Chapter 01**
Thankfully the ridiculously hot weather passed and as August pulled to a close, it began to rain. Although it wasn't a cold rain, it was welcome none the less since everyone, not just the Williams, were beginning to complain about the excessive heat. And you know it is bad when even Lord Albert, the main cat lord, complains about the heat. But the continuous rain pelting the entire region would not be any reason to celebrate as everyone would soon learn.
Supermouse was wearing his new rain coat costume today while carrying both Virus, who was wearing a miniature rain suit, and cousin Christopher, who was wearing rain gear of his own. Filming had been called off due to flood warnings all across Q.C. Planet. Therefore, Joey was using the time to check for emergencies on his patrols.
"...and I can't believe the U.S. Government only needed your help to rescue two people from the Middle East," remarked Virus. "If that's all they wanted, they could have asked you politely the first time. No, I think they are still up to something."
Christopher nodded his head. "I agree with Virus, cousin Supermouse. They wanted you there for something sneaky. I put up with Morgan often enough so I know what I am talking about."
"I spent all of yesterday with Morgan myself and I wanted to kill him when I was done," stated Supermouse with a grin. "If the Atticus Lawyers hadn't needed him still, he would never have made it home. But today I get the nicer half. You, cousin Christopher."
The boy riding in the mouse of steel's arms blushed at the unexpected praise. "Well, you and Samuel always did like me best."
At that moment, Supermouse's communicator squawked aloud. "'eads up, mates! Any 'eroes in the vicinity of the Aussieland Transportal? Kangaroo King 'ere! Ah am going to need some assistance right fast! And Ah mean fast! Oh Mathilda!"
Christopher said, "Kangaroo King! Now that's a hero I haven't gotten to meet yet! Let's go see what he needs, cuz!"
"All right, we're close to that Transportal anyway. So here we go."
Virus hummed as he held on to the mouse of steel. "That Transportal is supposed to be sealed, if I recall correctly. Aussieland was one of Lord Albert's project pocket realms, but he sealed it off because of a medical contamination that occurred in there and not much else was said about it."
Christopher inquired, "Why would Kangaroo King be at a sealed portal?"
"I say we find out," answered Supermouse as he flew down toward the edge of the Comita-Badlands where the Transportal was known to be at.
Upon arriving in mid-air over the Transportal, they were in time to see Night the Superdog hovering in the air over the Transportal which appeared to be split open and crackling with horrendous electrical bolts of lightning. And perhaps the worst thing to see was mobs of frothing toon kangaroos pouring through the open Transportal.
Supermouse exclaimed, "Where is Kangaroo King? We got his message only moments ago!"
"I don't know, Supermouse," replied Night the Superdog. "Krypto and I heard his call for help so I came on ahead to see what I could do. But when I got here, I found this scene."
Virus shivered. "Those kangaroos are infected with Roo Flu! We need to raise a general code-red alarm immediately! And someone needs to call Lord Albert, pronto!"

Chapter 02
Christopher asked, "What is Roo Flu? Is that like the Swine Flu?"
The black Labrador of steel replied, "It is an illness that toon kangaroos become the carrier of every leap year. Every four years. Usually they can handle this themselves in Aussieland, but when the outbreak is huge, like this one seems to be... they can overflow the boundries and flood over into mainstream QC. The main reason that this is bad is because if you get any of their frothy fluid on your skin, even a drop of the stuff, you will change into a toon kangaroo like them and won't be able to think about anything other than infecting others. Unless you are cured immediately, you could be stuck as a toon kangaroo for the rest of your life. When a toon is infected, they have thirty days to get the cure. But when a real world human is infected, you have 48 hours to get the cure or else when you do get the cure, you are stuck as a toon kangaroo like the rest of them. I don't know how your loved ones would take that."
"I'm trying to stay human for as long as I can," replied Joseph's cute cousin. "The Williams boys and their sister have gotten into enough things without their cousins joining the party. As for the kangaroos... I just wish I could help out somehow."
Supermouse exclaimed, "The best way you can help, Chris, is for me to zoom you back home to your mom."
But then Night said, "Wait a minute, mouse boy! I know you want to make sure your cousin stays safe, but we may need him later to distract one of the kangaroos after we capture one for fresh samples for when Athame makes the cure. Otherwise, one of us will have to play the distraction and keep in mind that if one of us gets in trouble as a roo, we lose our powers until cured. And then we're no good to anyone. So all I am saying is that we will need a cute boy when the time comes. But before you complain, listen to me further... these roos have already seen Christopher. Most are looking up at him right now and if you zoom off with the cute boy, they'll do everything they can to find him. And that's why you should NOT take him home. Your family farm would be overrun with infected kangaroos."
Supermouse released a censored though quiet word. "The baby of the family cannot be put in that kind of danger. Okay Night... so what do we do in the meantime? We mainly came over here to respond to Kangaroo King's call for assistance. And Christopher was hoping to meet him."
And that was when Krypto arrived with Lord Albert on his back. "Great Krypton! This is worse than we were thinking!"
The cat lord studied the situation for a few quiet moments. He then lifted a communicator with video link up to his face. "Are you getting a good look at this mess, Athame?"
The sexy cute leeezard voice emitted from the communicator. "Yes I am, sir. Good thing there were heroes on the scene this time or this may have gone unnoticed for a few days... like last time."
Suddenly, Christopher pointed and exclaimed, "Guys, there are a few trying to climb the nearby trees!"
"Fly higher, Supermouse!" exclaimed Night as he started to do just that. "Trust me on this!"
