#12 of For Love of Love

Things were progressing far too slowly for the liking of the person who had Lex and his new group of friends under constant surveillance. As interesting as it was to watch relationships form between Digimon, Digimon and humans, and seeing how they adapted to one another, it simply wasn’t helping him any—and he had ends that needed to be met. The small black orb, which had reduced its size down to that of a small marble, was hidden from those he was observing in the corner of the room that the majority of them were staying in, and under closer observation, it seemed like it was pondering its next move—which was exactly what it was doing.

For one thing, Lex was only interesting as a subject in a waking state, which he definitely wasn’t at the moment. Rather than being awake, which was a perfectly reasonable expectation for anyone at twelve in the morning, he was instead asleep, with both of his legs wrapped around Angie’s midsection and his head and upper body buried underneath one of her wings. While they may have found it cute themselves, to him, it was quite annoying. With a sigh, he began to go through the ways he had at his disposal to rectify that situation.

Once he finally decided on one, he put it into motion and sat back to watch the result of his work.

* * * * * * * * * *

Jes twitched and woke up again, thankful for whatever part of her brain had caused her to do that. She had been having the same nightmares almost every night she had been with Oliver, despite the fact that he had given her more love, consolation and hope than anyone in her life ever had before.

“Mmm…Jes…” Oliver’s voice seemed to respond to her thoughts, despite the fact that he was still asleep. What time was it, anyway? It was at least eleven…what the hell was she doing sleeping at eleven in the morning? She blamed her injury for the time being, although she didn’t know what she was going to do if her body decided it was going to get used to that kind of schedule. It wasn’t good for training.

A feeling somewhere in the back of her mind made her left ear twitch. Her eyes quickly widened in response; that only ever meant one thing: there was a Digmon nearby. She quickly sat up in response, making a sharp pain go through her stomach where that vaccine had impaled her. That pain made her eyes shut for a moment; although she couldn’t have helped it even if she wanted to, that momentary lapse in concentration was something that she was going to have a hard time forgiving herself for in the future. In that split second, the door to the room exploded, splintering and sending pieces of wood flying across the room, some landing on the floor nearby, others moving quickly enough to become embedded in the opposite wall.

Somehow, despite the fact that he had been fast asleep only moments before, Lex was fully alert and standing in between the beds and the doorway. Even though he was an annoying little prick, Jes couldn’t help but admire the little prick’s abilities. He was pretty good when he wanted to be…

Ejan!” The Digimon threw a black bolt of energy at Lex, who made a timid squeaking sound but otherwise didn’t seem affected.

“That wasn’t very nice,” Lex said to the Digimon after the energy dissipated. He sounded more hurt emotionally than physically, but the edges of his sleeves looked more tattered than they had before. “Why’d you—”

Ejan-Ejan-Ejan!” A constant barrage of the attack threw Lex through the sliding glass door in the back of the room. Stupid little git… she got in front of Oliver to obscure him from the view of the Digimon, waiting to see what he was going to do next. If he went for Angie, that would give her a moment of opportunity that she could use to get at him…

Celestial Arrow! ” Angie made that decision for him, but the attack didn’t seem to do much.

“Eh? What this be?” The unknown Digimon halted its attack for a few moments to stare intently at the arrow that it had dislodged from his arm. It’s simple yet malevolent gaze then turned onto the Angewomon, carrying with it an evil sneer.

“No!” Lex’s squeak came from next to Angie—he must have teleported from wherever he had been before—he wasn’t keeping the Digimon from attacking Angie, he was keeping Angie from attacking the Digimon again. Jes tried to tell herself not to think about the reasoning behind something like that in the heat of battle.

“Jes! My cards…where are my cards?” Oliver’s voice asked.

“Hmm? Oh…there!” She pointed her muzzle toward the stand in between the two beds. Oliver immediately reached for them, then managed to knock the pile off the small stand, spreading them across the floor in between the two beds.

Meanwhile, Lex and Angie were still holding out against the Digimon. In true Lex fashion, he hadn’t done anything to hurt the newcomer, but it didn’t look like his abilities were going to keep him at bay forever.

