Tyler x Shadow: Chapter Twenty-Nine
#29 of Tyler x Shadow
No sex! Plot!
But yeah, this took for fucking ever to write. I had to stop and almost completely rewrite it halfway through not once, not twice, but I fucking lost count!
Anyway, enjoy. I'm pretty sure this is one of my longer chapters, and we go some plot, some character development, and the return of everyone's favorite character! And no, it's not the lucario, though he is in here
Chapter Twenty-nine
The quartet of Tyler and his three pokémon walked down the boardwalk of Tide Island's Shellder Beach boardwalk. The typically heavy tourist area was filled with stores of any dozens of different kinds with plenty of people buying from them.
Glancing to his side, Tyler caught sight of his heat ridden Lava. Her pussy was clearly visible, a pair of bright pink lips poking out of cream fur, and very wet, the fur matted and a couple rivulets of moisture marking her inner thighs. Her face was flushed bright red instead of the usual blue-green that covered her face and back and she was panting heavily with her tongue poked out her mouth slightly.
This was of course in addition to skittering around anyone who got close and nearly stepping on Tyler's shoes as they walked. She looked like someone was hunting her down or something. He would have said that it was cute were it not for her current condition
"Hey Lava, why don't you take Slash and have some fun," Shadow suggested
The stoat yipped and ducked her head under her paws in embarrassment, stopping in the path with the others gathering around her. She turned even redder when she noticed that one: they were forced to stop in middle of the street, and two: that with lowering her head, she had unintentionally raised her butt into the air, displaying her folds to anyone who might see.
Whimpering, she lowered her ass and laid there. They others simply stood calmly and patiently for her to eventually get up. Rather, she glanced up through her paws at Tyler and Shadow.
"Um, ac-actually," she blushed even harder, if that's possible, "I kinda wa-wanted to asked som-something"
"You know you can ask just about anything," Tyler assured her
"Well...I kinda wa-wanted to ha-have se-sex with Ty-Tyler again"
Despite her stutter, she remained fairly confident as far as her body language went, well confident for her lying on the ground with her face covered by her paws and her body shuttering with arousal. She didn't shrink away or stop. She made her request and waited for the response from the two mates with a heavy blush and only a little eye contact.
"Shade?" Tyler asked
"As long as I get some," she said, licking Lava's cheek affectionately, though both observers could tell there was a sexual undertone to how she did so
"Then sure," the trainer agreed, "wanna go now?"
"No-no," Lava said, "I wa-wanna ha-have fu-fun here fir-first"
"If you're sure, then as soon as we're done here we can go and enjoy ourselves"
"And each other," Shadow made sure to add
Shaking his head at the two horny pokémon and glancing at their third, passive one behind Shadow to see if any glimmer of understanding was in the childish eyes, he turned and led the group into one of the stores.
"I never did really buy you anything," Tyler commented as he looked over some of the displays
"You got me sunglasses," she pointed out the pair of shaded spectacles atop of her head
"Not quite what I meant. I mean, like a necklace or earrings or something"
"It would just get in the way of me fighting," she said. If there were two things she liked it was sex and fighting. And she especially liked how fighting got her into the mood for sex
"I could get you a new pokéball," he suggested
"I'd rather have a dildo," she growled, "I hate pokéballs"
"So what? I'm not enough for you?" he asked, a smile giving away the mock of his anger
"Meh, you're good enough," she countered, rubbing her side along his leg affectionately
"Well at least I've got Lava if I get bored," he teased her, getting a growl and a nip at his knee
"Jerk," she huffed
The little rabbit/fox yipped when she was scooped up and her back was hugged into Tyler's chest. Purring, she pressed her head against his and the two nuzzled for afew moments.
___
Lava browsed some of the wears a little ways away from the couple. Her crotch was still very wet and her lips exposed, so she spent most of her time sitting. That of course didn't stop any passing male pokémon from turning at the smell of female in heat.
She didn't find anything all that interesting until the group eventually moved onto a comic shop that she took some time browsing. She had a taste for fantasy/adventure and mystery stories which Tyler gladly bought afew of for her. The stoat blushing as he paid for and stuffed them away for later in his pack
The trainer also bought the team some cotton candy, Shadow a plate of fried dough, and Slash a sea shell he had a random interest in. Tyler bought himself a model of lugia for his collection, halfway done, and a soft drink he shared with Shadow.
