Jason uncovers this dark teenager's past by delving into his personal life more and more.
Author's Notes:
I decided to end this chapter with this kind of scene. I've already prolonged the title long enough, please bare with my negligence. I apologize for the odd formatting. My notepad's format is really frikkin' weird.
I meant this to be short. I started this yesterday and finished it yesterday as well.

PSSSSHHH!
Inside the train, the automatic doors behind them closed. All three pairs of feet flat on the ground, as they took on hold of the safetly bars beside them. Raiki's amber eyes silently staring at the beautiful ambiance of the well decorated interior of the train. Red carpeted floors, golden trims of designs flourishing the entire scene. Newly upholstered, leather seats bearing the school's crest. The transportation vehicle was fully furnished with graceful luxury. Jason could not have believed his eyes, as they shimmered through the bright lights the vehicle emitted.
SCREEE!
The train quickly darted towards their destination.
Rolling his eyes away from the other's amusement, Raiki took a seat by the window, gazing out. Guren gave a helpless sigh as she sat at the seat opposite of his, and Jason sitting beside her, a rather irritated look in his eye. It was quite confortable for the Luxray to be in this kind of state, as if he did not do this everyday. The constant hating of everyone, and only gracing a certain with his smiling presence.
"Hey Raiki," Guren sparked up conversation, Raiki responding with bland and silent stare. "You're going to take us to the Bureau then?"
"I never said anything about taking you both to the Bureau, especially not him." Raiki responded coldly. "You know how I'm restricted of bringing outsiders."
"Just because you've etched the guild's symbol on your shoulder, doesn't mean you have to be all touchy about it." Guren rertorted back, smiling. A streak of pink enveloping over Raiki's face.
"H-Hmph. If you're so convicted with your student council business, I work to stop the idiots of that school from wrecking havoc across this city." Raiki explained, obviously flustered greatly.
"What are you, Neighborhood Watch?" Guren humorously said as she gave a slight chuckle.
"--It's a Resistance Force!" Raiki shouted angrily, crossing his arms as he looked the other way.
Jason could only stay silent in the midst of a very sensitive topic, but he couldn't help but smirk in amusement at Raiki's embarrassment. It was one of the simple jys in life, but Jason could only ponder at what this mysterious Bureau is. The male tugged at Guren's uniform.
"Guren, what's the Bureau?" Jason asked innconetly with a smile on his face. Raiki reacted coldly, and gave a retort with a flashy tone of his voice.
"Don't. Tell him." Raiki said.
"Shush, you. My brother works at Bureau, and I can divulge any information out of the Clanade Section." Explained Guren, a slight pout forming on her face, at the response of Raiki.
"The Bureau is an organization created by a strong Pokemon of lore, said to appear every thousand years. The ever first Master, creator of the Bureau, had formed this group long ago. It was just a small group helping out the local townsfolk. But as time passed, there were convicted people help forming this group into it's foundations. Raiki's grandfather is the current Master, it's why he takes this job very seriously. Even if they're just a patrol unit."
"You know nothing.." Raiki growled, glaring beyond the window.
"See?" Guren chuckled, smiling brightly. "Although, ever since Shinzuku City became the most technologically advanced city, the crime rates have increased. Raiki's grandfather is petitioning for their group to become part of the authorities. But so far, they only tangle with students unlawfully breaking the law."
"He must be really proud of his work then. Even now, I'm curious to meet this master." Jason inferred, slamming his fist onto his palm, showing much interest to this kind of topic. Who knew that Raiki, a self-centered person would have a grandfather hell-bent on bringing justice. It seems Raiki held the same sense within him, but his arrogance completely blocked it.
Raiki crossed his slender legs, and hung his arms and elbows across the seat, his facial expression stand-still. "Tell you what.. if things become a bit messy, I'll bring you to the Bureau."
SCREEEEEEECH!
"WE HAVE REACHED OUR DESTINATION. TOKUGAWA: CITY STATION, SHINZUKU CITY."