The law mouse of steel did the same just in time, as the kangaroos in the trees tried to LEAP toward the spot the heroes were just in. And thankfully missed by a few feet. "You have got to be kidding me? But I guess they are that desperate to share their infection with new people."
Krypto nodded his muzzle. "Now you know how dangerous this is, Supermouse. They were mainly aiming at you since you are carrying the cute boy."
"And I can't have my investment falling into infection, Joey," added Virus.
"About that, Virus..." started Lord Albert. "When you sent Joey to me for my help with the press you made the mistake of allowing me a private examination of Joseph's physiology and powers. When I found the Toonium connection, I knew that Joey's powers belonged to me and that voided any contract you had with him. Therefore, I own Supermouse."
Virus had the classic look of a blank stare and a series of dots over his head.
"Sorry, Virus. But I thought it was time you knew. I have been allowing you to keep watch over Joey to make sure nothing bad happened to him. I do intend to reimburse your services."

Chapter 03
"I'm worried about Kangaroo King, guys," stated Christopher. "He was the one who called for help and I don't see him anywhere."
Supermouse hummed. "Night, Krypto... I have an idea on how to locate Kangaroo King. We know he last spoke to us through the communicator, so when I speak through mine, use your super hearing to listen to where my voice is coming from down on the ground, then your your x-ray vision to located the communicator. If Kangaroo King still has it, but is unconscious or something... then we can focus on how to rescue him. Otherwise, we need to know where he went after he alerted us to this Transportal breach."
Krypto replied, "Good call, Supermouse. Do it."
The mouse of steel then activated his communicator and said, "Kangaroo King... Kangaroo King... Kangaroo King... Kangaroo King... Where are you? Where are you? Where are you? Where are you?"
The black Labrador of steel exclaimed, "Got it! He's somewhere down in the middle of that one mass of kangaroo boomers who look like they are trying to open a Christmas present underneath them. KK has a force field generator turned on, but he's pinned down and the other roos are all over it. Now here's the bad news... KK is infected, but the force field prevents the others from making it worse. It's actually clever. We need to get that force bubble back to Athame so he can safely take samples from KK to make the anti-toxin for this outbreak."
Lord Albert started working his magic. "That means it is my department. One extraction coming up. I'll simply make the force bubble rise straight up into the air and the silly infected boomers will slide right off of it as it rises. Here goes..." And he began lifting the force bubble high into the air with the infected Kangaroo King inside of it. "Okay Athame... transport KK back to the holding lab and start working on an antidote." And the force bubble with the Aussie hero then vanished Star Trek style.
Christopher then asked, "So what do we do about all these kangaroos in the meantime?"
Krypto replied, "We need to make them follow us to an isolated place where they can't infect anyone. And that means, Supermouse, you'll have to use your bait to lure them to the planned location. I'm going to suggest the Toonime Point Peninsula. Once all the kangaroos are there, Night and I will destroy the land bridge to the island and strand them out there where they can't reach anyone."
"Quit calling my cousin bait, Krypto!" exclaimed Supermouse with a growl.
"I'm sorry, Supermouse," replied the white dog of steel. "But these kangaroos will follow you to the ends of the world in their attempt to get their mitts on your cousin. So you have to play along with our plan and it will work out. Just don't let them touch you guys. Now you better get going."
Supermouse was a little upset that he had to use his cousin as joey bait, but as he flew off toward the peninsula he was surprised by the throng of frothing kangaroos that were hopping like mad in their attempt to capture the cute human cousin. "Krypto was right! I can't believe they are following us!"
As he was flying, he suddenly heard his cousin remark, "Oops!" And Supermouse asked, "What happened?"
"Keep flying, cuz!" exclaimed Christopher. "My rain cap fell off, that's all. The important part is that I'm still up here with you and Virus."
The throng of frothing toon kangaroos didn't seem to notice the fallen rain cap, although a single smarter kangaroo boomer at the back of the throng did quit the chase as he stopped and picked up the rain cap, sniffing it for a second. That kangaroo boomer got an odd look on his muzzle, as he dove off to the side of the trail and began circling back around avoiding the notice of the heroes as he headed in the opposite direction that the mouse of steel had been flying in.
Then Night and Krypto came flying just behind the throng of kangaroos and as the last kangaroo crossed the natural land bridge to the island... the two super canines destroyed the earthen bridge leaving only a gaping gorge between the mainland and the now quarantined island.
"Was that all of them?" asked Supermouse as he hovered high in the sky.
"I think so, Supermouse," replied Krypto. "You can take your cousin back home now and leave the rest of this emergency to us."

Chapter 04
Arriving back at home, Supermouse immediately hit the bed without changing back into his human form and was out cold. Virus opted to watch over the heroic mouse since he had never seen Joey overdo it before. That left Christopher to his own devices. With his brother off at the QC Lawyers still and no one else his age around, he chose not to go into the house. Instead, he thought it might be nice to go visit some friends he made a few weeks ago.
Packing up a supply of fresh carrots, he headed to the Meta-Star City Transportal, he set the controls and stepped through the portal. The last time he had gone to this destination, his brother was with him. It was supposedly an equine realm and while they'd been warned not to spend too much time there, he didn't plan on staying more than a day.
The Barnherd Transportal realm wasn't as Christopher last remembered it, for when he arrived... he landed in a snow bank that was nearly knee deep. And that was where it was shallow. "Good thing I didn't land in the ditch. I was hoping it would be dry here; it's still raining like mad back in Meta-Star City. Now lets see if I can find Candlewick the Donkey so I can unload the carrots I brought for them." And he slowly made his way through the snow toward where he thought the crossroad sign post was. But with all the snow and near white out conditions, he wasn't sure if he had gone in the right direction or not.