In between each purchase came several minutes of them wandering the area, observing and mocking the stereotypical tourists and over the top advertising mascot suits afew unfortunate souls were sealed in. As they went, Lava became more and more comfortable, occasionally wandering fairly far from the group and would join in the laughter and conversations openly.
They even managed to coax her into getting aboard one of the amusement rides a ways from the shops. After a little whimpering at first boarding the coaster, she heavily enjoyed herself and actually asked to go on afew others.
Continuing their wondering came with a visit to some of the pokémon shows. One of the first ones they found included arcanine, blaziken, and other fire type's creating complex displays of flame and shows of skill with such. Lava noticeably blushed and hid her face whenever the show's typhlosion came near. The fire-bear also seemed to occasionally give her afew interested glances and might of even been showing off
"Ya know, if you want to find him after the show," Shadow teased
Lava yelped and hid her face, just glancing through her fingers as typhlosion charged headlong into a brick wall, fur covered in flame. As soon as he slammed into the structure, the fire exploded and engulfed the bricks. Exiting the other side, he jumped up and fired a flamethrower straight down, pulverizing the stone and leaving him standing in the center of a ring of flaming rocks
Lava gave a quiet cheer and ducked.
Another attraction involved an alakazam reading people's minds, predicting the future, and other things that, without the existence of real psychic powers in the pokémon world, would have been called cheap tricks. It became especially interesting when it tried to read Shadow's mind. Just afew seconds passed before the spoon wielder yipped and blushed heavily. Its handler asked what was wrong and when the fox whispered its answer he instantly joined in its reaction much to the couple's amusement. Better yet was when Tyler added his thoughts, just plain confusing the pokémon psychic
Moving on they found afew fighting, ground, and rock-type's showing off their strength. Shadow giggled when she got a menacing look from Tyler involving one particularly well endowed machamp
"Hehehehe," shadow giggled as they walked away from the show
"Not funny," Tyler growled, trying to get the image of his mate sucking off the machamp out of his head
"Aww, I'm sowwy," she said sweetly, rubbing against his leg like a cat again
Sighing, Tyler picked up the rabbit and hugged her, "fucking bitch"
"Hehe, you love me"
"True enough. Who wants lunch?"
Shadow yipped and Lava nodded quickly. Slash didn't know what 'lunch' was, so he just stood there
"Alright, let's go get some food"
___
Afew minutes later, they were all seated at a bench table in a pavilion that gave them an excellent view of the ocean. Dropping a bag onto the table, Tyler pulled out a burger with two beef patties sandwiching layers of bacon and lettuce. Placing it in front of Shadow, Tyler wiped the grease off his hand and the umbreon quickly opened up the burger and spread ketchup on it
"You hate tomatoes but you love ketchup," Tyler commented
She stuck her tongue out at him before, clumsily, picking up the burger in her paws and took a bite out of the side
Next he removed a Styrofoam cup filled with spicy chili. Pouring it into a bowl, he handed the soup to Lava, who began consuming the very hot product quickly. The heat and spice went well with her natural body heat, making it only slightly difficult for her to eat it in large, quick mouthfuls.
Last came a cheeseburger for Tyler and a plate of berries for Slash. Tyler still wasn't sure what to feed him other that berries or poké-food, so he decided to keep feeding him those. Maybe he could call his parents and ask them, it's not like this is the first kabutops to be revived. Some had even been found in the wild

As the group settled down to lunch, another plot significant action was going on just alittle ways away. Just down the boardwalk from them was a lucario standing atop a couple story building, eyes closed in thought
'How am I going to do this without getting myself killed?' he thought to himself, 'it's five times my size and I have to get a scale from it'
Opening his eyes, lucario absent mindedly jumped from the roof and landed gracefully on the sidewalk among the humans that milled about below it. Ignoring the looks he got from the humans, he walked down the street, hoping the added physical activity would help him in thinking
'Oi, I'd rather take on that gambite head to head than have to steal a gyarados scale,' he continued, 'and this is the easy part of my quest' *sigh* 'why can life never be easy. Blast my f-'
"Wow!" an exclamation broke lucario's train of thought, "look it's a lucario!"
