Heya! Here's part 13 of my story for you guys. I hope you enjoy.

If the whole thing looks a bit... Weird to you, im sorry. Im currently not on a computer and the writing-tools aren't viable for the browser that im using. :c

Luna woke up in the hospital bed with his head pounding heavily. But that pain was nothing compared to what Joe did to him. He was deeply shattered that somebody whom he had trusted so much just hurt him so bad. Everything was silent, the door was shut airtight and nobody was there. Vermont left after the wolf fell asleep. Slowly, tears began running down his cheeks. Luna was too overwhelmed with his feelings at the moment. He didn't know what to do now. His dad dishonoured him and his ex-boyfriend was too violent to trust. But then, it knocked on his door. The nurse came in. "Sir, somebody named Joe wanted to visit you. Is that okay for you?" His heart skipped a beat. He couldn't believe what he just heard. "Uh- Um..- Y-yes." The wolf was shivering. The tall leopard stepped in. He seemed drained and was very pale. Joe looked at Luna and silently sat down on the chair next to the bed. The wolf was silent too. The leopard didn't even dare to look at Luna. His head was looking down at the ground. "Hello." The wolf whispered before he turned his head toward the leopard. Joe began to sob. He was breathing heavily and began to shiver as well. "Shh..." Luna brushed his hand over Joe's head. "Look at me..." The wolf whispered. "Please..." The leopard slowly turned his head towards Luna. His eyes were strongly bloodshot. He must've been crying alot. The wolf moved his head from Joe's forehead down to his cheek and then he finally let his hand drift away from his face. "That's better." He said quietly. "Now..." Luna began. "Why did you visit me..?" With a sniff the leopard began to stutter. "I-i-i... im so sorry..."He barely managed to press these words out. "I-i don't know w-what came over me..." He pressed his face down into his palms. Luna reached out for his chin and pulled his face a little bit closer. "Please don't cry... It's breaking my heart..." He smiled lightly as he began wiping off the tears. He pulled himself away quickly and began wiping the tears away that had formed in his eyes. "D-does that m-mean you're taking m-me back..?" The leopard asked. Luna froze. As much as he hurt him yesterday, he still had a flame in his heart burning for him. But he couldn't. It would happen again. "I-... Joe... I-im sorry..." He began to sob. "B-but i can't." He turned towards Joe and once again pulled him in. But now he kissed him. He had him on his lips for a few seconds and then he pushed himself away again. "I-im so sorry. I h-hope you remember me..." Luna was crying heavily into his hands. Just shortly after, the nurse rushed in. "Sir, is everything okay?" She asked the sobbing wolf. "P-please lead Joe t-to the exit." He didn't want Joe to go, but it was for his own good. "N-no! Please t-tell her i can stay...!" The wolf continued to cry deeply into his hands. "Sir, please follow me. The patient needs his rest." The nurse put her hands on Joe's shoulders. "N-n-no... w-why did i do this to you..." Joe began pressing the nurse away, but before he could do anything he was grabbed by multiple guards, who began dragging him outside of Luna's room. "NO! I-I HAVE TO TALK THIS OUT...!" He tried to free himself from the grip, but he was too weak and it didn't take before he was fully dragged out of the clinic. Luna was left alone in his room once again and his crying worsened more and more. He felt regret for letting Joe go, when he shouldn't. But then he spotted his phone on the other side of his bed and beside it was a note and it read "Call me anytime. -Vermont" Luna was too ashamed to call, he felt like he was annoying the canine, so he left the note and his phone where is. He lied down on the bed completely again and wiped away his tears. He swallowed down the feelings and closed his eyes once more.