"Well, it looks like we're here." Guren said, standing to exit the train.
"Wow. The train's really empty.." Jason remarked, as he looked from left to right and observed the passenger content of the train.
"It's because everyone loves Tokugawa University. It's highly facilitated educational structure that provides the needs of all. There's even a built-in mall at the side. There's a shrine for Goddess Amaterasy behind the school, deep in the school forest. We also contain some wildlife inside that forest that we observe. There are a lot of facilities, I'll give you a little tour when we have time."
"AHHHHHHH!!" A woman shrieked, as she dropped her purse, a man, a Garchomp holding a gun towards the female as she slowly took the purse from her. He wore all black. A black suit, black slacks and some sort of crest. It was.. the Tokugawa University crest! They were inside a dark alley, some feet away from the station, but Raiki and Jason's sensitive hearing was able to sense it immediately. Their ears perked up, eyes swiftly darting everywhere at once, hoping to find the source of the help for cry.
The two bolted outside, leaving Guren there, not knowing what to do, and oblivious to what they were planning to do. The two reached the turnstiles, and Raiki was stopped by the metal bars, as they hit his lower body with a thud.
"AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED."
Jason slipped passed through security as he waved his PDA into the turnstiles' confirmation scanner.
"ARIGATO GOZAIMASU, AREKSSANDERU-KUN!"
Smirking, Jason headed towards the cry for help, leaving Raiki in the dust. Fingers gripping at the metal bars, the male growled as he tried to leap over the turnstiles but was blocked by a wall of solid plasma, hitting his face hard. Yelping in pain, the male rubbed his forehead, irritated and pissed off. Gripping the metal bars once more, lightning flashed from his hair, running down through his body as he emitted a bright light and sparks of electricity flowed through the turnstiles.
"WELCOME-- THANK-- SENPAI-- KUN-- ERROR! ERROR! ERROR! ERRAWWWRRR--" Fading into deactivated, the security of the frint gates deactivated, leaving them vulnerable for Raiki. Kicking down the turnstiles, the metal body deattached from the floor as wires of different colors flung from the downside portion of it. Raiki, who was lacking in time raced for the Lucario with his lightning fast abilities.
Tick, tack, tick, tack!
Shoes clacked noisily as Raiki caught up quickly with Jason, his unnerved face focusing on the road he was running across, giving the Lucario a bit of a stare as he darted faster, moving quick as lightning. The dust clouded up in speed, Jason stopping aburptly, blinded by the smoke and dirt in front of his face. Coughing, Jason's brows creased into an annoyed face as he could just see Raiki running towards the situation. But it didn't stop the Lucario, he followed slowly in his own pace.
Raiki was in the lead and before he even knew it, he was already taking cover beside the corner. He took a peek and saw the lady resisting, as she played a tug-of-war with the student, pulling the purse back and forth.
"Give it to me, lady!" He shouted as the lady only seeked to put more force in her pulling. Without hesitation, the student cocked his gun over the woman's face. There was silence, and the lady completely taking the purse down as it hung on the robber's hands. He smiled and bowed before her in arrogance. "If only you just gave it to me, this wouldn't have to to this. Unfortunately, you don't listen to the one-mouth rule so.." His index finger reacing the trigger, the lady panicked and darted outside in plain sight, and..
BANG!
The bullet chased the fleeing woman, closely the bullet and her back almost made contact. But a gloved hand, quick as one fell swoop, reahced for her and took her away from the range of fire. The woman landed beside the building, still alive, uninjured. Before he could thank the male who saved him, he was gone in a moment's notice.
Face to face, the student faced Raiki. Black brows creasing in blazing anger, teeth gritting furiously, mane sparking uncontrollably, Raiki faced his adversary. His target. His prey.
The student, who has ecsastic at receiving bundles of money looked at Raiki with a conceited stare. "Huh? Oh, so you're the one who saved that lady. Pity. You disrespect me by breaking my bylaws. For that..." The student cocked his gun at Raiki. "You must die--" But before he could even reach for the trigger, he could feel the breath of someone behind him. Looking straight towards him, the male vanished.