“Prohibition Papers! ” The thousands of sticky little pieces of paper from Lex’s attack kept it from doing anything else for a minute or so.

“Eh? Eh?” The Digimon—Vagerdramon, according to the Digivice Oliver was trying to swipe a card the wrong way into—started shredding at the pieces of paper that comprised Lex’s attack. While the pieces of paper certainly kept Vagerdramon from doing anything for the moment, it wasn’t going to last forever.

“There! Lex, kill it!” Oliver had just managed to swipe the power card through his Digivice. Lex twitched slightly—it must have been his first time being Digimodified, which wasn’t a pleasant experience if you weren’t expecting it—but he obviously didn’t really like it.

“But…” he protested the order from his tamer. “Why? He’s not going to do anything…”

“Lex, he …” Jes’ eyes watched Vagerdramon’s progress very carefully. “Whatever.” She looked at Oliver, who seemed busy hurriedly going through the cards in his deck.

Ejan-Ejan! ” The attack nearly missed Lex. In the last second he possibly could have done it, he jumped in front of Angie and absorbed the full force of the attack. It wasn’t enough to kill him, but the energy was enough to burn away the back of his robe.

“Go away!” Lex yelled, turning around. Jes didn’t need to think to know where the mean tone in Lex’s voice that was very uncharacteristic of him was coming from—the Vagerdramon had almost hurt Angie, and Lex didn’t like that.

Abysmal Barrage! _” _ Lex’s voice echoed through the room as a series of fireballs flew at the Digimon, who gave a terrible shriek but didn’t fall. Jes stayed right where she was in front of Oliver as Vagerdramon recovered.

Revenge! ” An attack almost identical to Lex’s flew simultaneously at the person who had originally used it. Lex’s hand raised and created a circle with a quick flourish. The fireballs that were so similar to the ones that Lex had thrown at Vagerdramon abruptly changed direction as they approached Lex.

A few of them were heading directly for Oliver—even though she was already in front of him, she didn’t want the attack to get any closer to the weak human than it had to. Jes jumped directly at them, curled up into a ball in mid-air and spun around so that most of the damage would be done to her back. She closed her eyes tightly as several of them hit her. The attack tore through her, and she could instantly smell burnt fur and flesh as she flew toward her attacker with her back to him, a move that, in retrospect, was an incredibly bad one.

A black, scaled, clawed hand swiped across the back of her neck, missing its mark by only a few centimeters. The reverse stroke would be close enough to sever her spinal cord if the digimon knew what it was doing, which she assumed that it did. This was it; this was the end of her life. Too bad it had to end so soon, when she had finally foAll of the moments that she had shared with Oliver somehow cycled through her consciousness; she thought about the first time she saw him, lost and disoriented; she thought about the first time they had been together because of her heat; she thought about finally having someone she could easily pour her feelings out to.

She felt something inside her that she hadn’t felt for quite a while—the telltale tingling sensation that always came with discovering a new level. But it didn’t feel like it had last time, it felt … wrong. Every bit of strength that she had flew from her body, and she could feel her body dying. This wasn’t right, this wasn’t how it was supposed to feel.

Her skin slowly melted away, sloughing off her body in one of the most terrifying sensations of her life, but luckily for her, the experience only lasted for a few seconds. When it was done, and she finally had that realization of new power and new abilities that came with each evolution, she didn’t even think about what her new form was like or what it could do beyond ripping apart anything and everything that got in its path.

That was exactly what she used it for. Delight flooded her mind as her hands sliced apart any part of the Vagerdramon that presented itself. Scales were flayed away, followed closely by a thin layer of flesh, then muscle tissue, then some organs coming from the bowels of the Digimon. His miserable, incoherent shrieks and cries of pain and anguish had no effect on her; she was motivated only towards one thing, and that was the annihilation of the enemy that had threatened destroying the life with her mate that she had worked so hard to attain. No one was going to take that away from her. No one! Ever!

