A Treasure of Time

Part 2

For Nataraj

By Draconicon

As he watched the bear pull bits and pieces out of the armor, Nataraj started to wonder just what kind of operation this Salla had going. The lizard was used to seeing all sorts of weird things with a dragon mage for a friend and a number of rather corrupt demons that came to call at semi-random intervals, but this was the first time that he had seen someone combine a TARDIS and a museum together for an armory.

The bear had pulled out everything from slingshots to personal burn bazookas from the armory locker, only to toss it all back in and pull out something else again. There were suits of armor from every period on earth, as well as a number of them from the future, and some that looked like they were designed for alien species. He saw things that didn't even look like weapons, but could have been, from how Olag handled them before putting them back in the locker.

"Is there a bottom to that thing?" he asked, cocking his head to the side.

"You ever seen Santa's bag?" the bear asked, grunting as he lowered his upper body into it.

"No."

"Yeah, well, let's just say that it puts portable holes to shame...where the fuck is that fucking - ugh, it's always at the bottom..."

"You need a hand?"

"Gonna need a rope. You want to -"

Nataraj handed the end of a thick, coiled rope to the bear, and Olag blinked as he looked back. He glanced down to the forty feet or so that the lizard had in his other hand, and then slowly shook his head.

"You're one of those, huh?"

"You mean the over-prepared ones?"

"No, I mean the 4th-wall-breaking ones. You got a narrator handing you stuff back there or something?"

"...Let's go with luck. Luck seems to work."

"...Yeah. Luck."

The bear took the rope and rappelled down from the side of the armory locker door, and Nataraj leaned against the wall, holding the rope as tight as he could. The combination of leverage and the fact that he could rely on friction against the locker's side meant that he didn't have to hold as much weight as he otherwise might have, but it was still pretty dang heavy.

"What are you looking for, anyway?"

"Campsites."

"What are those?"

"Call it a - get off me, you fucking shadow-munchers! - call it a safe zone. Pop one down, ya stabilize some dimensional shit or something. Tatyana's got the details if ya need it."

"Does she speak English?"

"Only if she likes ya," the bear's voice echoed up from the depths of the armory locker. "Or if you're buying something. But let me tell ya, she's expensive."

"I'm not that interested in ladies, anyway."

"Heh, figured ya for a dick-man."

"That an offer?"

"That's a goddamn demand, scales. Okay, found it. Keep that rope steady; I don't want to slip down here."

The lizard nodded, bracing himself as best he could against the wall. The sudden extra weight on the rope nearly yanked him off his feet and sent him through the hole after the bear, but he managed to brace himself against the wall after a moment. He gritted his teeth, feeling his arms aching as the bear dragged himself back up the rope, but it thankfully didn't last long. Olag shoved his arm through the locker wall, dragging himself out the rest of the way while carrying a bag in one hand and some sort of shadowy creature clinging to his ankles.

With a final kick, the bear sent it flying away, getting back to his feet. Nataraj had a moment of seeing the big guy's junk, a black shaft that had a foreskin that barely covered the tip of his cock, and his balls hung low. He could almost smell the musk coming off of it, and the lizard licked his lips.

Then the bear was covered up again, and Nataraj put his professional face on again. Or rather, his curious professional face, as he nodded to the bag.

"Campsites, then?"

"Yeah. Ya wanna see?"

"Since I'm going to have to work with them, yes."

The bear nodded, reaching into the bag and pulling out what looked like a little blue ball. He handed it over, and Nataraj cocked his head to the side, turning it this way and that. There wasn't much to see other than the tight blue sphere, but as he touched it, he could almost feel something like a webbing around it, or a net. There were the tiniest gaps there, something that one might almost be able to poke a pencil through, if they wanted.

"How's it work?"

"Eh, no fucking clue," Olag said, shaking his head. "I ain't the tech guy. I'm the punch guy. All I know is, you throw it on the ground, it makes a bubble around ya, and it turns into a safe place."

"And it's about dimensional stability or something?"

"Like I said, I dunno."

"That's because he always drifts off in the briefings," Salla's voice said, and the lizard and bear turned to the red-suited, masked mouse in the doorway. "Speaking of which, you might want to come with me."

"I thought you had to talk to Tatyana," Nataraj said.