Shaking in panic, the student quickly focused his gun towards the male behind him, trying to hit him forecefully with the gun. But the figure ducked, and brought himself back up, catching the armed hand and applying pressure to his wrist. A scream of pain, and the gun fell to ground with a clink. The yelping male cried in pain as he took a step back, attemtping a battle stance.
Raiki lunged at him, as they exchanged blows with their fists, Raiki bringing in more power with his swift kicks. One after the other, being blocked by the two skilled persons. Each blocking, evading and countering at theur own leisure. But, with all their effort, fist to fist, they made contact and they were taken aback. The proximity between them was lengthened, and the crook saw a chance to escape into the dark crevice, but he wanted to finish what he had started. Gathering enough force, they readied themselves for one final blow. And simultaneously, they attacked.
Their fists closing in on proximity, and Raiki took the first shot to the student's face. But nimble as a cat, he ducked, and saw the opportunity for an uppercut. Raiki was in a deadly position. As the student's fist was surrounded with flames, Raiki didn't seem to shake one bit. Instead, he smirked. But for what reason?
Facing certain defeat, the fist closely made contact with his chin, but as quick as a falcon, Raiki disappeared, sparks of lightning leaving in his haste. The force of such an uppercut had Raiki's adversary airbourne. As if time slowed down with such speed, Raiki quickly approached the slowed down opponent, fist-ready, as he knocked him back with a lightning enveloped punch. The student yelped as his back grinded forcefully onto the ground, leaving a shroud of dust behind him. The student glared incessantly as he cursed Raiki from under his breath.
"You're under arrest, I'll take you to the authorities now." Raiki said, arrogantly cracking his neck, flexing his wrists in victory.
A few feet away, Jason caught up to Raiki, panting at the intense distance which he had to cover. Bending, he clasped his knees, and just saw the lady broken, and crying. Jason knelt down at the woman and hurried over to support her. She smiled at Jason albeit her legs were shakingincessantly from the trauma. Guren also caught up, very exhausted.
"Guren, this woman needs help. She has wounds on the side of her thigh. They look a bit deep." Jason worriedly said gazing at the flowing streak of blood from the woman's thigh.
"He also a had a knife, and stabbed me a lot of times. But.. I'll be fine." The woman reassured, smiling a bit, trying to get her morale and sanity afloat.
"Nonsense." Guren said abruptly, as she knelt down and checked the condition of the wound. "These are deep, Jason. Thankfully, Ms. Fontaine taught me some healing abilities." Guren remarked as she placed her two hands over the wound. "I'll have to stall the wound's severity until help arrives." Guren said, sweat dripping down her forehead.
"I'll help too." Jason said, as he applied a bit of pressure to the wound for it to seal up. "Back in America, we were taught things like these. Although a I've never touched wounds like these." Guren smiled at Jason slightly for his concerns, it did help. But she did a lot of the healing. But things like these can save a life.
Meanwhile, the heated staredown of a beaten prey continued. A fair resistance, but Raiki was a skilled predator and would not waste his whole life training and just lose to someone inferior. At least, that's what he believed in.
"There's no use resisiting, you either come with me alive or I'll kill you where you lay down hopeless." Raiki coldly glanced, his eyes bearing the sight of murder. A miasmic presence enveloped around the Luxray, his lightning not gave only light, but severe darkness as well.
"Huh.. just because you did a noble deed, means you act all self-righteous now?! You've also done things which have not been appropriate to human eyes, not fit for the decency of the general masses! But me? I see this deed as unjust in my book and I--"
"Enough of your worthless drivel." Raiki ended, sticking his hand out, yellow electricity emitting from his hands. BUt before Raiki could even strike, he removed his insulators; his leather gloves. As he removed them, the student before him could hear the ghastly shriek of electricity pouring out of his hands.
"No..! What about the law, it is against your laws!" The student pleaded, begging for his life immensely.
