OK this is the 2nd chapter in war tails of the white wolf, it's a little bit longer and I got it done faster then I thought. Please comment about it, bad or good, you don't have to vote but I would like some feedback. We all need such things to better our selves. I'm hoping that I can get this to become a very large piece of work.

Lliam tightly shut his eyes as the human prepared to fire, a single tear falling from his eye. A loud bang of a gun going off was heard as Lliam jumped in place. Realizing he wasn't dead he quickly opened his eyes to see the human in front of him drop to his knees; eyes level with Lliam's with a surprised look on his face, and fall forewords just shy of where Lliam was with a thud as he hit the ground.

His buddies laughing ceased as they slowly looked at their partner who was sprawled out on the floor, blood pouring out of the side of his head and onto the gravity plates of the corridor. Suddenly a few more gunshots fired off as other humans began to fall to the floor, each with a similar head shot.

With the distracted men in front of them the two other furs from Captain Kyle's team, both fox's; who where next to Lliam and next to be shot, got up and rammed their shoulders into a couple of humans who were directly in front of them.

Lliam; who was in shock about what just happened, looked down the corridor to see who was firing and noticed some humans and furs heading there way. He then noticed that the uniforms they wore were from the I.S.F. Darwin, it had arrived early and detected with its sensors that shots had been fired inside the civilian ship and sent in its own rescue squads.

The solders from Darwin easily overwhelmed these Humanitists solders that had taken over the civilian ship and rescued what was left of the two teams that had boarded the ship.

"Are you three alright?" a feline of some sort with a white shoulder pad with a red cross in the middle; obviously a medic from the Darwin, asked as he knelt down next to Lliam and took off the handcuffs.

Sill in a little bit of shock he barely replied "Yes" before a couple other solders came to help take the two fox's and himself over to the Darwin's medical bay. Along the way Lliam's head started hurting and the edges of his vision started to fade as he put his hand to the back of his head. Parting his short white hair he felt a damp spot, and when he brought his hand in front of his face he saw it was stained red with his blood.

Lliam moaned with pain once he realized he was badly hurt and blacked out before he was even onboard the Darwin.

"...sure he'll be alright?" A concerned male voice asked as Lliam drowsily came to.

"I'm sure. He's just resting now...he may feel sore for a few days but what else would you expect from a hit to the back of the head with a phase rifle sir?" Another voice; feminine this time, said as Lliam lay there pretending to be asleep as he listened to what they said.

"When he wakes up let me know okay?" The male voice said.

"I'll let you know as soon as..." Lliam heard the female's voice start but drifted back off to sleep.

Lliam awoke suddenly, sitting straight up in bed panting hard. He just had another nightmare about what happened to his family and he reached over to his nightstand where he kept his medication only to find that his nightstand wasn't there and that he wasn't even in his room.

"Where am I?" He asked as he looked around.

He noticed life support machines and the like about the room and two sleeping fox's in the beds next to his and he remembered that he was taken to the Darwin's medical bay. He heard a door open and watched as a vixen with white hair and black and white fur who looked like she was at the very least eighteen enter the room with a white lab coat on. He looked her over and came to the conclusion she must have been one of the nurses.

She was checking one of the machines and noticed Lliam was up and watching her, so she walked over to his bed and smiled at him.

"I see you're up. How do you feel?"

"My head hurts a little but over all I'm fine." Lliam told her as she wrote some notes down on a peace of paper she had on a clipboard.

"That's good to hear, you were hit pretty hard on the back of your head."

"How bad is it?" He asked and put his paw to the back of his head and felt the bandage that covered it.

"Not that bad, you'll live." She said with a smile, and then walked over to a comm unit that was attached to the wall.

She dialed in a specific number and a voice on the other end answered the call.

"Yes?" The male sounding voice asked.

"This is Doctor Morris, sir you said you wanted a call when the private woke up, well he's up now." She said into the comm unit.

"Ah yes thank you Doctor Morris, I'll be down in five minuets." The voice said and disconnected.

"(Doctor!? She's the doctor, b-but she looks so young?)" Lliam said under his breath, her sensitive ears picking up what he said.

She had a smile on her face as she walked back over to Lliam and paused to look at him before talking.

Other then his red eyes and the dirty white bandage that was wrapped around his head; which she normally wouldn't have seen between his short white hair and beautiful snow white fur which was now stained red from his blood, he was a fairly hansom looking and young wolf. He looked like her boyfriend only reverse in color and a foot shorter.

"Well I just let Captain Sutarra know you were up. He wanted to know when you got up for some reason." She said with a smile to Lliam's surprise.

"D-did you just say Captain Sutarra miss err ah Doctor Morris?" Lliam asked, fumbling his words.