Lucario glanced over at a pair of younglings, around ten or so if he recalled human aging correctly. Both wore the clothing one would expect humans to wear. But of note to lucario was the fact that on their belts they also wore a collection of tiny balls. Most of them were divided into two halves by a red and white but afew varied in design or color. But he still recognized them all as pokéballs, devices that capture and control pokémon.
"Do you think its wild?" one of the humans asked the other
'Wild' a term used to define pokémon like lucario who had yet to be captured and domesticated. Leave it to ignorant humans to think that just because he wasn't under their control he was some kind of feral beast. Granted he felt the same way about feral pokémon, those that truly were animals with little thought or self control.
"There's only one way to find out," the other human said, grabbing one of the balls from the pack on his back, the orb expanding to completely fill his hand and the young one grinned excitedly
Sighing, lucario watched as the ball was thrown out, expecting him to release one of his pokémon. Instead, the device smacked him in the head.
"Ow! What in the Distortion World was that!?" he growled, rubbing where it had hit
Looking at the pokéball as it ricocheted he watched it split open on a hinge. In less than a second he realized what was happening, but had no way of avoiding it now. Out of the ball came a wave of energy that washed over lucario. In an instant, he felt his body converting to energy and before he knew what happened, he was forcefully sucked into the orb.
"Aha! He is wild!" the capturer cried as the rare pokémon disappeared and the ball fell to the ground. It twitched violently, presumably as lucario tried to fight the hold it had on him. And as a healthy lucario in the prime of his life, he easily smashed out, snapping the ball in two on the way
"Annoying humans," lucario growled, flexing his now rematerialized muscles
"Idiot you gotta weaken it first," a human, a new one, chided them, "go marowak!"
In a flash of light appeared the small skull faced pokémon with a loud battle cry of its name
"Bone club," the human commanded
Raising the bone it held in its hand, the marowak charged at lucario, intent of obeying its master. Lucario, however, dodged to the side almost effortlessly. Before the marowak could react, a strong roundhouse kick connected with the back of its head and sent him to the ground
"Marowak!" the trainer cried
"What the hell?" another human asked, by now several had gathered
"It's a wild lucario," the first human said, tossing his own pokémon, a bulbasaur
Lucario narrowly dodged another pokéball being thrown at him, this one was black with a yellow design on it. The ball flew past his head and hit the ground before flying back to its trainer's hand.
Several more pokémon appeared around him and he had to dodge afew more balls. Looking around, he doubted that he could easily take all of them on and avoid being captured for very long.
"Arcanine, fire fang!"
The large canine ignited its mouth and charged at lucario, flaming teeth bared. Taking the opportunity, lucario charged a ball of blue aura in his palm and got ready. Just as the beast lunged at him, he slammed the aura sphere into the side of its head, redirecting its fire attack away from him, and jumped up. Landing on the arcanine's back as it tried to regain its footing, he jumped again, this time through the hole left in the line of pokémon from its charge and ran past its startled trainer.
He continued to run, hoping the crowds would give him some cover, but that didn't work out since as he past, the throng parted, leaving a clear path behind him.
"Arceus," he cursed, looking for a way out as he sprinted
Worse yet was that with the more people who saw him, the more trainers came after him and the more pokéballs and attacks he had to dodge while sprinting.
"I need to escape them," lucario said, avoiding a quick ball that nearly caught him between the ears
Closing his eyes momentarily, he let his perception change to aura. Reaching out with his species natural sensory ability, he detected the auras of everyone and everything around him. He couldn't tell people's exact intentions, it wasn't psychic, but he could tell their personalities, mood, and, though he'd never seen anyone of such, whether they were of evil or good heart.
"Such an odd aura," he thought as he observed a human and its pokémon not too far away, "it's almost like their-"
"Fire blast!"