She was swiping and clawing at empty air as Vagerdramon’s physical form degraded into tiny chunks of data that were directly absorbed into her body. Her claws continued to swipe and stab at the creature down to the last packet of data, which she followed with her eyes as it made its rapid progression from the body of its former host to Jes. As she watched that final piece of data get absorbed into her, she saw her own body in a complete view for the first time.

Her new form was black. This wasn’t black like her fur used to be; this was more like the black of … death was the only word that came to mind to describe it. She looked terrible. She looked like death itself. Her whole body was this only semi-substantial misty substance that apparently solidified when it made contact with what she wanted to kill. Her fingers didn’t seem to be fingers at all—instead, they were sharp, long pieces of the stuff her body was made of.

“Jes?” She sensed—not felt, but sensed—what had to have been Oliver’s hand touch her shoulder. She looked up from the torso to see a full-length mirror she hadn’t realized was there yet.

If she had eyes, they would have opened wide in surprise and fear. But she didn’t. She didn’t have a face at all. What the hell kind of form was this? She didn’t like it, and she was certain that Oliver didn’t…would he think that this was her, this was really her?

“Don’t look at me!” she immediately covered the empty black space where her face should have been with her hands, trying to hide her lack of features from her mate. “I look hideous…” she felt a long, sharp tail—one of the tools she had used to take the life from the Vagedramon, and quickly wrapped it around her own leg.

“… …” Oliver didn’t seem to have a reply.

* * * * * * * * *

Jamie and Jean were standing at the entrance to the door of the room, standing wide eyed and gaping at what the two of them had just seen. Jean had been about ready to sneak one of her special attacks in on the Virus that had barged into the room, but she stopped at the moment Jes digivolved into what had to be her infinity form.

That was something that Jamie had certainly never seen before. Her reaction wasn’t what he was expecting from her, though. Jamie thought she would have been overjoyed at the possibility of becoming an Infinity, but it seemed like she was crying. Jes had changed a lot since meeting Oliver.

“You’re still you, Jes, nothing you turn into iswer going to change that?”

“No, I’m not me…not like this…” Jes’ new voice, very much like her old except for the fact that it seemed to be coming from every corner of the room, said. Her eyes closed and she adopted the concentrating expression that she usually did when she forcibly changed her form downward, adopting the size and appearance of the rookie form that looked like a black and green Renamon. Oliver gave the now-crying-softly Digimon a hug, and Jamie took the time to look on his Digivice.

His D-Ult, however, wasn’t displaying anything. It’s screen was entirely dead, displaying nothing but blackness. He shook it a few times to make sure that it wasn’t in power-saving standby mode or something, but it wasn’t. Jes wasn’t his Digimon anymore…he was sure that Oliver’s Digivice, wherever it was, was beeping with new life, indicating that he was now the tamer of a new Digimon.

Now that it was useless, Jamie dropped the thing and looked at it on the floor. Jean meant so much more to him now…he didn’t have anyone or anything else anymore.

* * * * * * * *

Oliver felt a vibration somewhere in his pocket. At first, he thought it was Lex poking fun at his relationship with Jes, or maybe it was Jes herself, but he put his hand in his pocket anyway to find out what it was. What the hell. It was his Digivice, which he still had no idea how to operate properly. Where it first displayed an image of Lex and some numbers that he had no idea what they meant, it now displayed an image of Jes and some numbers that he had no idea what they meant.

“Let me see that,” Jes said, taking it from his hands and pressing some buttons; something else he didn’t know anything about. “Lex…”

“Hmm?” A few wet squishing sounds—the sound of Lex and Angie making out on the spot—stopped abruptly.

“It looks like we’re both on here…” Jes threw the Digivice at the bed and let it sit there. Before he knew what it was she was doing, she had teleported in front of him and started nuzzling his face wildly.

Oliver turned his head slightly so that she missed when she tried to kiss him. He had taken away Jamie’s Digimon, and he didn’t even have a say in the matter…Jes must have felt terrible on the inside, being shoved from tamer to tamer like this, even if she wasn’t showing it. She tried to kiss him again, and this time he moved to the right so she missed.

