowing from his eyes.