But then he stopped when he saw a toon donkey frozen solid in a layer of thin ice. The frightened expression on his face seemed to indicate that he was trying to get away from someone who was up to no good. Christopher could tell that the donkey was still alive; just frozen solid as if by magic. Now the boy was upset. "Someone is hurting my friends! I can't have that!" And he headed on in the direction the donkey had been coming from.
As he was starting to come around the snow covered bushes just ahead, he found another frozen donkey. Christopher sighed as he continued onward.
Then he came within view of the donkey farm and he saw most of the donkeys stuck in the yard along with Candlewick and Wild One. And overseeing their plight was what appeared to be a white spectral anthro equine holding a magic wand with a cold aura around it. Christopher quickly hid so he wouldn't be seen. He knelt down and prepared a very special snowball. And not just any old special snowball... but one that could hurt just about anyone. Yes, it was the dreaded SLUSH BALL. With his one-shot ammo in place, he then quietly stepped out into the open and shouted.
"HEY! UGLY-QUINE!"
The equine wizard turned with a growl in time to see the snowball zooming straight toward his eyes! "oh no." He took the strike and as he fell to the ground, the wand fell out of his grasp.
Christopher quickly dashed out to where the wand landed, grabbed it, then carted it over to an anvil and using an iron hammer, he gave the crystal atop the wand a healthy SMACK! In a flash, all of the snow was gone, the sun was out, there was ample Autumn warmth, and all of the donkeys and Wild One were free. Unfortunately, Christopher was held fast in the moment because he was now the victim of the quick freeze along with the anvil. While Wild One took the wizard off to punish him, Candlewick gathered his trusted captains and they worked on freeing the boy from the icy prison.
"I fetched the thermal blanket, sir," said one captain.
"Good thing he was already bundled up somewhat or this would be far worse," remarked Candlewick. "Smells like he brought us a supply of carrots. Let's get him out of that ice."
One donkey asked, "Do you think he might need body heat rubbing after we get him free?"
Candlewick gave that donkey a stern look. "We don't undress the boy without his permission. He just saved all of us. But if you meant to ask sincerely, we'll see. But please, let's keep our minds out of the gutter for a change. I happen to like this boy. He's polite and helpful."
It took a few moments, but soon the boy was free although shivering like mad and he looked rather pale and blue. The donkeys took him inside the barn where the emergency heater was kept. Christopher was helped out of his clothes, then wrapped up in the heated thermal blankets while his own clothes were tossed into the herd dryer to pump warmth back into them. Candlewick was storing the carrots that he found in the boy's backpack while Christopher ever so slowly began to have color return to his body.
One donkey captain nuzzled on him, saying, "We sure are lucky you came to visit us today. We'd still be frozen if you hadn't come when you did. You're a genuine hero, Christopher. If there is ever anything we can do for you from now on, just ask. I am sure everyone here, including Wild One, is very thankful for your help."

Chapter 05
While Martha was preparing dinner for the evening supper, she noticed a slow tear in the fabric of reality forming in mid air over the sink and Ninja's face appeared peeking through the opening. "Hello Barbra. How are things in Japanopolis?"
The black clad female hero smiled. "High and dry, actually. Remington asked me to see if you, Johnathan and Daisy would like to spend the week in Japanopolis where you possibly won't drown here. The plan would be that Joey can take care of the farm in your absence. Supermice don't drown." She winked.
At that moment, Demaras and Cat Queen stepped into the kitchen from the living room, the former saying, "I told you I heard Martha talking to someone."
Ninja arched an eye. "Who is that?"
Martha decided to pull a fast one and try to be funny. "Why she's Joey's fiance, of course!" She winked at Demaras.
The black clad hero growled, "I'll kill her! I saw Joey first!"
Martha then quickly laid a hand on Barbra and explained, "I was joking! She's actually my first cousin, Demaras Williams, and she has two boys of her own. One of which is cuter than Joey."
Ninja arched her eye again though this time looking interested. "Is that even possible? Cuter than Joey?"
Cat Queen then spoke up. "She's not lying, Barbra. Christopher could be a living plushie, if you know what I mean. He's damned cute." Then she added. "And non-powered."
"You don't say?" replied Ninja. "He just scored a huge bonus in my book. Most of the powered boys I've met seem to have an ego problem. Not Joey, of course, but most do."
From beyond the black clad hero came the pegasus voice saying, "That's not what you said last night during the movie, Barbra."
And then everyone on the Williams side of the tear got to see Ninja BLUSH with embarrassment.
"Maybe you need a reminder, hmm?" And the next thing everyone saw was Ninja's face getting that gasp and heavy panting look on it.
And of course Ninja pulled back through the opening and it closed rapidly!
And after a few moments of silence... everyone in the kitchen started laughing.
"BRAWK! Ninja got groped! Brawk!" exclaimed Teriaki from the living room, which just made even more people in the household bust up laughing.
"What was she wanting anyway, mom?" Joseph was standing at the rear staircase looking into the kitchen, still in his Supermouse form and looking extremely ill.
Mrs. Williams stopped laughing when she saw her son in that state of being and she went over and felt his forehead. "Joseph Williams... you have a fever. Get your butt upstairs, take a hot shower, dry yourself thoroughly, then get your fuzzy butt in bed. I'll be up in a bit with some chicken noodle soup. You are forbidden to leave the house while you're sick. Now go on. Scoot. Don't make me fetch a switch."
