Blueberry Rain
#3 of Six Short Weight Gain Stories (series)

Araskes was out and about one day for a casual stroll. People passed by on the streets around him, focused on a myriad of tasks other than him. He seemed to be contempt with that, moving out to a rather open spot to avoid the crowds. Suddenly, his attention was drawn away from the ground as a rumble of thunder roared from above. As he looked up a drop of liquid fell onto his nose, though for some reason it was different from regular rain. He picked it up, noting the distinct dark blue color and sweet scent. "Is this... blueberry juice?" He asked to himself.
Suddenly, with eyes widening, he felt his body begin to shake. The juice, or rather the color of it, began trailing down his body, flooding over him from his head down to his feet. More liquid began pouring out of the sky, getting other people wet, who also looked up in confusion. As he was finally drenched in blue, Araskes felt the shaking suddenly turn into pulsations, as his body began to morph and shift. He was growing, changing. No, he was fattening up, right before his eyes!
The inflation was quick, filling his body evenly out within minutes. His bloating body, filling with juices, began stretching out his clothes, noises of fabric tearing were audible as he grew. As his clothes finally gave way, the sudden shockwave sent him falling forwards, right on top of his barrel of a stomach. He tried to rise back up, but couldn't budge himself, feeling juice sloshing around inside of him violently, causing his growing rolls and flab to bulge out in random directions. Everyone else on the street also seemed to be facing the same issue, bloating up from the middle outwards and collapsing into a giant blue mass of liquid and clothing shreds. Araskes could feel himself still growing, like the "rain" was now collecting itself inside his water-balloon body. He could only wonder just how much longer this rain would go on for, but as he heard another rumble of thunder from above, he gulped knowing much more was to come.
