The Unexpected Summer, The Epilogue

Story by StGeorgesHorse on SoFurry

                Hello

everyone who reads this series. It has seen a popularity I didn't expect,

leastwise not here on SoFurry. So, to that end, I would like to thank you all, especially those who voted, faved or commented.

I'm glad you derived so much pleasure from the series. There has been numerous questions

concerning whether or not I might add some stories. The answer is no. Summer is

at an end, and therefore so is the series. However...                There

is always the Allure of Autumn. That is the working title for a possible (note:

possible) new series.  What will

determine if I bother? Several factors really. If you know anything about me,

or pay attention to my page, you'll know I'm a numbers person. That was part of

the reason this series lasted to the end. So...                I'll

want a show of hands for anyone who reads this epilogue. After two weeks, I am

going to tally the number of views and compare that to the likes or votes. If

the percentage meets my approval, then I will resume life with these characters

(as well as more) and The Unexpected Summer will indeed evolve into a

wonderful autumn. Call this unorthodox, but seeing as I have many projects

outside of here, as well as many story lines here, your participation is integral

in what I decide to do.St George's Horse

Neglected Needs

Summer is supposed to be great. But my best buddy Carl was gone. I mean, he wasn't gone like dead or anything. We were both seventeen, and as we were old enough to get a summer job, he had managed to get a sweet position working for the...

Caught in Mid-Stream

When you get older, you ponder things you didn't care about in your youth. When the hormones run high, and your muscles are eager for exercise, you have very few things that occupy your mind. If you're male, you think with your...