Joey/Supermouse replied, "You leave Switcher Woman out of this. I'm going." And he headed back upstairs slowly.
Cat Queen had to ask, "Who is Switcher Woman? I don't think I've heard of that super villain."
Martha paled and said, "I'm glad I'm not you. She's a little old granny super hero with a zillion switches."

Chapter 06
Dressed once again after getting his body warmth back, Christopher emerged from the Transportal back into Meta Star City when he noticed how vacant the streets looked and how unusually quiet it was. "Uh oh. I wonder what happened?" And then he started to cautiously make his way back toward home. But as he slowly made his way he got the distinct feeling that he was being both watched and followed. And of course the moment he sensed this, he started picking up his pace and then he was running.
But as he was rounding a corner of a public restroom, a set of furry paws reached out, grabbed him, yanked him inside, closed and locked the door, and then... held him against an internal wall with a finger raised to its muzzle indicating that it didn't want the boy to give away their position.
And Christopher was as pale as a sheet. Holding him to the wall was one of those froth covered kangaroo boomers.
As they held their position in silence, both heard a rabble of hopping animals charge by the public restroom building without stopping. And then it got quiet again.
In a whisper, the kangaroo said, "Ah saved yer life just now, mate. Yas owe me. Besides... Ah think this belongs to yas." And he pulled a rain hat out of his pouch and displayed the name on the rim toward the boy. It had Christopher's name on it. "When yas lost this, Ah found it and... the scent made me remember things. So, Ah quit following the rabble and 'eaded off in the direction of Meta Star City to wait for yas to be alone so Ah could talk to yas. Yas see... Ah need yer 'elp."
Christopher quietly replied carefully, "Please... don't infect me. I don't want to be a kangaroo. Don't hurt me."
"Listen to me, Chris," said the kangaroo. "Ah'm Kangaroo King. The super'ero. Ah know yas wanted to meet me. But Ah'm currently stuck in this form. That kangaroo that Lord Albert took who was 'olding my communicator is a trapper. 'e was planning on surprising the first person who opened that force bubble. Ah need yas to 'elp me get to Athame's lab so we can stop 'im from opening that bubble. Ah promise Ah won't 'urt nor infect yas. But yas got to trust me. Ah can't open the lab door myself leading into the labs. That's why Ah need yer 'elp."
The boy's eyes brightened a little when he heard who the kangaroo claimed to be. "Really? You are Kangaroo King?"
"Cross my 'eart and 'ope to get lost in Mom's bottomless pouch if Ah lie. That's who Ah am, mate. Will yas 'elp me?"
Christopher irked. "My shirt feels like it's coming apart where you're holding me, KK."
The kangaroo released him immediately, but it was too late as the shirt literally fell off of the boy's body on to the floor and continued to disintegrate until it was gone. "Ah'm sorry, Chris. It's this frothy stuff. It totally gets rid of clothes as well as make people into kangaroos. That's what 'appened to my costume before the other boomers infected me. When this is over, Ah promise to replace yer shirt. And... Ah'll even give yas my autograph. Still friends?"
The boy nodded his head. "Yeah. You did save me from that rabble that was chasing me. But how are we going to get passed that mob to get to Athame's labs on the other side of Meta Star City?"
The kangaroo hummed. "A thought comes to mind. Can yas drive if yas really 'ad to?"
Christopher grinned. "Yes, but I'm not supposed to. But... this is an emergency. What's your plan?"
"Across the street from this public restroom building is one of those Metro Transport buses. We sneak over there and get on the bus, making sure no other roos are on board, then yas start 'er up and we drive over to the labs as fast as we can. And take the bypass... the infected roos are occupying the park along the shortest route. So we 'ave to take the scenic route. And we need to 'urry because Ah don't know 'ow much longer Ah can 'old off the frothy roo way of thinking."
The boy nodded his head. "Okay, let's do it then." Then he paused when he saw the look in the kangaroo's eyes. "I mean, let's put your plan in effect; I didn't mean sex."
The kangaroo nodded his muzzle. "Ah know... but my mind... and this body... it's getting 'arder to focus. Glad yas made that clear. Now let's go before we get any more distracted. Ah don't know if Ah would be able to resist if yas lost the rest of yer clothes."

Chapter 07
Climbing the ladder up into the hayloft of the so-called breeding barn was as simple as his brother had been told it would have been. Morgan probably shouldn't have been there at all, but since the lawyers were done with him finally and he didn't want to go back to the Williams farm house, he told the lawyers to teleport him to Champion Pony's ranch. Of course once he arrived there, he found that both Champion and Samuel were both not home. And since the place was locked up, Morgan wanted to rest someplace dry. And the breeding barns across the road did have those dry warm haylofts. But because there was so many breeding barns over there, he wasn't sure which one Christopher had been in. So he chose one at random and headed over and climbed the ladder.
Once in the loft, he went over to where the supposed trapdoors were and he opened them up so he could see down through the mesh that was supposed to be there. But instead, there was no mesh present. It was simply an open hole and he could see the breeding ponies huddled all together in slow gyrating motion. "Excuse me?"
One of the sexy oil covered ponies glanced up with a smile at the boy. "Hello. You're a new face. Welcome to Breeding Bard Number Eleven. Who are you?"
"I'm Morgan Williams. My brother visited one of these barns and lost his hope pendant during the visit and I thought I'd be nice for a change and come find it for him. Have you guys seen it by chance? It's on a gold chain with a red heart in the center of a glossy orb."
