As I fall asleep for the night

I kept thinking to myself

Will I wake up to live another day

I close my eyes and in an instant

I feel weightless on my bed

Like if my body is floating up in the air

I look down and I see my body on the bed

But Im up here in the air

I feel something pull me forward

And the second I touch the wall

I'm outside

But everything looks different

Things that weren't supposed to exist

Start appearing in the environment

I start to feel water on my body

And within an instant

I'm floating down a river on a boat

All the nature around me

Starts appearing in colors

That I have never seen

I hear the wind starting slowly

With a cool breeze accompanying it

No fear

No worry

Nothing to fight over

Just a peace that I haven't felt in years.