“Jes, I just feel guil—”

“AIEEEEEEEE!” Angie squealed from where Jes had thrown the Digivice, and was jumping up and down on the bed with it held in between her hands. “I’m in here too!” she giggled with delight, jumping down on top of Oliver and clinging to him, knocking him down onto the ground.

“T-three Digimon?” He had three Digimon? After he managed to remove a giddish, giggling Angie from him, he tried to fathom that. How was that even possible, not to mention fair? Jamie didn’t have anything—well, he had Jean as a … whatever they were … at the moment, but he didn’t know how permanent that relationship was going to be, and he would hate parting with Jamie without him having some kind of companionship. He knew there was no way he was going to break up Lex and Angie, who were currently busy feeling each other up in a corner of the room, obscured by Angie’s outstretched wings.

On the other hand, he knew that telling Jes he would never see her again would break her heart, and he’d be no different than any of the male Digimon that had taken advantage of Jes before and was taken away from or who threw her away after using her.

When he looked at Jes to try to figure out what to do about all of this, she was gone.

“Jes?” no one answered, and he was afraid that she had ran off somewhere.

“Where’d Jes go?” Angie asked—again, the smooching and making out noises that he was now routinely blocking out as background noise stopped. Gone as well were Jamie and Jean. He didn’t blame them. Come to think of it, he didn’t blame Jes either.

“Now I’ve made her feel guilty,” he said, looking down, sad and defeated. “It’s not her fault...” he looked up at Angie and felt a burning sensation behind his eyes followed by a few tears. “I really love her, Angie. What do I do?”

“With Jes, I honestly don’t know,” Angie shrugged. “Lex can probably find her for you,” she giggled a little as her head turned to look at whatever Lex was doing over by the door.

“Right…um….Lex….” he also turned his head over towards the Magusmon. “Can you—whoa…” Lex was in the middle of fixing the door with magic, raising one hand and making all of the pieces of the door go back into place and attach themselves to one another. “Can you do something for me?”

Lex grinned and licked his lips.

“No, no, not that…”

“Awww….”

“I don’t think he realizes how weird that is, Oliver,” Angie whispered to him.

“Yeah, I figured…Lex, can you find Jes for me?”

“Of course I can!”

Lex went over to the full length mirror on the wall and used the same ability he had used to show Oliver what Jes and Oliver had been doing back in the Digital World. The mirror shimmered and rippled like the surface of a body of water and jes came into the image, sitting on top of a building somewhere in the city with her legs draped over the side. When the image clarified to the point where it was just as clear as the real world, Jes looked directly at them with a very expression.

“If you were any more obvious, even a human could see what you were doing!” She growled audiably, showed her teeth in Lex’s direction for a moment, then disappeared.

“Oh…” Lex said, giggling nervously. “I didn’t know that she had an illusion sense.”

“What’s that mean?” Oliver asked, clueless. He really needed to find out what some of this stuff meant if he was going to keep doing this tamer thing.

“As long as she doesn’t want to be found, the best I can do is tell you roughly what direction she’s in and how far away. It won’t be very accurate, but that’s the best I can do without her knowing.”

Oliver looked down hopelessly. How was he supposed to find someone like Jes, who could pretty much hide in plain sight if she wanted to, in a city as big, populated and unfamiliar to him as Tokyo was.

“Or, I guess we could do that again and try to teleport there before she realizes what we’re doing. But she’s mad enough at us as it is, I don’t think—”

“No, Lexie, I’ll get her!” Angie jumped up and down a little. “I’ll fly over the city and see if I can spot her. Just tell me the area she’s in and I\'ll be back before ya know it!" She smiled at Oliver, who blushed slightly at the attention and smiled thankfully back in return.

* * * * * * *

Jes had devolved down to her child form and was laying curled up in the shade on top of a building. No one wanted her... Ned didn\'t want her, Jamie didn\'t want her, and now it seemed that Oliver didn\'t want her, either. Maybe I should stop getting emotionally involved, she thought. No one wants to be with me anyway, at least not for anything other than sex. She shuddered at the thought of all of the males that she had let inside of her hoping that they wouldn\'t hurt her and maybe, just maybe, they\'d see her as something other than a piece of meat to have sex with.