A surge of flame at his back brought him back to attention, and reminded him of his current predicament. His only chance was that aura, he just had a feeling about
"Here goes nothing"

"What the fuck?" Tyler said
"Random," Shadow commented
"He-hello," Lava added politely
"Hey you," a trainer called to Tyler, a scyther behind him, "you seen a lucario?"
Tyler raised an eyebrow at him, "yeah"
"Where!?"
"Well there was the one that a trainer left at the ranch with the rest of his extra pokémon," he began listing, "then there was the one I nursed with a bottle for a month or two, technically it was a riolu, but of course its mother was there. I've seen them of TV, duh, n there was that one trainer who challenged my mom to a fight-"
"Did you see one here? In this town?" the trainer asked, frustrated
"Hm? Oh, yeah, thought that was odd. He ran past, uh, that way"
The trainer nearly pissed himself in excitment as he followed Tyler's indication
"That was also weird," Shadow commented, "though not as odd as the lucario hanging from the ceiling"
True to her statement, the blue jackal was, in fact, suspended from the wooded beam above their heads. The pokémon had jumped up there from the group's picnic table to hopefully avoid the pursuers. He'd been afraid the human would have ratted him out, but apparently he hadn't, he'd actually lied to protect him
"You can come down now," Tyler said, "I'm not gonna try to catch you, I promise"
A quick read of his aura proved that, and so the pokémon released the wooden beams and dropped onto the cement flooring with barely a noise.
"Might wanna avoid town," Shadow advised
He gave a quick nod in thanks before walking away. Once he was out from under the pavilion, he jumped up and disappeared onto the roof. They got a brief glimpse of him as he leapt from the pavilion to the closest building across the street and then again to the next, travelling down the beach by rooftop
"Not something you see every day," Tyler observed
"Yeah, a sexy lucario on an island city running from a mob of trainers and doing parkour," Shadow added
"...did you call him sexy?"

"Finally," Shadow called as the group headed back towards the hotel
"Shadow, Lava's the one in heat," Tyler pointed out the otherwise calm quilava at his side
"So? I'm horny," the moon rabbit pointed out
"I'm perfectly aware," he said, his jeans hiding his semi-erection
Shadow giggled and pranced ahead of him, wagging her tail happily
"Well I gotta check something first anyway," he continued, turning into a building marked by the regional Pokémon League logo, "so you have to wait"
"Jerk," she growled at him
The others followed their trainer into the building. Inside was a large lobby with a well polished floor emblazoned with a giant version of the League logo. Hanging in rows from the ceiling like lanterns were over sized pokéballs of every type yet invented from the common pokéball to the incredibly rare master ball. At the far end of the room was a counter with afew clerks manning it at regular intervals.
Afew others, some obviously trainers and others clearly only just getting their license from the workers, were lined up in front of the counter. Afew of them were planning to face the local gym like Tyler and Shadow were. But since this place had such a high visitor population, even from other regions, a lot of people tried to challenge the gym. To handle this, a system was developed where by only qualified trainers were allowed to face the real leader while others had to settle for lesser members or were turned away all together.
"What are we hear for?" Shadow asked impatiently, despite already knowing
"I need to make an appointment for the area's gym, otherwise we won't get to compete," Tyler explained
"Fucking tourists," she growled, "and pathetic rookies too"
"Shadow, we're rookies"
"We're more than rookies," she said indignantly, "we lived on a farm for our whole lives, we know what we're doing"
"Yeah, let's just see if they agree shall we?"
"Uhuh"
"Why don't you guys go play or something, I've got this handled"
"Ok, Lava, Slash, let's go," Shadow called, leading the pokémon back outside while Tyler joined one of the lines
___
"Ha!" Shadow cried, dodging a slash from Slash and firing a shadow ball at his head
The orb of dark energy smashed into the bony skull, transferring it momentum and powerful energy into her son's head. The shot should have cracked his skull and sent him stumbling backwards, but his strong battle armored skin stopped the otherwise critical hit and minimized the damage. Still, he stepped back afew paces and shook his head to clear it of the annoying ringing
The attack also left Shadow open to a flamethrower from the side. Quickly, the umbreon yelped and jumped away, the flames singing her fur slightly. Lava closed her mouth and ended the torrent, only just managing to dodge a psychic counter attack.