"I already did. We covered the bases quickly. Now, briefing, quickly, before the ship changes again."

Nataraj looked up at the bear, and Olag nodded, giving him a little bump on the butt. He shrugged and followed the mouse as the bear locked up the armory again. For all that he was willing to work with them, there was a big part of him that was still curious what in the world was going to happen when they actually got to doing the good stuff.

They walked down the battleship hallway, and once more, the lizard wondered what kind of ship they were on. It felt like something from World War 2, but at the same time, there was obviously a much more advanced technology going on here. He didn't know what it all was, but he knew that it was fascinating.

The mouse dragged him back out of his what-if thoughts on the ship with a light tap to his chest. The gem on the tip of the cane was harder than it looked, and he grunted lightly at the impact.

"What?" the lizard asked.

"Tell me, when was the last time that you went on an adventure?"

"A real one or a game?"

"Either or."

"Well, had a tabletop campaign last month that was pretty fun. Dealing with various gods that were trying to rip apart reality."

"Well, you'll only be dealing with one godly thing this time, so you should be happy about that," the mouse said.

"...What, seriously?"

"Hmm, semi-seriously. The sundial that you'll be after is probably deific to something out there. Whether it's still around or paying attention is the question at hand, here."

Nataraj shrugged. If Salla and his people had the technology to set up safe zones like those 'campsites', he doubted that it was that dangerous. The lizard continued glancing up and down in the hallways, trying to piece together where they were, or what they were on. He was hoping that there'd be a clue as they passed by an open ladder, so he peered up and -

He froze, staring at the sleek, black thing that was looking down at him. Eyeless and impossibly slender, it hissed slowly at him, clicking a second jaw that shot out of its mouth. The lizard yelped, running to catch up with the mouse.

"You, um...you have...xenomorphs on your ship?" he asked, sweating up a storm.

"That's just Harry. He's cranky about new guys."

"You knew?!"

"Hey, they're great security. Just need to make sure that you don't let one of them turn into a queen. That isn't an uprising I want to go through again."

"...What kind of ship is this?"

"Not one that you'd believe."

"It's like...like..." Nataraj shook his head. There was no one word for it, no one phrase that would capture just how mad it sounded...and how amazing.

The mouse led him to a different chamber from the random array of living quarters and other offices in the ship. The mouse pointed to the far side of the room with his cane, and the lizard blinked.

"Why over there?"

"Because there's a bear barreling down the hallway at full speed and I'm pretty sure you don't want to get run over."

"How do you know?"

The mouse tapped his mask.

"Security feeds?"

"Bear's getting closer."

Nataraj took the warning and made his way to the far side of the room, exactly where the mouse had been pointing. Scarcely a second later, the polar bear leaped through the door, and he kept on moving until he slammed his palm against the wall barely a half-inch to the lizard's side. The sudden crushing pressure against the metal would have pinned him, hard, and probably knocked the air right out of him.

"..." Nataraj shook his head, moving away from the bear. "Well, let's hear that briefing, huh?"

"Indeed," the mouse said. He thumped his cane on the floor, and suddenly, a sheet of metal began floating up, all sides of it strangely illuminated in a pink-purple light. It rose as the mouse pushed it from underneath, and then stopped moving as soon as he let go, floating between the three of them.

Nataraj leaned down, looking up at the underside, and then at the corners. No strings, no floatation field, nothing but the bit of light that matched the hue of the gem on the mouse's cane.

Wonder if that would work as suspension bondage? Nataraj wondered.

While the mouse was talking about the difficulties of getting close to Atlantis and all the rips and tears around it, the lizard was already thinking about the different possibilities of interacting with a completely different culture and tech. He had already seen some of the differences here on the ship, and the thought of the 'campsites' that Olag had mentioned had already put a different question in his head.

Does that mean that I'm gonna be able to hit reset buttons? Like...could I go in and do some really perverted stuff, get 'broken', and then just...come back?

The thought alone sent shivers of pleasure down his spine, and he knew that he was going to have to do that. There was no question about it. He'd have to see how it felt to really push his boundaries this time around. After all, consequence free, right?

Thump.