Maybe she\'d just live the rest of her life here with the animals that she looked like--foxes, weren\'t they? She could pass herself off as one if she wanted to and remained in this form, it wouldn\'t be very hard. Maybe she\'d even get a mate that would at lease want to be around her, even if she couldn\'t hold a meaningful conversation with it. That would probably be for the best anyway.

"Jes?" Angie\'s voice surprised her and tore her from her thoughts, making her fur stand on end for a moment. Damn it, why couldn\'t they just be like everyone else and leave her alone if they didn\'t want to have anything to do with her?

"What the hell do you want?" she growled. "I\'m not going back, now leave me alone!"

"Oliver really, really cares, Jes. He wants you to come back."

"Then why didn\'t he come himself?"

"He didn\'t want you to get any more upset than you already were, so I volunteered to come find you instead."

"Hmph." she was still having trouble believing that Oliver genuinely cared about her after the way that he had so casually ignored her when she tried to get closer with him after he found out that they were going to be spending a long, long time together as partners.

"He really cares about you, Jes. He\'s afraid he\'s made you angry by accident. Why don\'t you just talk to him before you make any other decisions?"

Because...she tried to come up with a reason good enough to satisfy both Angie and herself, but she couldn\'t come up with anything. What the hell. Maybe she could give the human another chance, even though he probably didn\'t deserve it after what he had done, pretending to care about all of his problems while only really caring about getting sex from her as long as she was available to him.

"Fine." she curled up and was almost immediately picked up by Angie, which was an experience she didn\'t enjoy. Squished against Angie\'s breasts, she had to endure the sensation of the muscles that beat Angie\'s wings pumping almost constantly the whole way back. It was almost nauseating, and she was glad when it was all over. She was about ready to throw up by the time they finally landed and went into the room.

"I found her," Angie giggled a little and held her up for Oliver to see, picking her up by sliding her hands underneath her armpits. She was not amused.

"Jes?" Oliver\'s alarmed outry came only a moment before his hands puled her from Angie\'s grasp and into his own. "Oh, Jes...did I do this to you?" she blinked until realizing that he was talking about her change in form, which she did quite frequently--Oliver was probably just too new to and ignorant about Digimon to realize that she could do that whenever he wanted to. She decided not to say anything and let him keep going. He\'d probably figure it out on his own eventually, whether she stayed or not.

"Jes, I\'m sorry...it wasn\'t my decision to take you away from Jamie like that. I don\'t know what I\'m doing, Jes, you know that." She looked up at him and cocked her head, wondering what he was getting at. This doesn\'t make any sense. "I know it\'s hard for you, Jes, but I want to be here for you, I don\'t want to have to be the reason that you have to run away from everyone."

Jes\' eyes were a little wider than before. She couldn\'t believe it. How could she have been so completely wrong about this? "This is all because you didn\'t want to take me away from Jamie?"

"Yes, I didn\'t want to take you away from your partner like you were taken away from Ned...wait, if that\'s not why you left, then--"

"I thought you didn\'t want me to be your partner..." tears were welling up within her eyes and streaming down her small canine face. He did want her after all. He wasn\'t like Jamie and the others, he really, really cared about her feelings...he cared enough to change the way that he normally acted Satisfied and happy, she dug her claws into his clothes and buried her head into his green shirt. "Oh Jes..." one of his hands wrapped tighter around her body, pulling her against his chest, and the other one stroked her head gently. A few moments later, she found herself purring happily with her eyes closed, envisioning all of the things that she could do with her new partner and mate. They could do anything they wanted to, really...she had reached her Infinity form, and that was as powerful as she was ever going to get as far as she knew, so that meant no more trips to the Digital World to try and be stronger. She could kill most Digimon that crossed her path, so she didn\'t have to worry about her safety anymore, and she had Oliver...she finally had someone who loved her.

