The kobold thrust the potion upwards towards me.
"You want, yes?" it asked, leering.
I regarded the reptilian creature. As a matter of principle I didn't trust kobolds. Unfortunately, contact when one was a part of the deal between Ertyn and I. In fact, it was only because of the mage that I was in this squalid section of the city in the first place. I had left his item with a third party and so he had done the same for me. "Yes," I said, nodding and holding out my hand. "Give it here."
The kobold pulled the potion back to its chest and shook its head.
"Payment first, yes?"
I sneered and handed over a small sack full of coins. The kobold snatched it away with one hand and relinquished the potion with the other. I grabbed the potion and held it up. Its contents were a murky orange and it had a stench that I could smell even thought it was totally closed. Still, there was something off. I glanced down at the kobold.
"Two doses," I said. "I was promised two doses."
The kobold nodded, stashing away the coins before procuring another similar potion. It shook it slightly and pointed to the one I held.
"Yes, yes," it said. "After you try first, quality check, yes?" It cackled. "First first!"
I raised an eyebrow, but popped my potion's stopper off anyways. It was strange for a kobold to care about quality. Still, I wasn't going to argue. I did need the first dose sooner rather than later.
I brought the potion to my lips. The smell drifting up from the open container nearly caused me to gag. Grimacing, I tilted the potion and gulped it all down in one go. It didn't taste as bad as it smelled, but its unpleasant bitterness made it difficult to swallow at all. Still, I managed and. Wiping away some of the liquid that hadn't made it into my mouth, I looked down at the kobold. It regarded me curiously, a sly smiled painted across its reptilian muzzle. It laughed.
"What?" I asked. "What's so--"
And then it hit me, a powerful sensation of my whole body contracting in on itself. It hurt and most of all it made it difficult to move. I managed to strain my neck downward to look at myself. Already my rough street clothes hung loosely on my frame--I was shrinking!
My body pulled tighter and tighter, causing me to shrink faster and faster. With a yelp I fell as my legs gave out due to a sudden shifting in their configuration. I landed on my back, my shirt's collar nearly up to my chin. I groaned as tiny pinpricks of cold started to spring from my skin while any hair I possessed retracted, giving away to more cold spots. Suddenly I felt my ears melt into the side of my now bald head while my cranium reshaped, face pushing out into a small reptilian muzzle, nose absorbed into this alteration. Confused, I brought my hands out of my too large sleeves and felt my face, noting the scales that covered it as well as my arms. I let out an audible "eep!" when I saw my hands too were covered with scales. Worse, right before my eyes my shrunken fingers curled into claws.
Still shrinking, I began to crawl out of my shirt, easily shedding my oversized pants and boots. When I exited my shirt, something slithered out of my lower back, something that I could feel touching the ground, something was part of me now.
Freed from my clothes but still on my hands and knees, I stood to my new full height of three feet. I squeaked and looked down at my altered body. I resembled the smiling kobold standing across save that my scales were a muddy orange and I was...slighter. My foot claws clacked against the ground and my tail swayed as I came to recognize I was a kobold. Angrily I stepped over to the kobold that had done this to me. I came to a halt when something clutched at my crotch. I squeaked and looked down. "Second dose?" the kobold asked. "You wanted a second dose, yes?"

The kobold nodded. "Payment, yes?"

"And what I do with her?"

The kobold cackled and looked over to me. I pathetically crawled over to him, all the while grinding my sex against the ground. By the time I reached the male, the human had left and the kobold did what he willed with me.