Nat looked up, blinking at the image of the sea-dragon floating between him and the mouse. It was an anthro one rather than a giant sea-monster, of course, but it was still fairly intimidating. He imagined that it probably stood another foot, maybe foot and a half taller than him, and looking at it, he had to admit that his interests were piqued. The fact that it wore a loincloth and was barefoot only helped matters.

Thump-thump.

"What? I'm listening!" Nataraj protested as the mouse clanked his cane a few times.

"Then what was I saying?"

"Something about rips and tears in time, the locals not being the most friendly, something about the fact that we'll be dealing with all kinds of danger," he said, waving his hand dismissively. "Look, I'm ready to get going. We'll have the campsites, and even then, you can probably beam us back to the ship the second that anything goes wrong, right?"

"...Olag, would you mind waiting for me in the transportation chamber?"

"Sure, Boss. Just, uh..."

"Now, please, Olag."

"Yeah, Boss."

As the white-furred bear walked off, the lizard sighed. The mouse just kept staring at him, and it felt like that time that he had managed to get the manager annoyed with him for getting the work done too quickly.

"What?"

"I'm trying to give you what you need for this mission. You could at least pay attention."

"What are you talking about? I know everything I need. Why are you so worried?"

"Because I don't want things to go off the rails here. There's consequences -"

"Oh, please. From what Olag told me, the campsites will solve all those problems."

The mouse rubbed a gloved hand against his mask, and Nataraj wondered if he'd muted himself for muttering. Either way, the moment passed.

"Well, if you insist on starting, let's start. Follow me."

"Finally."

After a blast of energy that nearly blinded him and left him with sparkles in his vision, Nataraj opened his eyes to see that he was standing in the middle of a field, which itself was dotted with different circles of stone pillars that seemed to all be domed in the same fashion. It almost looked like some combination between a religious park and a shrine to nature.

Then, he realized he was naked. The lizard blinked twice, looking down at himself, blushing slightly as he realized that his dick was hanging down, unsupported by underwear or by anything else. His balls hung down further still, pushing his thighs apart slightly, and he didn't even have a pair of sandals to call his own.

"What the..."

Oh, I'm SO sorry, but it seems that your clothes didn't make it through the transporter with you, the mouse's voice said in his head.

"Okay...please tell me this is some sort of telepathic technology instead of an implant that you installed without permission."

Whatever makes you feel better about it.

"...You're being an ass right now, you know that?"

Oh, am I? Perhaps if you'd listen when someone was giving you directions, I wouldn't have to cheat a bit.

"I...okay, I'll give you that one," the lizard said, then groaned as he realized that he must have looked like he was talking to himself if there was anyone around. Can you hear me if I think at you?

Yes, I can.

Good. Where's Olag?

Unfortunately, the transporter fizzled, and we're working on replacing a few parts right now. He'll join you just as soon as he's able. Oh, by the way. Look up.

Almost against his will, Nataraj did just that. What he saw, however, made him stare with his jaw dropped.

He was able to see through a rip in the sky, one that opened out into an underwater world, and through it, he could see something that should have been impossible. It was a World War 2 battleship, the sort of long, deadly vessel that had cut through the seas and ripped apart coastal installations with ease. And yet, for all that, it was moving through the underwater realm like a submarine.

How...what...

That's my ship, Nataraj. You were curious, and now you can see it for yourself. Enjoy the view, if you want, but you might want to see what's coming up behind you.

That was enough to snap him out of staring at the impossible. He whipped his head around just in time to see a big, sea-green foot coming right for his face. The lizard's eyes went as wide as they could possibly go as he threw himself to the ground, only just avoiding getting his face stepped on.

The sea-dragon attacking him went overhead, landing a few feet away. Others appeared at the edge of his vision, five of them. They were all dressed in loincloths, and they carried spears, though not the crude sort that he was used to seeing. Rather than wooden shafts, they seemed to be made of stone along the rod, and the tip was some sort of metal pierced through obsidian. How they managed to do that without breaking the black stone, he didn't know, but it was intimidating looking.

Left side, Salla said.

Nat yelped as he threw himself to the right, barely avoiding a swing from the butt of one spear.

And now from behind.

The lizard ducked, staring and meeping at the pointed tip that would have gone right through his spine.

Annnnd stabbing at your foot.

"NOT MY FEET!"

