The bartender follows her gaze and chuckles. "Oh, well, now, that one's a little more in your price range, but if you want that good stuff, you got to be in the club, and I don't mean the anime club."
Uma's whiskers twitch at that. "Ah, well, I'm here on a... business opportunity, not to join."
"Is fine, is fine. You can also perform a favor, if you want yourself a glass."
"Oooh, no no!" she says, waving her hands in front of her. "I'm not getting into that nonsense...
The bartender stands there, that smirk still on her face, waiting for her client to break the silence. She does, just as the pro knows she will. "But... just out of curiosity," Uma begins, her tail wrapping around her leg, giving herself a tight squeeze. "What sort of favor are we talking about here?"
"Well," the bartender says, nodding over towards one of her compatriots, who steps in and begins working with another client. She unlocks the case, grabs one of the fancier-looking labels, holds it up with a quick wave, and says. "You'll have to find out. But..." she whistles to her replacement, a strong and tall stallion, and motions to the Dolor. "Give our guest a sample."
And with that, the mysterious bartender turns around, smoothly making her way to the back, passing through a set of double doors without so much as another word.
The new tender slides a shot over towards Uma and nods quickly. "Star really must like you," he says. "This stuff goes out of our paycheck."
Uma groans and chugs down the glass, slamming it on the table. The warmth of the drink rushes down her throat and up from her stomach, filling her with the sweet warmth that caresses her whole form. It has a sharp sting, yet a gentle caress, unlike anything she has ever tasted in her life.
Her whiskers twitch. Her eyes focus on the door. "Screw it," she says, sliding off and following her with a brisk walk to the outer hall. If she was going to chase this dragon, she might as well chase the horse it came with, too.
The hall behind the main area is surprisingly private, with no one else in there, save for her equine bartender, who smiles and holds up the bottle, pressing her thumb to one of the many doors. With a click, it opens, and she steps in, smirking as she swishes her tail back and forth.
Uma fumbles at her pocketbook, hunching over as she hurries through the empty hall. If anyone showed up now, she would most certainly be noticed.
Uma drops the purse and her jaw as she steps inside, seeing the room she had found herself in. The wall is practically plastered with movie and television posters, half of which are from animated series. Two bookshelves packed with videos sit beside a large entertainment system, complete with the latest and greatest in PC hardware. Her host sits down on a large and luxurious theater-style couch, with cup holders on the left and right of the love-seat portion. The horse smirks, crossing one leg over the other an draping her arms over the back of the sofa. "I take it you like what you see?" she asks.
"W... what is this place...?" Uma asks, walking to the couch and just plopping herself down.
"Welcome to the Pleasure Society," she responds. "Oh, by the way, they call me Star," she says, scooting forward a bit to show off her back, She points her thumb over her shoulder, and Uma's eyes glide down her spine, until she sees a mark just above her tail, not a tattoo, but natural. "Yes, in case you're wondering, I am popular with the bronies. So, what do I call you?"
"Uma scoots just a tiny bit away from Star, wanting to maintain a respectable distance from her, but also giving her some time to actually think of the response. "Mouse?"
Star snorts. "Seriously?"
"What?" Uma says, standing up, her hand on her hips. "You never seen ReBoot before? The first fully computer animated television program?"
"Aaah, and a feisty character she was," Star stands, staring into Uma's eyes. "Not at all the nervous wallflower I see here."
"Listen up," Uma says, poking her just above the heart. "Now that I know your power level, I don't have to hold back when I talk here."
Star brings a hand up, holding Uma's wrist. "I'm listening."
"First of all," Uma says. "I'm here because my friend said the Society can help me out. I'm not here because I'm looking for action."
Star steps up close, breaking the distance between them.
"Secondly, I'm not some hussy that wants to get off all the time. I'm a businesswoman, and I'm here on business."
"Uh huh..." Star's hand goes behind Uma, pressing into her back.
"And third..." she says, her eyes narrowing, her speech becoming slower. "I haven't... left my bunker... in months... and..." she shakes her head, pulling away. The horse lets her, her own hands returning to her hips. Uma steps back to the PC tower and pats it. "Finally, you want to give me real pleasure, fight me, and winner takes all."
Star chuckles, moving up next to her and turning the computer on. "Challenger's choice. We have everything you could ever want to play on here. But how about we make this more fun. Multiple games. Loser takes a shot, winner is the last one standing." she says, picking up the expensive bottle once more.
"You really are a decadent freak," Uma says, her voice breathy.
"Only as long as you are," she says, picking up a controller. "En garde."