Landing back on the ground, Shadow only just dodged a sudden hail of frozen ice shards and a flaming tackle. The next attack, giga drain, caught her right in the side, the green glowing scythe slicing straight through her body, sucking her life force into the attacker's body, effectively nullifying her previous strikes. And the next strike, a quick attack, slammed into her other side, sending her skidding across the soil.
Clenching her teeth, Shadow dug her claws into the ground to stop her movement and glared at her two opponents. Shadow wasn't incredibly high level, the years on the farm putting her somewhere in the low 20s. Lava was only around 14 since she only just evolved, but she already had good control of her altered body. And Slash, she had no idea what level he was at, though based on the power behind his attacks he was pretty high up there, even though he lacked the proper training to fully use that power to its full advantage
"You-you ok Shadow?" Lava asked
The rabbit grinned and charged as a black blur. In the blink of an eye, the fire stoat was hit head on, making her skin backwards from the momentum of the attack. As soon as her own speed was gone, Shadow flipped over and, while still hanging in the air, launched another shadow ball that blasted into Slash's chest. As soon as she landed back on her feet, she sent out a shockwave of psychic energy that blew both of her friends away afew steps
"I'm just fine," she smiled, "you?"
The two shook themselves free of their shock and stared at Shadow
They were about to strike again when a rock slammed into the ground, nearly colliding with Shadow were it not for timely dodging on her part. Jumping onto the rock was a Machoke, the blue skinned humanoid sported a profound musculature, covered only by a pair of skin tight, black shorts with a golden wrestling belt
"MACHOOOOKE!" it roared triumphantly, flexing its muscles
"Why are machoke so showoffy?" Shadow grumbled
"Quilava," the machoke growled, "how dare you betray master"
"Fuck," the rabbit growled
"Ma-machoke," Lava whimpered
"Fire blast!" he cried before unleashing a blast of flame that took the shape of the kanji for big, kinda like a crudely drawn stick figure. The flames hit and engulfed Lava's body, exploding in a shower of flame that obscured the little ferret
"Lava!" Shadow yelled
"Kab!" slash shouted, charging with black scythe raised
The attack struck dead center of the muscled pokémon's chest, it didn't even try to block. But now Slash was open for machoke to grab him by either arm and spin him over his head before slamming the shellfish headfirst into the ground
"Seismic toss!" the fighter roared
Slash twitched and fell over when his body was released
"Slash!" the remaining combatant cried out
"HAHAHAHA!" the machoke laughed, "looks like Lava's keeping company as weak as her"
A ball of black energy slammed into his head, making him reel and nearly fall off the rock. A follow up psychic punched him in the stomach and made him step backwards, tripping and falling off his perch, landing on his back, his head banging off the floor loudly
"Ow! Fucking bitch!" machoke howled, holding his aching head
"That's what you get bastard," Shadow growled
"Brick break!" he yelled, jumping up and aiming a pair of karate chops at her
Shadow tried to dodge, but was hit in the side by the first before she could and the second collided with her back and slammed her into the ground. A kick hit her ribs and sent her flying before she could get up
"Kab!" the recovered Slash cried, surrounding his body with water and launching at machoke
Grunting, the fighter took the hit in the chest, skidding back a bit. Putting one foot back, he steadied himself and grabbed the pokémon through the surging water and put his knee into its gut. Slash gasped, the water falling away, and was again spun over head before being tossed at the charging Lava, sending both into a crumpled heap.
"What the fuck," Shadow growled, "he wasn't this tough last time"
"Won't be so easy to beat my machoke now that he's all healed up," Bradley said conveniently, since he didn't understand pokémon that well, as he stepped into the area. He was a 19 year old white human with very short, blond hair slightly gelled upwards. He wore a pair of baggy, green cargo pants, a brown tank-top, an orange hunting vest, and heavy boots. He had the musculature of a fighter and carried three pokéballs on his belt
"Last time you fought my team was after weeks of straight training, now he's back at full and stronger than ever," he gestured to Shadow trying to get to her feet, "don't get up, I'm just hear for my property, return"
With that, he held up a pokéball, the red and white surface marked only by a little flame icon. Hitting the button on it, a red laser shot out and shone on Lava's body, still tangled in Slash's. Before anyone could move, her body was engulfed in the beam and absorbed back into the sphere
"You bastard!" Shadow roared, lunging at the trainer, but an axe kick from machoke snapped her back to the ground hard
"As I said, don't get up," he mocked her, kicking some dirt into her face before turning and strolling away with machoke
Tyler came sprinting out of the building seconds later, holding his side painfully. He would have been out sooner, but his connection to Shadow had its downside. And a guy yelling out and collapsing tends to garner some attention.
