"I thank you for you...

"I thank you for your numerous appearance today." Greeted the king of the southern continent, and its consultants, some judges, but who kept their faces hidden under their helmets. The king, a sergal, as well as a large part of its consultants, who regarded him with questioning looks. "What's the occasion for this meeting, your highness?" Asked one of them.

The king moved his head slowly in the direction of the consultant, looked at him for a few seconds and answered his question slowly. "It's about the information that we have been leaked in recent months," a frightened sigh of relief by the consultants to hear who clung to their easy chairs. "What kind of information?" Asked one of the judges.

He wore a black armor which is completely different in design from the other two judges. The helmet had two downward hanging horns, had no epaulettes, arms seemed no special features have to, but the fingers of the gloves were extremely sharp, understood as a claw, leaving even the slightest contact with the tabletop smallest notches.

"Information, which is largely due to the movement of troops, which were seen at our border and inside the northern continent.," The king replied in a hushed voice. The judges loved her head briefly, then dropped it and turned it to the other two who seemed to understand what the king wanted to say so.

"Your majesty, you speak of it, that the North is planning to attack us?" Another adviser said extremely nervous. "If you really been listening If you had, you would not ask such a question." Said another judge harshly. His armor gleamed slightly blue because of their appearance and seemed to originate from the period of the war, because they already had a lot of damage, which apparently were never resolved.

The consultant looked at the judge angry, just wanted to say something, but then closed his mouth again, as the judge moved his gaze towards the king. "You're right: I did not say so as ye have done it, but it's true consultants: the North is planning a new war to break the fence." Said the king pressed. "We have not closed since the war ended a truce with the North to prevent such a thing?" Asked one other consultants applied.

"A truce is no assurance that it is not broken, expensive consultants." Answered one of the judges. The king's hands trembled slightly as he breathed out slowly. "For this reason, all the troops who have no fixed position immediately stationed at the borders to get there, prepare for battle!" This Befehlt well as two consultants were also a judge, bowed and left.

"Furthermore, all the commands I cities and villages should prepare to be evacuated immediately in an emergency in the capital." Commanded the king got up and left. Talk to the other chatted for a moment, then looked to the judges, which they saw in silence and then also left the room. The two judges waited briefly, got up and went also to lose without a word.

Their armor clanked softly and her boots made ??at each step a loud noise while they left the palace of the king. The whole time not a word said about them, even as they stood just before the court, the headquarters for all judges and entered this. The court was a huge bulwark of marble, which consisted of several sections, which are also covered in part up to the city.

The entrance hall of the court was paved with white marble top, down to the middle of the hall, in a colorful mosaic of an image of the first judge, Lord Cid Randell was shown. It is said that this mosaic was already before the construction of the court at this place and it was built in honor of his time at this place. The two judges saw it again each other, who went through the hall, most of paladins, the students and the judge went on either bowed or shortly before they went on.

"It is long since I've seen here me." The judge said to the other. "For me it is well, old friend.", He agreed with him and went towards the second floor. The court had a total of twelve floors in the living of each individual judge, taught, and the task actually took care of a judge: judgments or taught about offenders.

Each judge ruled in its behavior and appearance of his armor from the other what each was unique. "Tell me, did not want one of your students compete against you?", The judge asked the other who then raises his head slightly frightened. "You're right, that he wanted. He's probably waiting for the moment in the examination hall at me. "He replied and went towards the examination hall.

The fight against the judge divided the man is part of the last examination of each Paladin. In this struggle shows the determination to be a judge. When the doors opened to the hall were all Paladins who had settled around the battle field and waited for the judges entered the hall.

"And please remember:. This guy is not human," the judge dismissed him and then sat down to the audience. The paladin bowed briefly and stood up again afterwards. There was a fox, who had the usual white robe before him for paladins. "Today I'll show you my determination to master Fenix," he said proudly, and drew his sword.

It was a normal long sword as any Paladin wears it. Fenix ??looked at him, stretched out her arm and said, "Then I prove how determined you are. "He grabbed the hilt on the left side of his belt and pulled out a silver sword, whose blade can be seen on the sign of the judge. The fox ran up screaming at him, swung his sword from the bottom up to surprise Fenix, but this was only the arm up and fended off the blade.

"Not determined enough." He said. "You're not determined enough Daimo. "The fox jumped back a moment and looked at him. He thought for a moment and then jumped to the top. "Take this!" He screamed again and fell down by itself. But Fenix ??took a step back to avoid him. In the fall flight landed and turned Daimo be on his feet and ran again to the judge.