And for a few seconds, the lizard was a whirlwind of dodging and avoidance, desperately throwing himself all over the place to avoid getting caught by the strange spears. He was a cyclone of desperate activity, dodging, leaping, dancing, weaving around all the different attacks...but there was only so much that even a desperate lizard could do, and eventually, the mouse's help stopped coming fast enough.

Thunk.

He caught his heel on the shaft of one of the spears and flipped head over heels, landing on his plentiful rump. Groaning as he landed flat on his back, he rolled his head over to the side, looking between the sea-dragons as they started surrounding him. He looked from one to another to another, and then shook his head.

"Which one of you did that?" he asked.

"Me," one of the smaller sea-dragons said.

"Oh, well, remind me to suck your dick in congratulations later."

He started to get up, only for one of the spears to come down right in front of his throat. Suddenly, the whole 'safe point' was not so reassuring, and the lizard gulped hard as he stared at the metal and obsidian point of the spear.

Despite that, he still managed to put on a smile, looking up at the sea-dragon in a loincloth and shaking his head.

"Oh, you don't want to do that. I can be much more helpful in other ways, instead of as a lizard-skin boot. Though, you do have good feet for it, but then, I'd be dead and I wouldn't be able to feel it very well."

The sea-dragons looked at one another, arching their eyebrows. They had long fins down their backs and spines rather than ridges and wings, and their scales were softer-looking than the western dragons that he was used to. They had this shiny look, a bit like an orca or a dolphin, but with a hardness that those creatures lacked.

Nataraj smiled at them with as much flirtation as he could muster, gently nudging the spear to the side and getting on his knees before them. That seemed to make them a bit happier, now that he was presenting himself in a more submissive way. He bowed his head before them.

"Allow me to present myself to such spectacular people. You can only be Atlanteans, yes?"

"Obviously," the dragons muttered. "What are you?"

"Oh, merely one that wishes to pass through your lands, and I will, of course, pay my way..."

The lizard smiled as he laid his hands over the loincloths of the nearest sea-dragons, giving them a tentative feel, then a more thorough one. They weren't quite as big as Olag looked to be, but they were definitely good-sized. He imagined that they would be quite filling in his mouth or under his tail.

That, and their rather impressive-looking feet, made him think that they could be fun to serve regardless of the 'cost.' He smiled at them, rubbing against their loincloths a bit more firmly as he leaned in closer to them.

"Allow me to give service, oh Atlanteans. I am a lizard of poor means, but of great talents."

"This one is more...eager...than the other slaves," one of the dragons admitted.

"He might be already claimed. Check his soles."

Nataraj submitted to the grips on his ankles as he leaned forward, gently nuzzling one loincloth bulge, then the other. There was a feeling of warmth behind the cloth, something that made him smile as he tasted the air and smelled the need of the males just under them. He could imagine them wielding that musk as a weapon, and he teased himself with the idea of them 'poisoning' their weapons with their own seed to break others beneath their heels.

He jumped, however, when he felt the noses of the sea-dragons pressing against his heels. They breathed in his musk, and then sniffed further down along his feet, touching his arches, the balls of his feet, and then the toes with their nostrils, sucking in his foot scent. Surprisingly, that made him a bit harder just to see it happen, let alone feel it.

Then, at the end, the sea-dragons shook their heads.

"He's unclaimed," the one that had been sniffing his left foot said.

"Amazing. Someone this eager, unclaimed? Heh, he must really be new here."

Suddenly, Nataraj was flipped backwards, two of the spears crossed over his neck, while his feet were held up in the air. Two of the sea-dragons rubbed them, taking their cocks out and slapping them along his soles, leaving pre-cum and musk behind, while the apparent leader - the tallest of the sea-dragons - loomed over him, holding his spear tightly in hand.

"Well, well. It's going to be a fun night tonight. A brand-new slave to break in for the squad."

Nataraj expected one of them to jerk off on his face, or to smother him beneath their soles. He had expected to be used, and he was honestly looking forward to that, considering that they were rather sexy dragons to begin with.

What he wasn't expecting was for the sea-dragon to flip his spear over, to point the dangerous side in his direction, and then to hit a hidden button on the shaft. A green-ish beam shot out of the tip, and it struck him right in the head. A tingle ran from the tip of his nose right down to his toes and then bounced back up again in a pulsing wave, and as it did, he felt a sort of...tightening feeling in his spine.

