Unfabricated
A simple story- I just liked the sound of the title and built a poem around it :P
Unfabricated
He arose from his bed
With a sense of dread
As his desires faded
His dream already dead
Simply fabricated
She smiles at me
Like Jack does at Rose
Like how water flows
So very smoothly
But it's all fabricated
Her kiss is a breeze
Flowing through the grass
To put my mind at ease
And feel weak at the knees
At the top of her class
But she's just fabricated
She loves with her heart
Which can fall apart
Her depth off the chart
A true work of art
The best thing created
But I cannot take part
Because she's fabricated
He let out a deep sigh
And left her behind.
Though he tried not to cry,
He was losing his mind.
But then I saw her in white
As the colors were faded
It was love at first sight-
A love unfabricated