The pony hummed. "I think I have seen that, although if you want to know where it is now, you'll have to do something for me in return. That's okay, isn't it?"
"I have some time while it's raining. What do you want done?"
The pony pointed a hoof over toward an empty stall with a gate on it. "In that direction in the loft, you will find a trapdoor and a ladder coming down into the stall over there. Meet me in the stall in a bit. Oh, one word of advice... remove your clothes and shoes in the loft so you don't lose them by accident. And no, I am not asking for sex. I just need someone with hands to scratch me all over and there are spots where I can't reach. If you do that for me, I'll tell you exactly where that pendant is." And he walked out of Morgan's sight toward the stall.
The request sounded safe enough. There was a safety gate on the stall so none of the other ponies could sneak in and get him in trouble, like the naughty ones did in the other barn to his brother. So he walked over to where the pony indicated and he did find the trap door and the ladder right where the pony said it would be. He then proceeded to remove his clothing, socks, shoes, and undershorts. Unlike his brother, he didn't intend to lose his clothes and he seemed as if he was going to make a real friend for a change. Once he was completely undressed, he started down the ladder into the stall. However, when he was about half way down, his hands and feet landed on oily rungs and he slipped and fell off the ladder to the bottom of the stall. The landing didn't hurt, surprisingly, and then he found out why.
The pony was directly under him. "I can't have you getting hurt after you were so kind to agree to help me. I wonder which pony oiled up the ladder like that? Are you ready to get started?"
"Yeah," said Morgan. "You know... you looked bigger from topside. Now that I am closer to you, you're actually smaller. Let me slide off and I'll get started." And he slid off of one side of the pony and landed in a puddle of the oil in the depression like floor. "Now I see why you had me remove my clothes. I'd be so naked after losing my clothes that I couldn't ever leave. By the way, you never told me your name." He started scratching along the pony's head and neck first.
The pony was really enjoying the scratches from human hands for a change. "My name? It's Charlie."
Morgan continued down the pony's front legs and was starting on the barrel. "That doesn't sound like a Boys Ranch Pony name. How did you get a name like Charlie?"
The pony slowly and slyly grinned. Almost the exact same curiosity that he had the first time. This was too easy. "Would you really like to know, Morgan, old buddy?"
"Yes please," he replied as he continued scratching on the Charlie's rear barrel.
"I used to be a human like you until one day when I met a pony emerging from one of the barns here. He greeted me and asked me why I was there. I mentioned that I came to watch the filming of a My Little Pony: Boys Ranch episode, if I could. He introduced himself as Bandit Pony and he said he was in charge of the special effects and make up portion of the show. I thought that was neat and said so. He then asked me if I ever thought about being in the show myself. I told him that I'd love to be in the show, but I didn't have much acting experience. He said he could get me into an episode with a pony costume. He had me put this on and he then zipped it up. I got to be an extra in the show, then he had me come here and wait for him. You showed up and I'm glad you did."
End of Chapter 07
Chapter 08
Morgan was really impressed! He never would have thought that this was a costume. It felt too real. "That special effects pony must be one expensive operator, Charlie! This costume looks so real that I can't see any buttons, seams, nor zippers. And I can tell from being this close... it smells like a real pony. It doesn't smell like a human boy wearing a costume at all."
Charlie smiled slyly. "He said that was an important feature with these costumes. If the actors in the show smelled a human boy's body odor, they wouldn't want to be that close to him. But a pony doesn't develop body odor, so the costume absorbs the human sweat and body odor and only exudes a pony scent instead." Now for the bait. "Would you like to try on one of these costumes yourself?"
The boy was scratching along the sac, sheath, and tail base at now. "Really? I could try on one of the official costumes for the show? I'd love to try it out just once. And then if it fit, I could visit with my cousin and Champion Pony next door and play pony games just like them. So what do I do, Charlie?"
The pony expertly prevented himself from giggling as he replied, "We go into the next stall where Bandit stays and we get him to outfit you with your own pony costume. You can even choose your own colors. Of course that will mean going through the outer area where the other ponies are. But if we're very quiet, they won't even look at you. Interested?"
"For a pony costume of my own," replied Morgan. "I sure am. Lead the way, Charlie."
"Also, if you're wearing a pony costume," explained the sneaky pony. "you can enter the barns safely as you look for the pendant you came to find. Safely because the other ponies will simply think you're a pony and they won't bother you. Heck, you might even make some money while wearing that costume. Anyway, follow me and be very quiet."
He opened the oiled gate quietly and led the boy through it. They crept slowly along the edge down toward the next stall which wasn't as close as the pony made it sound. Fortunately, not a single breeding pony even looked their way... or they were pretending not to notice. They knew the boy had to come back that way later. And the others knew how Bandit Pony was with new people.
Once they were inside Bandit Pony's stall, the gate was closed behind them and Charlie gently pushed Morgan forward into a large, very male, shadowy, oil covered, pony's lap. "Sir? I found a boy who wants to try on a pony suit like the one I'm wearing. I brought him to you as per the rules."
The large pony slowly brought his muzzle around to touch Morgan's mouth and nose... and he gave the boy a very deep kiss, sucking the air nearly out of the boy so he felt weak and went limp in the pony's lap. Then things began to happen in the darkness of the stall that felt like a silky costume being slowly wrapped over the boy's skin. Where it touched him, it tingled like ice crystals, but the feeling was warm and loving all over. Morgan got several more kisses and was soon brought into a non-anthropomorphic pose where the larger pony slowly mounted him and changed his life entirely.