The door to his room knocked once more. Vermont stepped in and with him was a beautiful bouquet of white roses. "Hello, Luna." The canine smiled as he sat down next to the wolf. Luna was still shivering from what happend just a few hours ago. "Hello." He said nervously but then he wanted to ask the canine something. "Um... Vermont?" With a short "Huh?" Vermont confirmed he was listening. "H-he was here..." Luna began to play with his thumbs nervously. "Oh no... What did he do?" The canine asked. "H-he came here to see how i was. He said hat he "didn't know what came over him" and he even said that he was sorry..." Luna explained as he held the hand of Vermont. "...Did you think about taking him back..?" The canine put the bouquet on a nearby tray and began slowly stroking over Luna's hand. "...Y-yes..." The wolf began to sob. "B-but i d-didn't. I-it was for m-my own good." Luna's sobbing became a crying. "A-and n-now he's gone." Vermont pulled the wolf closer and hugged him. "Shh... It's okay..." He began to slowly pet Luna's back. "T-this is all m-my fault..." The wolf pressed himself against Vermont's chest and kept on crying. "It's not your fault..." The hand on Luna's back moved up to his head and pulled him a bit back. Then Vermont kissed the wolf on his forehead. "I'll be there for you. It was a very hard time for both you and Joe." Luna looked into the eyes of the canine and smiled. "You're t-the best that has happened to me." He pressed himself against his chest once again. "Thank you..." Luna was cought in his tears for quite a few minutes before he pulled himself away. "Tomorrow is your last day, i think you should stay with me for the next few weeks." Vermont brushed through Luna's headfur. "I will treat you like you deserve to be treated." The canine bent towards Luna and gave him a kiss on the forehead once again. "But you have to promise me something: please don't think Joe is a bad person. He might have done this to you, but he i sick. He didn't mean it. But you have to let him go. He's a danger to both you and himself." He hugged the wolf once more. "Do you understand?" With a nod, Luna was freed from the hug. "Okay then. I'll let you be alone now. I'll be back tomorrow as soon as possible. Good night." The canine smiled as he grabbed his jacket and left the room. Luna was left alone and he thought about the relationship he had with Joe. As he thought through the experiences he notices that the leopard was quite nervous when Luna searched through the home. Maybe he had something hidden? Maybe something he wanted to hide from anybody who visits? But what could be so bad; so bad that he woud need to hide it? Maybe he had some kind of weird kink? Or maybe he had extremely valuable stuff stored? The wolf turned around in his bed. He didn't want to think about such things at the moment. Joe broke his heart, even if he didn't mean it. *Click clack* The clock cought Luna's attention, and it showed 11 PM. The wolf did notice that he's incredibly tired. Luna glanced over to the table with his phone on it. "It wouldn't hurt anybody if i would look..." Luna thought. He unlocked the phone and, surprisingly enough he had a message, multiple ones! But all of them were from an unknown person. He began to read the first message: "Luna, im awaiting you at your home. Your old home." The wolf knew exactly who texted him. And he was shivering. Luna gulped and began to look at the next message. "Luna, i am asking you once more to come home. Not to move back, but atleast come home as soon as you can." The wolf didn't believe his eyes. Why would his dad want to see him? Why did he suddenly want to talk to him? He scrolled down and saw that there weren't any messages left. He closed his phone and lied it to the side. Did somebody tell his dad about his situation? Luna felt bad, anxious and happy at the same time and it was sickening. He forced his eyes shut and tried his best to fall asleep. He knew that tonight, it won't be easy to sleep.

Luna woke up in his hospital bed for the last time. Today, he would finally leave the hospital. He looked over at his phone and grabbed it. "No new messages." He sighed and put the phone back. Now, he just had to wait. A few hours later, the nurse came in. "Excuse me, sir, but the person from yesterday wanted to visit you again. Would that be okay for you?" The wolf put a smile on his face and said "Sure." The nurse disappeared behind the door for a short amount of time and then, the leopard stepped inside with a bag in his hand. He still looked extremely sad and broken. He sat down quietly on the chair next to the bed. "Hello." Luna kept his voice as silent as he could, to avoid further damage. "H-hi..." The leopard looked at Luna. The wolf knew this was very heartbreaking to Joe. "What's in the bag?" He asked quietly. "Your s-stuff. I don't want y-you to live with me anymore. Especially during rehab..." Joe began to sob silently. Luna leant over and began rubbing his back. "I really wish you my best during this time. You were very special to me. Well, you still are. You helped me out during hard times. I still love you. But we can't come back together." The wolf had tears welling up in his eyes. "A-and... As much as it hurts you, y-you must know that this is also an incredibly hard decision for m-me." He wiped away his tears and smiled at the leopard. "But i will visit you. I will keep in touch with you. You are important to me." Joe looked at Luna and saw something mesmerizing. A smile. It was filled, with happiness and luck. Even through what he has been going through, he still has his smile be bright as it can be. "Luna..." Joe's sobbing softened. "...I want you to get together with Vermont." The wolf was confused. "What...?" "You and Vermont, you seem like a perfect fit... This smile that you had, you always seemed to be having it around him. He made you happier than ever. He is good for you." The leopard smiled softly. Luna was left speechless. "I-i... You-..." Joe chuckled softly. "Luna, he is a very good man. He also seemed to show interest in you, ever since you met. So, please..." The leopard took hold of Luna's hand. "...Don't let him go." The wolf looked down at the hand and his eyes started to water even more. "I-i won't." He pulled himself to the leopard and hugged him tightly. "I promise." Luna was interrupted by the door knocking once more. He pulled himself away and swiftly wiped away his tears. "C-come in." Upon answering, the door opened and Vermont stepped in. He looked at both Luna and Joe and smiled lightly. "Hello." The wolf smiled weakly. "Hello, Vermont." The canine glanced at the leopard, who silently sat on the chair. "Joe, what brings you here..?" The leopard turned his head to Vermont. "I-i wanted to give Luna's stuff to you. I don't trust myself until im out of rehab. Please, take care of him, okay?" The canine smiled. "Don't worry. I will care for him with all my heart." Joe stood up and walked over to Vermont. He hugged the canine softy. "Thank you so much." He pulled himself away and wanted to leave the room, but Luna interrupted him. "Joe, Vermont? Can i ask you two for help? My dad, he... Texted me. He said he wanted to see me... I-im too scared to go alone..." "Wait... Has he said why?" Vermont said. "No. He only said he wanted to meet me at my onld home..." Luna explained. The leopard turned around. "I'll come with you." "Me too." The canine threw his arm over Joe's shoulder. "We'll make sure you'll stay safe and sound."

