It appears that Cole is having doubts about being the leader.

One night Cole is unable to sleep as well, as he is having doubts on leading the team so when the next day had rolled around this had happened. "Dude you should keep being the leader we would be lost without you!" "Come on you lead us through thick and thin, and volunteered yourself on being the leader" "Cole come on, no one else can lead better than you can, for everyone on the team and in the group" After being encouraged a bit Cole semi-reluctantly agreed to be the leader, as they knew that Sylvester would be a terrible leader because of his personality. Cole would still be the sitting leader of the group however he was still hesitant with a lot of doubts on his mind.