After the mind blowing experience, Morgan found himself stumbling out of the stall and directly into the awaiting breeders who wanted to help him learn how great it was to be a pony.
Back inside the stall, Bandit spoke to Charlie quietly. "Congratulations, Charlie. You have earned your way out of my service. You are now free to come and go as you please. You can now choose whether you want to keep your pony form or have your old form returned to you. What do you say? If you keep the pony form, as per my original offer to you, I will get you permanent employment on the Boys Ranch series. They are always needing new ponies to befriend visiting boys. However, if you choose to regain your old form, I may personally employ you from time to time for pay, especially for every new boy you convince to come here. But you are truly free to make this decision yourself. So what do you say?"
Charlie was glancing off toward the new pony in training. He felt guilty in his role of tricking him into wanting to try on a pony costume. "Um... I'll keep my pony form. There is nothing for me to return to as a human, Bandit. And thank you for getting me into the series. Except..." He was looking at Morgan again as he spoke. "...I feel guilty for tricking him like that."
Bandit patted Charlie on the head. "Believe me, Charlie... it always does. But I promise you... he will earn his freedom just as you did. And he will feel the same way afterward. And now, one last thing I need to do for you, Charlie... ponies who graduate from my service are renamed so they have good strong sounding pony names. From now on, you will be known as Silverwind Pony..."
And in the next moment, Silverwind Pony was standing in front of the producers signing a contract for the show. He was smiling and the memory of being Charlie was completely wiped from his mind.
Bandit smiled slyly as he focused on the new pony again. "Yes, he will earn the same rewards and no one will ever know where Morgan went afterward. And from what I know, they won't care."
Morgan and his new friends were having a lot of 'fun', although he felt trapped in his mind since his body reacted like it was on remote control. Supermouse! Help! Pleaaase!

Chapter 09
Supermouse was still sick in bed, but something was about to change in his bedroom and not for the better.
As Virus sat on the desk reading the newspaper, the financial section naturally, he heard the bed springs pop a few times. The tell-tale sound of someone getting out of bed. "You're too sick to be up, Joey. Go back to bed unless you need to use the bathroom."
The voice that came back wasn't anything like Joey at all. It was a creepy sounding voice that sent shivers up Virus' spine. "I'll be sure to tell Joey that, you filthy rodent."
Virus immediately folded down the newspaper and saw... Super Rat in full costume and not even looking sick. And he was grinning. "Supermouse gets sick and you're still well?"
"Funny that, isn't it? And ironic. Must be nice to be an anti-hero. His mom really shouldn't have given him those knockout drops. Now I am free to do as I like and there isn't anything Joey can do about it. And you know what? I feel like breaking things and making people mess themselves."
Virus grinned. "Morgan is overdue. Why don't you go find him and make him mess himself? He's always in trouble for something."
"Good idea, Virus. Be back later." And he opened a window and flew off into the rainstorm.
At the Breeding Farm, all was quiet save for the pelting rain and the occasional crackle of thunder from outside. And then it happened.... all twelve breeding barns were thrown into the air, causing their contents to be thrown topsy-turvy into the walls and the rafters before they came crashing down into the ground like they had been hit by an angry wrecking ball. Bandit was about to get up to check on his ponies when he found himself floating up into the rain soaked air directly in front of Super Rat.
"Hi. I'm looking for Morgan. His trail ends here. And unless I get him back in the next ten seconds, I start flash frying all of your friends until you do produce him. And then I will kill YOU."
"I'm not afraid of you, rat," replied Bandit Pony. "Do your worst. You will never get Morgan back if you kill the ponies because he IS one at the moment."
Super Rat just put on that scary grin of his. "Then I will kill the newborns until you produce him to me. Or maybe... I should just kill you which will end your control over the ponies and then I'll find Morgan instantly. I'll let you choose which way you prefer."
Bandit Pony lost control of his bodily functions at that point... down both hind legs as the excrement fell to the ground below. He could see that this Anti-Hero meant business. He immediately sent the command to Morgan to walk out of the destroyed breeding barn into the open near the fence by the road. And then, he used his power to restore Morgan to his old human form, albeit naked.
"I've done as you asked, Rat. There he is."
Super Rat glanced at Morgan for a brief moment, then he turned his gaze back at Bandit and that was when the pony not only saw the sharp teeth, but the rat's eyes were glowing blood red so brightly you couldn't even see the pupils anymore. "I lied." And in the next instant, Bandit Pony ceased to exist as he received the full blast of the Flash Fry power. And the moment he was gone, all of the breeding ponies regained their minds and free will, although they were still ponies. "So much for this trap. Now let's see about getting Morgan cleaned up, back in his clothes, and back home. He owes me because I saved his life. Yes..."
At the Williams farmhouse, Virus suddenly heard the sound of someone flying in the window and the sound of the window closing. "Honey... I'm home..."
Virus peeked out from behind the newspaper and saw Morgan looking miserable and flushed while Super Rat used Joey's hair dryer to dry himself. "Lucky for you Mrs. Williams didn't come up here. Did you have a fun outing though?"
Super Rat didn't answer right away as he finished drying himself and then he lay down on Joey's bed and covered up once again. "I am content. You can have Joey back now." He then changed back.
Morgan quietly said, "Thanks for sending someone, Virus. Stupid ponies about did me in. And I still didn't get Christopher's pendant back."

Chapter 10
As the metro bus arrived in front of Athame's Labs on the north side of Meta-Star City, Christopher found that he was having yet another set of clothing malfunctions. Even though Kangaroo King had not been touching him at all... his shoes and pants had gone the route of the former shirt and the boy was down to his underwear and socks. KK was of course very apologetic, which didn't help matters any since the kangaroo was very infected and the more clothes Christopher lost, the more aroused they both got.