* * * * * *

Lex watched as the small version of Jes climbed up Oliver\'s shirt and clung it, and as Oliver tightened his arms around her and cuddled. They looked so cute together, like Jes was his pet, maybe even his child. He giggled a little at the thought. Angie\'s head rested against his shoulders, who was also watching the two with interest. Jes\' child form was, well...childish.

Children...he looked at Angie for a moment. He had never thought about having any children. For one thing, he had never had anyone who wanted to be anywhere near him, let alone stay with him long enough to develop a relationship and have any offspring of his own. But now that he had Angie, he could raise a child with her. It took all of his strength not to squeal with delight when Angie caught his glance and nodded at him with a smitten look. Still, he couldn\'t be sure they were thinking the same thing.

"Angie..." he whispered. "Would you ever want to have one...one of our own?" he gestured pointedly at the smaller version of Jes that Oliver was rocking gently in his arms. She nodded again, giggling.

"That\'s why I was nodding, silly..." she giggled more and grabbed his muzzle, shaking his head around playfully for a few moments before becoming semi-serious again. "I\'ve never really thought having any until I met you, but ... I want to carry your children, Lex." Her cheeks turned red with blushing. She whispered the last part sensually into Lex\'s ear, but the happiness in her voice completely ruined the sensuality. Lex giggled with Angie and put both of his hands in hers, squeezing them and teleporting them both to the top of the building they had been on before when they were interrupted by that Digimon.

"You like it up here, don\'t you?" Angie asked, still holding his hand.

"I like the sky in this world," he answered, looking up at the glittering points of light in the sky. "It\'s so beautiful..."

"I know," she answered. "I like it, too..." She pulled him down to a spot near a heat duct with her and snuggling up to him. Lex turned to her and curled up, wrapping his tail around her waist and returning the love and affection to her as best as he could.

"Heehee..." Angie giggled suddenly, then made an extremely quick gesture, opening his robe, getting inside of it with him. "You know, nothing\'s going to happen unless we work for it, Lexie..." Angie squirmed around in his robes for a few moments. Unable to resist an exited look at what she was doing, he pulled his collar open wide enough to see her taking her clothes off and press up against him. He felt the wonderful, beautiful sensation of Angie\'s flesh against his scales, which was easily the best and most pleasurable thing that Lex had experienced.

Excited, happy, and somewhat aroused, Lex cupped his hands around Angie\'s waist and slid them up and down along the curves of her body. Her body was perfect. The way she talked to him was perfect. Everything about her was perfect...Lex closed his eyes and pressed tightly against her. Angie giggled ticklishly--by now, he knew enough about being with Angie that his scales tickled her. Lex looked at her sheepishly, then undid the robe and exposed both of their naked bodies.

Lex\'s dick had emerged from his crotch nearly the moment he laid down with Angie. The thought of being with Angie not just because they loved each other, but because they were trying to produce a child made him all the more attracted to her.

"Mmm, Lex..." her stomach pressed down on his crotch, making him moan a little from the pressure on his tip. "That was quick..I just got undressed."

"You don\'t need to be naked to excite me, Angie." he giggled, rolling on top of Angie playfully. She rolled back on top of him playfully. After a few minutes of rolling around on top of the building and laughing gleefully, they finally came to a resting position with Lex kneeling above Angie and her legs wrapped around him.

Lex started rubbing Angie\'s sides gently. Although she already spread out her wings prior to ending up on her back, they spread out even more, which was something that he found himself incredibly attracted to, and ended up staring at for more than a few moments. He bent over Angie and kissed her, drawing a soft moan from her as his hands slowly moved up her stomach and along her lower chest without touching her breasts, then moving back down again to her waist4, passing it and moving on down where her legs bent around Lex\'s stomach, all without breaking the kiss.

He could feel Angie\'s crotch become moist, presumably from the fondling. Lex pressed himself against the moisture, moaning slowly. For a moment after they were together the first time, he had been worried that sex would never be as enjoyable as the first time they had done it, but it only seemed to get better each time they had fun.