"Yes, oh sorry for not introducing myself. I'm Doctor Sara Morris head Doctor of the I.S.F. Darwin. Who might you be?" She said as she pulled over a chair and sat down, legs crossed as she started writing on her clipboard again.

"I'm Private William Sutarra but I go by Lliam, excuse my abruptness Doctor but how old are you? You seem way too young to be a full Doctor already." He said as a surprised look hit her face.

"Well first off I'm twenty five and I was the top of my class." She said with a smile and continued "Did you say your last name was Sutarra?"

"Yes" Lliam said then looked down, already knowing what she was about to ask.

"So that's why Rrahkarr wanted to know when you got up!" She said to his surprise.

She was the first person who asked if he was a Sutarra and didn't say something along the lines of "Isn't your brother Captain Rrahkarr Sutarra or are you related to Rrahkarr Sutarra" she acted as if she knew him personally.

"Yeah...um he's my older brother and..." Lliam managed to say before the vixen grabbed him in a massive hug, nearly crushing him in it.

"So you're his younger brother! I've been dieing to meet you for several months now!" She basically screamed.

He was about to ask her what she meant when the Med bay doors opened. Lliam and Sara both looked at who had come in. There stood at about Six foot three inch's tall wearing an officers uniform with a gray crest on his shoulder and Captains Pips on his collar, a black furred black haired, blue eyed twenty five year old wolf slowly laughing with a grin on his muzzle.

"Well I see you know he's my brother now." Rrahkarr said as he walked up to them.

"Why didn't you say he was your little brother?!" She said with a playfully raised voice.

"Because you might just hug him to death before you treated his injury, much like your doing now." Rrahkarr said as he sat at the foot of Lliam's bed.

"So how you feeling Willy?"

Lliam let out a sigh at what his brother just called him, then looked at him with a somewhat serious look.

"You know I hate being called that. I told you, if you're not going to call me William then at least call me Will or Lliam like I asked." He said as his brother gave him a lopsided grin.

"What I can't give my little bro a nickname of my own." He said as Lliam let out another sigh.

"I guess but to change the subject. How do you two know each other and why was she trying to crush me with a hug?" Lliam said with a smile directed at Sara.

"Well Sara and I have been dating for close to ten months now." Rrahkarr said to his brother with a grin.

"That's not surprising; you've always chased the vixens. I remember the last one you had gone out with...what was her name." Lliam said with an evil grin as Rrahkarr grabbed his muzzle to shut him up.

"Oh?! Who was that dear?" Sara said looking at Rrahkarr.

"Umm..."

Just then the Med bay doors opened again and in stepped a human officer. Clad in the usual Fleet uniform only with a gold crest on his shoulder and Admiral Pips on his shirt collar, signifying he was the ships Commanding Officer as well as its Captain. He was about Five foot six inch's tall, his light brown hair starting to gray and recede; showing his age which was about sixty, his mustache and beard already gray.

Rrahkarr had immediately stood straight up at attention when the Admiral stepped in but was signaled to be at ease. The Admiral smiled warmly at the three of them and stepped forward and shook Rrahkarr's hand.

"So this is where you went to, don't you have enough time with the girlfriend already?" The Admiral said with a smile.

"Yes Sir Admiral Keeton, but that's not why I'm here...well this time anyway. No I came here to see how my little brother was doing; he was one of the three survivors from the I.S.F. Baker." Rrahkarr explained.

"Ah I see." He said and looked at Lliam "I'm sorry but when you were captured the I.S.F. Baker was boarded and captured, there...were no survivors and when we went in there was no one onboard. They had ransacked the ship and stole key equipment including the Hyperdrive engine and navigation systems."

Lliam was shocked, he knew his team and the other had been captured, but he didn't know that the Baker had been taken over as well. A sad look came over his face as he looked down and stared at the floor.

"It seems that those Humanitists Rogues have even captured several colonial worlds and have started riots and uprisings in several other worlds...including Earth." He continued after sighing.

"But what about the peace talks Admiral?" Sara asked after hearing what he said.

Admiral Keeton's face went from a warm one to a cold and sad one with her question. He breathed in deep and let out a sigh before answering her question.

"I had just been informed that they were basically traps as well. Their demands were that all furs that held high positions in the military and government be kicked out and that furs and humans become segregated. They were quite clear on that last one and when we didn't conform to there demands, the negotiators escorts were killed and the negotiators themselves were tortured and brutally murdered." Sara, Rrahkarr and Lliam were all shocked to here this.

In 2243 over ninety years ago in the twenty third century, the Humanitist rogues acquired a lot of support from colonial worlds. A few of these colonial worlds actually kicked out furs and any human who supported them making them havens for the Humanitists.