"I have only once caught him directly." He thought to himself and slammed it arbitrarily. Said one of the Paladins, and brought them "He just like the last time. Fighting" around him laugh. "Yes, and if he does so on it is determined again defeated. Just like last time. "Added another, laughing slightly. The judge in the audience heard it and looked closely at this Daimo.

"This is already his third year here and he is still a student." He remembered, and sighed. Fenix ??just stood there, however, warded off the blows and lost not a word. "Why do not I meet you? Why? "He said loudly, pointing at the next blow to his head. "Why do you ask?" Retorted Fenix ??and took his head back a piece.

"Because behind your blows no determination and no heart is." Daimo winced and made ??a few steps back. The parts of his coat, which were not covered by clothing, rose slightly. "No heart do you say?" He asked, laughing. "That says exactly the right! You are here but the one who has no heart! "

Fenix ??was no response, not a twitch, a word of opposition. He walked slowly towards it and opened Daimo its cover. "Then at me cross. Cross me and prove me, that's behind your blows both determination and heart! "All in the hall frightened and wanted to say something, but one look at the amount of the judge handed, so they sat down again and remained silent.

Daimo scrambled to his feet, holding his sword in his hand and ran up to Fenix. "Now I have you!" Suddenly he felt something and then stabbed him again disappeared. When he saw before him he saw Fenix, the sword disappeared slowly. Some blood dripping from the blade and before another drop fell, he put it back. "You lost.", He said, and turned around.

He left the battle field during Daimo fell to the ground bleeding. "Damn it." He cursed it. Shortly thereafter, a group of paramedics inside and went to the fox lying on the ground. Everyone in the hall watched Fenix, who recite the hall without a word. "Have you seen how he met him?" Asked one of them, but nobody could answer him. Only the other judges knew exactly what had happened. He also stood up without saying anything and went well. When climbing stairs Fenix ??saw through his helmet through the city which he had sworn to protect.

"Fenix, wait a minute!" Someone shouted up to him and he stopped. Loud clang echoed in the stairwell again and it was the other judge who asked him to wait. Then they went up the stairs and started this conversation. "What did you do in this fight was not about?" He asked, interrupting him to Fenix.

"This boy did not understand that he needs more than just the will to defeat me." Answered only Fenix ??and sighed deeply. "But he was not entirely wrong when he said that you have no heart, because as you encounter it here most seems like before when you had really no heart." He said. "Azer." Began Fenix.

"It's not about whether I have a heart or not but how and why using it. My heart is there where it should be but I lay down my life is not determined by him, you understand? " And yet you said to him that behind his blows no heart. What did you turn it? "Asked Azer. "It's like the fact that I never take off my helmet when I pick up in public or teach the Paladins: a decision on my part.

Nevertheless, for me is the thought that the heart of a person, no matter what race gives one the strength to fight those who threaten the welfare of others .... just too simplistic. "He said. Azer Fenixs thinking about thinking, and decided to say nothing more. On the third floor, the command area separated from Fenix ??arrived, the paths of the two had since Azer three floors higher than him.

Fenix ??opened the door to the third floor and then went into his office. There he worked on the documentation relating to the clan, which was completed recently under his supervision. "Dragon Heart hmmm. The name of this clan is something special. "He said as he began with the first page of the file. First he went through the list of past clan members. When he read Surasshus full name, but he frightened and read it again.

"Surasshu Northstar. I have heard that name before. "He thought to himself, wondering whether he should see through an older file in which a person with a similar name, when suddenly there was a knock at his door. He came and asked Daimo stepped slowly into the room. "Pardon this fault but I want you to fight one more time against me." Begged and he bowed.

"I'm sorry but I can not do that." Contradicted Fenix ??without looking at him there. "And I want to hear any words from you again, because if you lose again against me, you'll either kill me or I will dismiss you from my care." Daimo woke up and saw him angry. He went up to him and beat his fists on the desk.

"I beg you, I have to prove that I am able to win against you," he pleaded. Only Fenix ??wanted to scream at him, but then changed his mind. "All right, you still have this one chance. Tomorrow morning you come into the examination hall and then you will be tested again by me. Be warned, however, because I'm not even willing to let this grace-wide. "Daimo agreed and left the room. Fenix ??then devoted himself again to his duties late in the night.