Vermont put the bag with Luna's belongings in the back and got into the driver's seat. Joe sat in the front with the canine and Luna sat in the back and gave the directions. After the three arrived, Joe turned around and took a look at Luna. He was very pale and seemed quite nervous. He took hold of his hand. "It'll be alright." He smiled weakly before he exited the vehicle. The wolf was standing in the front and had his finger lingering over the door bell. "...Would you wait at the car, please?" He whispered. Vermont looked over to Joe and accepted. "But when something happens we'll come." They both turned around and walked back to the car. Luna waited until the footsteps stopped and then rang at the bell. It was silent for a moment, but then the door opened. Luna's father was standing in the doorframe in a white button-down shirt and black pants. Very formal for such occasion. "Hello." The wolf's voice was rough and deep, just how Luna remembered it. "Hello." Luna was looking down to his feet. He knew this wouldn't end well either way. "You know why i wanted you here?" The wolf leant against the doorframe. "N-no." Luna took his arms up in a self-hugging fashion. "I wanted you here to give you one last chance, lad. One." He crossed his arms. "If you accept, i'll give you back everything you own. I'll give you wealth and more. And the only thing you have to do, is stop it with this fag-bullshit." Luna growled slightly. "I won't accept." "Why?" His father asked. "Because it wasn't a choice of me to be gay. I was born the way i am." "Hmpf. You really choose to be fucked in the ass by some other dudes than having a decent relationship?" His father growled and unwrapped his arms. Luna giggled. "Yes. But i wouldn't say that you have a better relationship just because you're straight. Especially if i was you, who divorced his wife and left his kid." His father reached out and punched him across the face. Joe and Vermont immediately stepped out of the car and ran next to Luna. "Who are you clowns?" Luna's father asked. "Friends of his." Joe answered quickly. "But the better question is, if you feel good for punching somebody who recently got out of hospital?" Luna's father flinched. "What do you mean?" "I mean, Luna was recently in hospital because his throat collapsed in a fight." Joe put his arms around Luna protectively. "You can fuck off now. My useless son already said he didn't want to accept to be straight." Vermont stepped in front of the father. "Why do you want your son to be straight? Is there something wrong with being gay?" Luna's father smiled smugly. "It's a sin." "Oh, it's a sin, huh? Well tell me who recently got divorced? Sin once." "Y-you-" The father was quickly interrupted by Vermont. "Oh! What a nice fabric. It seems quite modern to me, and especially expensive. Sin twice." The father stuttered. "I-it's-" "On the point of expensive, you seem to be very rich, huh? Sin three times." The father struggled to interrupt Vermont. "And if you don't want your son, we would gladly take him to us with open arms." All three turned around and began their way back to the car. "FAGGOTS!" The father yelled before the door shut loudly. "Heartless bastard. But, hey- is everything alright Luna?" The wolf was silently held his hand on his cheek. "Y-yeah... It's just... I talked to my father, for the first time in months and... He just threatens me like that..."Joe slung his arm around Luna. "Don't worry. You don't need him in your life any longer." The car doors unlocked and everybody sat down. The motor roared and Vermont began to drive back to Joe's house. The whole drive was dead silent. It seemed almost depressing. The group arrived. "Well then..." The leopard looked down to the ground. "I guess it's time to say goodbye." Luna was almost crying. The only thing keeping him from breaking into tears is the thought that Joe will be a better person once he comes back. The wolf slowly walked up to him. "...I will miss you." He put his arms around him securely and pressed himself agains the leopard. He didn't want to let him go, but he had to. The leopard put his arms around Luna's shoulders and hugged him. "I'll miss you too, darling." He gave the wolf a small kiss on the head before he pulled himself away from Luna. "Goodbye Vermont. Please take good care of him." He gave the canine a hug and turned around. He stepped towards the door and with a slow swipe, the door closed. Luna was at the line of crying, but Vermont instantly came from behind and put his arms around him. "Sh... Don't cry." Luna turned around and rested his head heavily on Vermont's chest. He heard the strong heart beat slowly with each pulse calming him down a little. "It's alright..." Vermont calmly drifted his hand through Luna's headfur. "Let's go home. I'll make you a nice cup of tea and help you calm down. Afterall, you had it too stressful for the last few days." Luna pulled himself away and got into the car. The canine started the motor and began his way home. The wolf looked at the building from the window. It didn't take long until he couldn't see it anymore. "Everything alright?" Vermont asked. "Y-yes." Luna looked down at his feet the rest of the ride, trying to cope the emotions.