2252 Nearly ten years later they where called the I.F.H.W. (Independent Free Human Worlds) which despised furs, yet there was a relative peace between them and the A.T.W.F. (Allied Trade Worlds Federation) which supported furs that they broke away from.

2274 About twenty years later, hostilities arose between the I.F.H.W. and the A.T.W.F. about trade prices. A new mineral; which was later named Energystone because in each stone was a natural source of energy (In one stone found, records stated that a stone that was about the size of a football held enough energy equal to five nuclear reactors), was found on a planet that was allied with the A.T.W.F. but was inside I.F.H.W. territory, both organizations laid claim to the mineral but was soon settled when the A.T.W.F. would include the I.F.H.W. in its trade routes at discounted prices and thirty percent of all stones found.

2314 Forty years later a major riot took place inside the A.T.W.F. starbase 1; also known as Moonbase for orbiting Earths moon, and several other starbase's. On Moonbase itself over a hundred furs and humans where killed or injured by Humanitist actions which led the A.T.W.F. council to debate over what they should do about the I.F.H.W.

The actions that took place on Moonbase led to the discontinued trade with the I.F.H.W. and subsequent banning of all I.F.H.W. imported goods. They hadn't been heard from in ten years until an armed attack against the A.T.W.F. starbase 10 in 2324; which was located near the planet that Energystone was found, was attacked and captured. At the same time Humanitists on several other worlds including Earth had started killing off furs in riots and break-ins. That was ten years ago and since then an all out war between the A.T.W.F. and the I.F.H.W. has been raging on.

The Admiral let out a sigh "Captain Rrahkarr, the I.S.F. Darwin is heading to the planet E'zelah."

Rrahkarr's eyes went wide at the name of the planet Admiral Keeton said. Lliam noticed his brothers look and when he looked at Sara, she too had the same look.

"Excuse me Admiral, Sir but what is happening at E'zelah?" Lliam's words drew the looks of his brother and Sara.

"I see you don't watch the news much. E'zelah is the world that is currently the front line in the war between the A.T.W.F. and those damned I.F.H.W. bastards. We're going there to help back up our forces." Admiral Keeton informed him.

"Oh...well sir since neither I nor those two sleeping over there have a ship to go back to, what are you going to do with us?" Lliam asked.

"Well...like you pointed out you don't have a ship to go back to and being that I'm an Admiral, I'm going to take command over you three. In fact I think I'll assign you to your brothers unit, if that's ok with you Captain Sutarra." Admiral Keeton said with a grin forming on his face.

"Well first off you're the commanding officer here so I really don't have a say, second I would be happy to take the three of them into my unit." He finished with a smile.

"Very good, then I'll go and make the arrangements with command and get the ship ready for hyperjump. I suggest you wake those two up and let them know about what happened."

"Aye sir!" Rrahkarr said as the Admiral left.

Once the doors closed Rrahkarr looked back to Sara for a moment to see if she was going to ask about his last girlfriend. She looked like she was deep in thought so he looked over to his brother who had a confused look on his face.

"What's up?"

"Oh nothing, it just that seemed way too relaxed. Do you know the Admiral?" Lliam asked his brother who chuckled.

"Yeah you could say that, I've rescued him from personal danger more then once and helped this ship a few times as well. When it's just me and him or when she's around we are quite relaxed, but if there are more people around it's strictly official." Rrahkarr said as Sara quickly turned around to face him.

"So...who was your last girlfriend?" She asked as Rrahkarr groaned.

"You just had to open you big mouth didn't ya?" Rrahkarr complained to Lliam.

"Sara...the last girl he went out with was only with him for a week maybe less; I was just saying he likes the foxy ladies." Lliam said to her, trying to get his brother out of trouble.

"Oh so you were just trying to get him into trouble huh? Oh well that was the past and this is now...I don't hold grudges and I'm not jealous, he's not all too special. You Lliam, on the other paw are quite special, and you have the most beautiful fur and eyes I have ever seen." She said playfully.

"Th-thanks" Lliam said, his blush clearly visible through his fur.

"W-what?!" Rrahkarr said looking at her.

"Just kidding with you honey, but I do mean what I said to you Lliam." She said playfully and stuck her tongue out at Rrahkarr.

"Do you see what I have to put up with her?" He said to Lliam who just laughed at him.

"Yeah I see, we should go and wake those two up like the Admiral said." Lliam said as he looked over to the two sleeping fox's.

"Yeah yeah, well then can you get up?" Rrahkarr said holding out his hand.

"Sure" Lliam said and got up with the help of his brother.

Rrahkarr and Lliam went over to the two sleeping fox's and stopped when they took a good look at them. They were twins and both Rrahkarr and Lliam remembered thier last encounter with twins and hoped to god that these two were nowhere near as bad as they were.