"Ah don't know how yer pants and shoes got the froth on them, mate," remarked KK trying hard to keep his mind in check. "Yas know as well as Ah do that Ah only touched yer shirt."
"Yeah, I know," said the boy as he opened the door to permit exit from the bus. "Unless... I stepped in the froth you left behind when you got on the bus ahead of me. But that only explains my shoes... how did my pants get it?"
"Ah don't 'ave a clue, mate. We better just get inside to Athame so 'e can undo this mess. And 'ope 'e 'asn't opened that force field yet or we're sunk."
KK bounded out of the bus first making sure he didn't touch the steps nor ground beyond this time. When he got clear, he turned around to watch the boy get off the bus and then he saw it... directly on top of the bus was another one of those infected roos with a bucket of the frothy stuff tipped up to pour on the unsuspecting boy! "LOOK OUT, CHRIS!" And he leaped directly at Christopher who wasn't sure what was going on and there wasn't space to move aside from what he saw coming at him.
The frothy goo splattered all over KK mainly but enough got on Christopher's head, undershorts and socks to make the situation dire.
Then the infected kangaroo from above went to dive down on top of the two to finish the sexual infection, when a force blast of energy erupted from a cannon in the side of the lab, blowing the diving kangaroo off into the far hedges. Athame's voice then was heard, "HEAD FOR THE SECURITY DOORS, GUYS! THERE ISN'T A MOMENT TO SPARE OR CHRIS IS LOST! AND I DO NOT WANT SUPERMOUSE FLASH FRYING US!"
KK didn't waste a second as he fully picked up Chris in his arms and started hopping as if Great Mathilda herself was right behind him with a switch directly toward the security doors. Fortunately, the doors opened the moment the kangaroo was near them and closed just as fast the second he and Chris passed through them. Just inside, the floor opened up and the boy and roo fell down a shaft and landed directly within an aquarium sized vat of some kind of what felt like burning liquid.
Wearing a protective anti-radiation suit nearby was Athame in his mega lizardman sized form. "You boys are lucky that I just got this cure finished when I saw the bus arriving in front of the labs. And when I saw a nearly naked Chris driving the bus with you as a passenger, I put two and two together pretty fast. The stuff you are in is the new cure for Roo Flu. I'm sorry it burns, but I've found that this new strain has a scent and aerosol effect in addition to the frothy effect. I swear... this crap gets harder to cure with every outbreak. It's like... it keeps mutating. You both have to stay in for a whole five minutes, then I will fish you both out and put you both in the same heated drying containment cell. I already called Krypto and Night to help distribute this stuff. I just hope they aren't in trouble."
When the five minutes were up, the kangaroo and the boy found themselves in a small cozy heated chamber together nearly in the dark. Chris slowly came to under the realization that he had lost all of his clothes and he was now bodily toughing KK. In fact the two were rather wrapped up in each others' limbs and such, although Chris was for the most part directly in KK's lap, but fortunately still human. "What... what 'appened? Oh no, we're touching. Except... Ah don't feel aroused. Ah'm not sprouting fur." Then he checked on his roo hero friend. "Are yas all right, KK?"
The kangaroo shook the dizziness out of his head as he looked at the boy with an odd look. "Kangaroo King? Ah'm not Kangaroo King, mate. Ah'm 'is sidekick, Joey Boy. Ah don't remember where KK disappeared to once the bad guy shot the Aussieland Transportal."
Chris brought his face close to Joey Boy so they were nose to nose. "Yer not the 'ero Kangaroo King?" Then he got quiet as he heard how he was talking. "Why am Ah talking like an Aussie?"
Joey Boy replied, "Ah don't know, mate... but yas are very nice boy. 'ere... let me give yas a kiss." And he planted a very deep kiss on Christopher's mouth which the boy could not resist and after a while, he kissed back and... things happened in the dark.
Outside in the cure chamber, Krypto and Night spoke with Athame. "Did you treat the kangaroo in the force field, Athame?"
Athame nodded his head. "Yeah I did. And once he was back to his old Were-Kangaroo self, Kangaroo King asked me if his sidekick was okay. Christopher rescued Joey Boy and brought him here earlier."
End of Chapter 10
Chapter 11
"Joey Boy!" exclaimed Kangaroo King with an annoyed tone. "Yas know yas are not supposed to kiss a 'uman on the mouth! Do yas want Supermouse to flash fry all of us?" He glanced over at Athame and Krypto. "Yas guys can fix this, can't yas?"
"Ah'm sorry, mate," replied the young sidekick were-kangaroo. "But when Ah woke up and 'e was in my lap... Ah wanted to thank 'im for rescuing me. Ah... got carried away. Ah didn't mean to make 'is ears do that... but 'ow come they aren't kangaroo ears?"
Athame and Krypto were examining Christopher carefully both scientifically as well as with x-ray vision. "Yas guys can undo this, right?" asked Christopher still infected with the Aussie voice and his current ears were those of a donkey, which made no sense. No one in the room was a donkey at all.
"I can plainly see that this isn't the work of Roo Flu, Athame," muttered the super dog of steel. "No roo I know has donkey ears. What do you think?"