Then he felt it again, and again, each pulse bringing that same feeling back to him. It wasn't precisely uncomfortable, but it was...weird. Tight, as he'd thought, but also like he was being condensed.

It took a few more waves before he realized that the sea-dragons were moving, adjusting themselves to lower the points of the spears a bit closer to his neck, but he hadn't moved. The sea-dragons holding his feet had shifted, too, their knees bent rather than straight, but his legs were still pointed up just as they had been before.

What was going on?

It wasn't until the leader knelt down beside him that he realized that the big guy looked even bigger than before. The sea-dragons were all just under seven feet in height, but now, they looked even bigger than Olag. And as he felt the beam pulsing against his forehead again, he felt another tightening, another condensing. The dragons at his feet were now on their knees. He was less than three feet tall, now, and still shrinking.

"Mmmph..."

And in spite of all that, he moaned.

I picked the pervert part right, the mouse whispered in his head.

You're still there? Why aren't you giving me a hand?

Well, if you'd bothered listening...

Listening later, help now!

Sure, sure...once we get the transporter beam back up.

GAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Even as he blushed from being shrunk down, he still screamed in the back of his head as he felt the changes he was going through, and he still wanted to grab that mouse and just...shake him. Shake him good.

But the shrinking continued. Soon, the cocks against his feet were bigger than his feet were, and then, the balls were even larger than his feet. He continued to shrink, to collapse, to condense on himself until the spears were no longer necessary, or effective. Nataraj was left on the grass, his eyes widening as he fell to less than two feet tall, less than a foot and a half, the blades of grass around him longer than his feet, and some of them almost up to his knees as he struggled to stand.

As he looked up at the sea-dragons, he heard the mouse again, almost as if the smarmy rodent was reading to him from a file of his.

In this particular timeline, height is tied to one's place in society. It could be said that the entire slave class is a Lilliputian class of inhabitants, more suitable to swarm labor than anything else. Why, you might have guessed that they'd have seen you as their social inferior by your height alone from that information.

Oh, SHUT UP you snarky sneak!

And yet, there was nothing that he could say to that. All he could do was stare helplessly up at the various sea-dragons as he shrunk to a height that didn't even reach their knees. His head dropped down, and his cock was tickled by the longer blades of grass around him. He'd guess that he'd reached perhaps six inches in height.

He slowly held up his hands in surrender.

"Um...Parley?"

The sea-dragons looked at each other, and as one, lifted one foot each. Nataraj looked at their various soles, from the deepest of sea-green to one that was more emerald, and still another that was close to a deep blue. In all cases, they came down, and he was smothered in a pile of sweaty soles, pressed down into the dirt, his nose filled with the smell of feet and musk and scales and sweat. He never popped a boner faster in his life, and his eyes rolled back as he was pushed down into the dirt.

One foot pressed down on him directly after a few moments of struggling with the other feet, and it ground down on his face, on his chest, on his crotch. He was barely half the length of the foot, if that, and the meaty sole pressed down on him with just short of painful pressure. He could feel himself denting the bottom of the dragon's foot, sinking into it, and his nose was almost crushed right into the scales.

Not that his libido minded, as he sniffed up the powerful scent that lingered down there. He groaned as he swallowed it down, his cock throbbing harder than ever. The sea-dragons were saying something, but he barely heard them. All that mattered was that he was getting teased, that he had been shrunk and that he was getting used.

On second thought...on second thought, you can...you can delay that whole...pulling me out thing, Nataraj thought.

It's not going to get easier, you know.

Mmmm, I can get used to this...and safe places...

The lizard moaned, sticking out his tongue and dragging it along the long, scaly sole in front of his face. He nuzzled into the bottom of the foot, as much as he could with the crushed grass under him and the big foot over him. It was getting hotter, the temperature in the air getting higher. He was starting to sweat, and his eyes were rolling back in his head as the big sea-dragon dragged his sole along his body. It was smoother than he was used to, with its own odd, musky lubrication to it.

I'm making an executive decision and pulling you out now.

Oh come on, I'm having fun.

Hate to remind you, but I AM the captain, and you're coming out.

Don't you -