"Charge Beam." Raiki whispered darkly, as the electricity formed intensely into a concetrated beam, firing rapidly at his target.
KA-CHINK!
The student was unharmed, but now there's a third party. A man with a fur coat, resembling the man Raiki saw from earlier had stood in front of the student and negated the attack completely as if it were nothing. The man turned to look at Raiki, as golden bangs obstructed his eyes' view. But they were closed, and quaintly quirked up into a happy expression, lips curved into a rather sadistic smile.
"I believe you've forgotten our strict code, Raiki. You should not kill. Only subdue.~" He cooed, a cooling voice came from his mouth as he kept the sadistic-happy expression on his face. It was rather unnerving, but Raiki was somehow used to it. The rather feminine-like male slenderly and playfully turned around lifting his leg sideways and stamping it downwards as he swiftly made a turn.
"Now as for you, you've been a very bad boy, haven't you?~" He said playfully holding his rather disturbing smile.
"G-Ghk..!" He squirmed backwards, unnerved by the odd expression of such a weird man. As he squirmed backwards, he felt something in his hands. Smiling awkwardly, he kept his silence.
"He's an odd one, isn't he?~ So tough when in advantage, so frivelous when beaten down. And now he's smiling.~" The male tilted his head playfully once more. "Tell me, have you opened the door? Have you opened the final fire exit of your life? Have you too, succumbed to madness?" The other said nothing, but his smile faded away. Slowly his arms were fixing something behind his back. The blonde male could only look at him with the expression he had before.
KA-CHUNK!
Suddenly the gun that Raiki disarmed was again in his possession, without much of three seconds, he quickly took the shot directly at the fur coated man. But changed his target to Raiki at the last second. The blonde male's facial expression changed, his eyes opened, showing two crimson optics. Brows creasing into a serious expression.
"Raiki, look out!" His voice deepened slightly, in contrast to the high-pitched and playful tone he had.
Amber hues widened as he saw the bullet in close proximity, electricity sparked up and...
SHIRK!
"Nngg.. ahh.. ahh.." Raiki held his side, ivory skin turning into scarlet red as blood streamed through his digits. The Luxray knelt down, in severe pain, but his silent nature would not let him exclaim the pain he felt. Because of this, because of holding in such pain, Raiki automatically passed out. Blood spread through the alley floor.
Without any hesitation, the blonde male wrapped the student in a fox-like tail, containing him permanently. The tail sprouted forth from his behind, and acted as a secondary appendage, carrying the student like some sort of toy. The blonde male shook his head, and sprouted forth another tail and carried the wounded Luxray as well.
"Ah, there. Finished." Guren said as she closed up the wound completely using some kind of telepathic healing power. The woman smiled as she stood up again, and hugged both of them for their help.
"Ah, you two children should be rewarded. Now where's my.. My purse! What happened to that young man awhile ago?" She asked, worried more about Raiki more than she is about her purse. But suddenly, her purse soon came flying to her like a toss. Catching the receiving end of it, she was startled at the event. Then all three of them saw a blonde male exiting the alley. Even with the sudden shift of emotion back there, he regained his playful demeanor once more and snapped the odd, sadistic grin.
"Guren-chan.." He cooed.
"Kiyoshi-senpai! What happened to Raiki?!" Guren and Jason rushed towards the two bodies the blonde carried, although he gave no response to the Gardevoir's question, he simply jocked his head to his left, signalling a direction for them to follow. White, shimmering boots moved onwards to the corner as he disappeared in sight.
"I-I want to come as well. I want to reward you three for your bravery." The woman said, dusting off her business suit. "My name is Shikigami Ryusai. I am the CEO of Nature Reform Organization. But, I'll discuss the terms with you after we tend to that poor young man there." She said with conviction, following the male named Kiyoshi. Without anymore hesitation, the duo joined up and followed the odd looking male and the proclaimed CEO. It's Jason's first time in the city, yet he's already seen so much. Such an adventure and fate awaits him as his stay in Shinzuku City is prolonged.
