Forgotten can live immeasurably long, they seem to be almost immortal like the elves. They can live for 5,000,000 years (Hence Forgotten.) Forgotten can be of any race (or species) specified as before. As Guardians can destroy and create solar systems, Forgotten can do that to Galaxies. As there are only ten Guardians, there are only two Forgotten. They can be brothers, sisters, or brother and sister. Forgotten have two special abilities as opposed to one. Their massive amounts of training and wisdom have granted them the ability to use both Gravity and Time shift, with any moves in between excluding Gravity Ball. (Only if they already have it.) With the combination of two powers, many more possibilities are opened as to what they can do.
To be become a Nova...well... You can't. You have to be born a Nova.
