"Well, as long as you don't get them pregnant, and their parents are all right with it," Melanie said.

Karl looked somewhat uncomfortable during the part where Hans admitted to having sex with Michelle. But he agreed with Melanie, saying, "So if I call those girl's parents, and ask if they will allow their daughters to have sex with you, they will say it is all right? You're sure of that?"

"Yes father," Hans said. "That's what they said, and I won't do it unless you make sure for us first. Deal?"

"Deal. I will call, son. But since you and those girls are so similar in age, I guess it will be all right, as long as their parents don't complain," Karl said.

"Thanks dad," Hans replied. Then he put a hand on his father's arm, and said, "Dad? I think I learned something important from getting to know Michelle. I wouldn't want to have sex with someone like her very often. And I learned that I couldn't live like she does. It's fun to wear girly undies, and it's fun to pretend I'm a girl once in a while. But I wouldn't want to pretend I'm a girl all the time, like she does. And for sure I would never, ever want an operation to make me into a girl! I think after this, I'll save being Hannah for special occasions. My dresses are gonna stay in the closet most of the time. I'd rather be a boy."

"I'm glad to hear that, son," Karl said, hugging his boy. "I guess I can live with you being Hannah occasionally, but I'd rather have you as my son. You had me worried, when you started talking about sex with Michelle, and how she is already looking forward to her sex change operations."

"That may make sense for Michelle, but never for me dad. I'm sure of that now," Hans said. "Wanna watch a James Hound movie with me, dad?"

"I'd love to, son. You and Ryan go pick one from the collection, while I talk to your mother," Karl said.

When the kids were out of earshot, Melanie hugged Karl and said, "See? I told you it would be all right."

"Yes, you did," Karl said. "Are all pagan families so open to the idea of their kids having sex so young?"

"Not all, no. But a lot more of us are okay with that then in non-pagan families, I imagine. It comes with the belief that your body and how it works is nothing to be ashamed of, and with a strong belief in personal responsibility. If you're not ashamed, and if you're careful not to get anyone pregnant or to spread disease, then 'an harm none, do as ye will' applies," Melanie said confidently.

"But what if the boy, Michelle, had been diseased?" Karl asked.

"I've talked to Katie about Michelle's habits and health before. Hans was only the second boy Michelle has ever had sex with, and Michelle's prior boyfriend, Stevie, was healthy and monogamous while he was with Michelle. There was no risk of Michelle giving Hans a sexually transmitted disease."

"Yes, but we didn't know about those bunny girls. Ryan could have..." he said.

"From what Ryan and Hans said, those bunny girls are both very inexperienced. I don't think Ryan would have made her offer if she thought they slept around a lot, but I will talk with her about that. Any other concerns? Melanie asked.

"Are you still thinking of allowing Hans and Ryan to share our bed? Allowing them to have sex with us?" Karl asked.

"If they initiate it, yes," Melanie admitted. "I won't try to seduce Hans, and I don't expect you to seduce Ryan, either. But if either of them makes it clear that they want to try having sex with either of us, I do still think we should allow it. I've made an appointment with Ryan's doctor. I'm going to tell him she is sexually active and has a steady boyfriend, and ask him to put her on the Pill. Primarily, so Ryan and Hans don't have an accident with a condom failure. But just between you and I, it will also make it safer for you, if you ever agree to mate with her. Will you consider it?"

Karl sighed, and said, "If she is already on the pill, and if the kids initiate it, I guess I will. It won't be easy for me, if Hans wants to do it with me, but... I guess I'll keep an open mind even to that, yes. God help us though, if we get caught."