It came hours before a meeting between the king and a judge. But it was not just any judge, it was the first judge: Ingus Raika. With a bronze armor with a royal blue cloak entered the throne room. From his helmet hanging down a green chain, hanging at the end of a green shimmering gem in the form of drops. He slowly walked into the huge throne room, walked down the red carpet towards the throne and then went in front of the knee when he was in before the king.

"All the instructions which your Majesty has been ordered executed." He reported. "I thank you, first judge." Thanked the king. "In addition, all judges have agreed and paladins to protect your highness and the queen with her ??life." He added. "This, too, am glad to hear." Thanked the king again and dismissed Ingus.

When he left the hall, he paused for a moment while breathing deeply in and out. "I do not like it when I need him so late." He moaned softly. It was only recently judges and had to get used to it, to do such tasks, even if it had any other paladin can do. Back in court, he went into his office and did the usual paperwork: Check the movement of troops, precipitated stamp decisions of other judges, create any battle plans and think of what all the next day to come to him.

He just sighed and completed everything until he laid to rest. The next morning, gathered all paladins who attend the third and sixth among judges were in the examination hall to the repetition of Fenix ??and fight Daimo. When the two entered the hall broke out on both sides of the bleachers of cheering loud.

In the end, the two as compared to the last day, waiting for the signal. Azer went as a referee in the middle of the field, saw them and cried: "It can start!" Fenix ??walked slowly forward while Daimo ran from left to him. "This time I have a plan." He thought to himself, and grinned. Just before he reached Fenix ??he shouted: "palaestra"

From it came a bright light in all directions, blinding everyone in the hall, and Fenix. Reflexively he drew his sword, struck in the direction of the light and realized that there was no one. "What?" He asked himself, realizing how about touching his arms. It was a sword and bounced off his armor. "Gotcha!" Screamed and jumped back Daimo some jumping for joy.

But his joy suddenly vanished at once, as Fenix ??swung his sword. "Imaginative, yet not good enough.", He said it. Daimo turned around, looked at Fenix ??and just laughed. "Do not think that I will weaken your words again, Master Fenix", he said only proud, seized his sword in his hand and ran towards him. But instead of the Fenix ??raised his sword to protect himself he ran it down and just waited. "He has no coverage, that's it," he said to himself in thought and stabbed with his sword against Fenix's helmet.

A loud sigh of relief was heard in the hall, and Azer, who would not believe it, saw with astonishment a look at the two. A slight crack was pierced from the point at which the helmet and sword Daimos he already crumbling. "I've won!", He shouted and drew his sword back slowly. In the same moment in which the blade, the hole dungeon was heard only a little laugh out of the helmet. Daimo looked at him and asked in astonishment: "What's so funny?"

"It's over,. Palaestra," said Fenix ??and he went from a bright light that was much bigger than that of Daimo. Each Paladin protected his eyes because the light was so bright that it seemed everyone was blinded for several seconds. Daimo, who stood directly in front of Fenix ??was totally paralyzed, yet he could hear a sentence. He said: "You would have to kill me when you had the chance."

When the light disappeared Daimo fell to his knees and looked up at Fenix. From the hole in his helmet looked out a black eye, that it completely terrified. "That was the last time that you're trying to defeat me. Daimo, I hereby release you from my care. "Fenix ??said and turned around. Nobody in the stands said something that no one was breathing at that moment: it was deathly quiet.

Only Daimo, who was angry after these words, began to scream. "If I am no longer under your care then I can kill you here and now!" He cried just jumped up and ran toward him. "Daimo, not," shouted several of the stands and tried to run him to stop him, but Daimo was faster than them. Shortly before he could reach this Fenixs helmet turned around, reached out and drew his sword once Daimos stomach.

This immediately spat blood and fell to his knees. "How dare your blade against a judge who has just defeated you raise, then you're not even worthy to continue to be in this building." Fenix ??said, raising his sword. Not a minute after he cut with just one blow Daimos clothes and read it to shreds kneel before him.

"Daimo, I hereby banish you from the court and from the capital. Again without words you will leave this city immediately and never return. If you do it but then you would say that I will treat you with the full extent of the court, "he said, and it reverberated throughout the hall. The completely horrified Daimo could not stir from the spot and the whole body trembled.

A few seconds later he got up and ran away. Out of the court, through the streets of the city, past the dungeon passers Daimo the city. He ran until he had to stop due to his injury. "I will avenge myself, someday." He said to himself, before he leaned against a rock wall to rest.
