Again, spoilers for the last build


Devon sighed.

Cameron was just sitting idly by. He was recovering, but his anhedonia was still severe. Just a week ago, he had given up music for good. And he avoided going out when Artie and Maria were involved.

Still, he was improving. And Devon knew it was time.

So he sat on one knee, next to Cameron.

"Cameron Wilson, will you marry me?"

Cam was stunned.

He then cried.

"I do, I really do but a-are you sure about that?"

"I know you have doubts, but we stuck together through everything. I love you, all of you. And you deserve that love, forever."

Cameron kissed Devon, and the both of them hugged each other.

"You may now kiss the... husband!" the priest, a chicken, declared.

And so Cameron kissed Devon, with as much enthusiasm as he could muster.

Everyone clapped, though he could tell Artie was still uncomfortable with his psychic powers. That was alright, he'd never see him again after this.

For now, he delighted in happiness for the first time in a long time.