"There we are." Vermont smiled lightly at the wolf. Luna looked at the home. It was quite big, not bigger than Joe's house but certainly big. "It looks nice." He said silently. "Thank you." Vermont rubbed the back of his head before opening the door. He stepped inside and Luna followed up. The wolf looked around the house and saw how neatly everything was interior wise. "Come, i'll take that bag into the bedroom. You can put your coat on the hanger over there." He took the bag from Luna and waited untill he had the jacket hung-up. "Follow me." He began walking towards the last door in the corridor. He opened the door and Luna immediately saw the huge bed. Next to it was a small table with a lamp on it and on the other wall was a huge closet.. "Eh..." The canine began to stutter. "I know it sounds kinda creepy, but would you mind if we share a bed?" Luna looked at the canine with a surprised look on his face. "N-no..." The wolf began ro play nervously with his fingers. "Uh, Vermont? W-where's the bathroom?" Vermont smiled awkwardly. "Just next door, bud." Luna went up to the bag that Vermont previously left next to the small table and took out a pair of pants and a t-shirt. "I'll go and change." He swiftly opened the door and left the room. He opened the door right next to it and entered the bathroom. It was considerably big and had a huge mirror in front of the faucet. He took off his jeans and put the other pair of pants on. As he took off his top, he noticed something though. He looked at himself in the mirror and saw that he became much leaner. He put on the t-shirt and took his old clothes into his left hand. He got back into the bedroom. "There. Much more comfortable." Vermont smiled. "Neat. You can put your clothes into the bin over there. I'll wash them as soon as possible." Luna put the clothes into the bin and looked over to the canine. "You're very nice, Vermont." The canine smiled. "Thank you." He walked up to the closet, opened it and took out a pair of jogging-pants."I'll be right back. You can go to bed already, if you want." Luna nodded and walked up to the bed. He opened the sheets and crawled inside. The bed was comfortably cool. He moved over to the side facing the wall to make space for the canine. He looked up at the ceiling and began thinking. "Was i being a inconvenience? If so, what could i do to change that?-" His thoughts were interrupted by Vermont entering the room. He wasn't wearing anything to cover his torso and only wore what he left with; a pair of jogging-pants. "'You comfortable?" Luna nodded in response. The canine smiled as he turned off the light. He opened the covers, lied down next to the wolf and closed the covers. Luna peeked over to the canine. It was his first time seeing him completely topless, afterall. His chest was massive and was very firm. Even though he looked as if he heavily works out, he had quite a stomach. His arms were equally big to his chest and his hands certainly look like they could hurt someone. His admiration was interrupted as he noticed the canine also glimpsing at him. Luna blushed and turned to face Vermont. "You're gorgeous." The canine chuckled. "I usually only hear that im 'huge' or 'scary'. It's nice to know some people think differently. You're too, by the way." The wolf chuckled aswell. "You're not scary, you look like the kind of guy who says 'Hello!' when walking by." "And thats not scary?" Luna's chuckle turned into laughter. "No! Absolutely not. They really can lighten-up your day. And... You know? You're really friendly. That trait is just so rarely seen in todays society. It's... Kinda sad." The canine agreed. "It's just because we will get used alot. People will misuse our friendlyness to gain in some way. Just because somebody doesn't seem too friendly at first glimpse, it doesn't mean they are bad. This also works vice versa." The wolf rolled back on his back. "I just feel like i was so lucky with you. Like i don't deserve you." Vermont frowned. "Just because we randomly met- or, err- I randomly spotted you at my workplace, doesn't mean it wasn't deserved." Luna sighed. "Well i will keep breaking my head about that tomorrow. Right now the only thing i need is a nice sleep." The canine smiled and then turned around once again. "Okay then. Good night." Luna turned around fully and closed his eyes. "Good night."