He watched Bradley leave with venom in his eyes, but turned his attention to his remaining team. Quickly, he dropped to his knees and inspected Shadow's body. She was only bleeding a little from afew abrasions, nothing too terrible, whipping out a potion, he had her healed and back to full health. Next he jumped to Slash, inspecting the couple of cracks his armor had and treating them.
His pokémon now cared for, he himself took off at a full sprint through the crowds, chasing after the man who stole his Lava. He'd nearly caught him, but a straight kick to his stomach, while he was still running, from Bradley made him double over and drop to his knees
"Thanks for my pokémon back," the other trainer said, "and don't worry," he grinned sickeningly, "I'll take good care of her"
"You bastard!"Tyler coughed, standing up, he'd taken worse from ornery ponyta
"You should learn when to stay down," he said, swinging at Tyler's head
The younger boy ducked under the punch and landed a hit to the other's side. He may not have been come from a fighting gym like Bradley, but Tyler had taken on afew pokémon back on the farm.
Bradley growled and rubbed his side, stepping back afew paces. Both boys took on fighting poses and stared each other down. Tyler was the first to move, charging forward at his adversary. Bradley launched a kick at his legs, but only landed a glancing blow, which Tyler ignored to land a solid his on the side of the jerk's jaw.
Stepping back, Bradley dodged a second swing and came back with his own that caught Tyler in the chest, knocking the air out of his lungs for a moment. Recovering, the protagonist kneed the other in the stomach, making him cough and bend over
Before they could continue, two officers came out of the crowd and grabbed the two, forcing them apart
"What the hell is going on here?" a woman asked angrily, also stepping out
She was in her mid twenties with a clear swimmers build. Her well tanned skin was covered by a matching set of dark blue shorts and tank top with a pair of sandals. Her light brown hair was pulled into a ponytail by a seashell decorated hair tie. On her hip was a crooked belt from which hung three blue and white pokéballs
"This freak attacked me," Bradley cried quickly
"You attacked my pokémon!" Tyler roared back
Speaking of whom, both Shadow and Slash charged out of the crowd, aiming straight for Bradley. Before the officer's could react, a black aura covered sickle sliced through the older trainer's chest, shredding his shirt and vest and leaving a long gash through the skin. Before Shadow could fire her shadow ball, a swampert appeared in a flash of light
"Surf!"
The mudpuppy opened its mouth and released a surge of water. It washed over Shadow and Slash, drenching them to the bone and sending them sliding backwards away from their target
"Control your pokémon," the woman, now holding the swampert's open pokéball in her hand, ordered, "or I'll have them detained"
Both officers pulled out police issue pokéballs, the red and blue orbs marked by the letters TIPD. They were pretty much master balls, able to capture any pokémon instantly and without struggle. However, they were also able to contain a pokémon even if they were already captured, though they couldn't mark or change ownership of any pokémon, even wild ones.
"Shadow, Slash, calm down," Tyler ordered his two
The two stood up from puddles of the water, shivering in anger and cold from head to toe, and growled at the now injured jerk, but didn't make another move at him despite their continuing adrenaline surge
"Bring them both in," the woman commanded
"Yes ma'am," the officer holding Tyler said, "sir, please return you're your pokémon"
"I can't," he answered, "I don't have any pokéballs"
"Then whose pokémon are they?"
"Mine, I don't keep them in balls"
"Then we'll be forced to detain them"
"They'll behave, I promise," Tyler assured them
"That's not the issue, sir-"
"Leave the pokémon alone," the woman said, "just take them in"
