Chapter 4: Planning
I sit in my cell awaiting for nighttime, but as I sat guards came into my cell and one of them said "We dearly apologize but there is one more test left for today..." after he said that they grabbed me and took me to "Testing 035"
As usual they threw me into the room and shut the for behind me... This room was different than any of the other time I tested in. The first thing is that its larger than average rooms, also there is nothing in the room just the door I entered in and a door at the end of the room.
I sit there waiting for someone to say something... And after a couple moments a make voice came on an intercom "Hello and welcome to Testing. In this simple test you must be injected with a substance and then you must see if you can access and or hack a piece of technology" after a short period of silence he says "30% Transcendence is required to perform this test"
A doctor walls into the room holding a syringe filled with a dark green liquid. I walk to him and he injects me with the substance. I feel a surge of energy for through me. I feel... powerful
50% Transcendence and increasing...
the doctor walks out of the room and then a wolf walks in carrying a computer once he got close to me he set the computer down. let's see what I have to do
"Hack into the computer... that's all you have to do... it should take you 10 seconds" he says as I focus on the computer... I think about the computers complex circuitry and how is works, then after barely 5 seconds the computer begins to act up... it starts to mess up before during itself off...
The wolf who was in the room with me was rather surprised... he looked at me and said "What is your percent of Transcendence?"
I hesitate a bit but then I say "30%..." I have to lie... I don't want them to know I'm exceeding the average transcendence... I'll wait until I hit 100... hope it goes well...
After I hacked into the computer the guards came in once again and took me to my cell...
7:37 p.m
I hear a knocking sound on my door, I look over and I see the drain who first tested me today walk in... He walked over to me and said "How was the test?"
"fine... super easy" I say with a rather confident tone... He looks at me for a bit before he answers "50%... You've exceeded the average... how?"
I was rather confused that he asked me how I have more transcendence... but eh might as well explain a little "They injected me with a liquid and now my transcendence had increased"
The dragon smiled a bit "Okay... Well... That's good... now tomorrow their going to do that again... so most likely you will reach 60-70... but try to time it down on testing you can't let them discover that you've exceeded average... tomorrow should be one of the last testing days... so you can escape"
"How did you know I wanted to escape" I ask him "I just know... now... when they inject you with the substance use your telekinesis to smash them in to the wall... and then pry the doors open... I'll be waiting outside the testing room and I'll help you escape... hopefully we won't get killed..."
"Okay seems simple..." I say to him as he gets up and leaves
Im gonna escape? well... this is going by quickly... Tomorrow is the day...