The leeezard lifted his goggles up as he glanced at Krypto. "They are thoroughly a donkey's ears. Of a type I don't recognize. I know none of the Pleasure Island donkeys have this sort of long ears. I sent a copy of this situation to Lord Lampwick to see if he could help determine what herd of donkeys this type of ears come from. It's better if you just stay here for now, Chris. Besides, we're also still waiting for Night to bring you a change of clothes from your house. And yes... he was to have told your mom and aunt what happened here. I just hope Supermouse doesn't try to get out of bed. Last we heard, he was still sick."
Christopher nodded his head which made his donkey ears bounce a bit. "Aunt Martha 'as been feeding 'im chicken noodle soup. It always worked on colds back on Earth."
Athame and Krypto slowly locked gazes at that information as they both glanced at Kangaroo King who looked shocked as well.
"What?" asked Christopher.
Krypto quickly activated his collar communicator. "Night! Emergency! Get Supermouse over to Dr. Warner for an emergency stomach pumping! He's about to die!"
The donkey eared boy exclaimed, "DIE?! From chicken noodle soup? But 'ow?"
Kangaroo King gave the answer very quickly. "Because 'e is in Supermouse form, Toonium based mice are 'ighly allergic to chicken meat. It is poisonous to them. The more 'is mom gave 'im, the more it killed 'im. That's why 'e 'as not been recovering. She was inadvertently killing 'im without meaning to."
Christopher sobbed openly when he heard that! That was the worst news he could possibly hear. He obviously cared more about his cousin's condition than his current situation.
Just then, the main monitor came on and Lord Lampwick, the head magical donkey from Pleasure Island, was on the screen. "Hello Athame. I have the data you requested. Fortunately, that type of ear is one I am familiar with. It belongs to my brother Lord Candlewick and his herd in the equine Transportal realm of Barnherd. Everyone in Barnherd knows to warn visitors not to stay too long and actually help them get out in time when possible. But if you miss the deadline... this starts happening to you. That's why Christopher has the donkey ears... and the tail will be next. Once it starts, it doesn't stop, as you probably surmised already. Fortunately, I can undo it with time. But if you want it undone immediately, you will have to ask my brother to do it. He has that ability."
Athame nodded his head. "Christopher was visiting Candlewick before he came to my labs. He had saved your brother and his herd from an evil ice pony warlock. I guess in saving the herd, he stayed there a little too long and just didn't know it."
"That boy is a hero then," said Lampwick. "My brother was telling me just an hour ago how Christopher visited them again and rescued them from an evil equine. But he was vague on the details. He gushed on and on about how great that boy was."
Athame nodded his head. "Can you get word to your brother about Christopher's situation? We really need to remove the donkey ears or else Supermouse will flash fry all of us."
Lord Lampwick replied, "He is the least of your worries. The mouse's father will arrest you if the family isn't home by dinner time."

Chapter 12
In the Williams household that evening, everyone was glad that it had finally stopped raining and somehow the farm faired well and had not floated down the river to the sea. And again there was a massively full house again. Ninja and Remington were there from Japanopolis. Barbra was a little upset when she learned that Joey had almost died by an accidental homemade cure.
Commissioner Williams came in and looked at the family parrot. "What's the word, Agent Teriaki?"
"Brawk! Wife in trouble! Brawk!"
Mrs. Williams muttered, "Tattletale."
"You mean I get to arrest my wife tonight?" inquired Johnathan. "Sounds kinky for a change."
Most of the female members of the New Protectors made a silent 'eww' motion with their faces.
Morgan handed over a golden chain with the silver hope pendant to his brother. "You lost this a few weeks ago, bro... and I went and found it for you. You worked hard to get this necklace. It's not right that those ponies made you lose it. But Super Rat fixed them but good."
Christopher was seated beside Lord Candlewick at the dining table. He accepted the necklace... then he handed it back. "Morgan, I think you have earned the right to keep and wear this yourself. I wore it for luck but you need it more than I do. Please keep it for me."
He smiled and slowly put it on. "Thanks. I'll take good care of it."
Lance was seated between Chinook of the Road Rovers Third Season team and Whitepaw of the New World Mutants series. Anne and Gustav were chatting with Samuel and Champion Pony. Valeria(n) was entertaining Daisy with a scaly boy guest she brought with her this time. Dr. Warner was sitting near Joey making sure he got a clear teleport in case he felt the need to throw up.
Overcat, Minos Del Malign, and Virus were in their own corner where the mighty cat had good news for the deranged bald scientist. "Congratulations, Minos..." The feline handed the toon man a letter from the union. "...the Union has lifted the suspension on your Overcat Show license. You will be getting some back pay from your time off. The union told me that with all the good deeds you have been doing for the Williams, you've earned good behavior toward shortening your suspension. You can work again legally."
Minos smiled. "I've learn my lesson, Abyssios. From my job on Joey's show... I know now that I have a much higher importance than just being your in script arch nemesis."
Johnathan said to the pegasus who was his nephew, "I am just glad this rainy weather stopped. You know its bad when Lord Albert complains about the weather and threatens to have Switcher Woman spank the clouds. How he found out about her is anyone's guess."
Remington chuckled. "It was dry in Japanopolis."
Demaras glanced over at the head of the household. "The weather service was saying that we were going to get a very white winter this year."
The Commissioner closed his eyes with a sigh. "As long as the winter isn't accompanied by sprinkles, whipped creme and hot fudge, I think we can handle it. Why can't Meta-Star City be normal for a single season?"
Overcat remarked with a smile. "Take it up with the union, sir. They control a lot of what goes on. Maybe if you threaten to arrest them..."
"On what charges?"
"Conspiring to make this region into Terryville II or something like that," replied the cartoon superhero feline with a giggle.