"You\'re getting good at this," Angie giggled weakly in between moans. Happy that he was pleasing Angie, he kissed her again, then licked her lips and got ready to enter her. Holding Angie by the waist to keep her steady, he slowly pushed the heavily lubricated tip of his dick inside Angie, sliding slowly in as far as her body would let him--which happened to be all the way. Once fully inside of her, he started making long, slow thrusts, nearly pulling himself out at the bottom of each one. He wanted this night, the night that they decided to have a child together, to be a special night for her. He slid his hands along the sides of her body until he reached her arms, continuing to make his long, slow thrusts, then moved his hands onto her wings and started rubbing where the feathers met the skin. Angie shivered and moaned in response to the touch, and Lex sped up a bit.

"Ahhoohh....Lex....that\'s good..." Angie pulled her body up, draping herself around him as he pushed himself into Angie and then back out again. They started making out, each one of them moving their tongue as deeply into the throat of the other, a contest that Lex easily won, almost making Angie choke and gag in the process. By that time, his thrusts had speeded up and become slightly shorter, and his body was trying to get as far into Angie as it could manage in preparation for the climax. Angie\'s moans rose in volume almost at nearly the same rate. As Lex started making his thrusts harder, she started thrusting against him, adding to each other\'s pleasure.

"An-Angie..." his tail twitched uncontrollably as a miniature orgasm racked his body. A second later or so with his next thrust, Angie\'s wings quivered as she experienced something similar.

"Oo, Lex, don\'t stop..." he was all too happy to comply, tightening his grip on Angie and going nearly as fast as he could go for a minute more or so before he jammed himself into Angie as far as possible when he felt that tell-tale feeling in the depths of his body. This brought Angie to her climax, and a small jet of fluid left her body just above where his dick met her pussy. His own stream of fluid came only a moment later. Angie gave a satisfied moan and pulled Lex as far into her as she could use her legs to do so.

"I can\'t have any escaping..." she giggled a little, leaning up and kissing the top of Lex\'s nose in between pants before falling back down to a laying position in exhaustion. Lex laid down on top of her, being careful to keep himself inside of her and not to let any of his seed escape.

"Angie...?"

"Hmm?"

"I love you..."

She giggled. "You tell me that two or three times an hour, you know that? I\'ve known females that couldn\'t drag that sentence out of their mate more than once a month."

"I like saying it," Lex shrugged a little, nuzzling and kissing Angie\'s cheek in the afterglow.

"That\'s one of the things I love about you, Lex," she kissed the side of his muzzle. "You aren\'t afraid to be loving and sensitive."

Lex smiled at Angie, giving her cheeks a few loving licks, then stared at her gracefully-curved face. She was so beautiful...he looked down at himself, then looked back at Angie. Their children would probably be Data types...there was a slightly higher chance of it being a Virus because he was stronger than Angie, but the odds were still in favor of it being a Data.

"What do you think our children will look like?"

"Ohhh, Lexie..." she closed her eyes and laid down on his chest. "I don\'t know...I\'m sure they\'ll be beautiful." With the hand that he wasn\'t holding, Angie made small circles on his chest with a finger. Lex shivered a little from the contact, then closed his eyes to enjoy it.

"I love you..." Lex squeezed Angie\'s hand slightly, nuzzling her face a few times, something that always made her giggle. He didn\'t know if she just liked it a lot or if it was ticklish, but she seemed to like it. When he was done, she rested her head on his chest and let her wings lay across the width of the heater, bringing warmth to the both of them. Lex used his free hand to stroke the back of her head until she fell asleep. Lex joined her in a few minutes before falling into a state of half-sleep himself. He thought about what he would do as a father and a member of a family--he supposed that Angie and him were a family now, with Oliver as their tamer, but it just didn\'t seem complete without having any offspring.

He pictured himself and Angie pursuing their offspring in some exotic location in the Real World, being watched over by their human friends. He pictured holding them in his arms and them looking back up with love and without the knowledge of the things their father had done, loving him just the same. He imagined being called \'father\', responding to the title just as he had responded to his name.

Eventually, the wanderings of his mind became his dreams...
