Vex's mind wandered off as he said the word read, he really didn't enjoy reading about stuff in class, it was always boring.

Al opened the driver door and got in, starting the engine. Vex hopped into the passenger seat.

"Hmm... I'll... think it over" Vex said avoiding a solid answer.

"Oh.. I see" The fox said in a low disappointed voice.

"Well, it's not a no, I just need time to think."

"K, well, bye."

"Bye..."

Vex shut the phone and put it away, then gobbled down the rest of his sandwich. His gears starting to turn, thinking about going to the movies with Jeremy.. but... what about Al. He couldn't go on a date to the movies with Jeremy when he had fallen for Al. He told himself he'd tell Jeremy maybe another time if he called back, or at school tomorrow.

The front door opened, and Vex scrambled out of his seat washing the dish off in the sink and setting it to the side.
