I'm going on holiday tomorrow until the 13th. I am taking my laptop so I can write more of my stories. This means that the part i have written down on paper should be on my laptop and i'm ahead of my schedule. This means I release more parts and so forth. It also means that I can write directly to my computer. Anyway, enjoy this clean part of Dragons Lair. (Dont worry. theres some sex soon.)

They worked in relative silence, occasionally kissing. Michael finished his picture and showed it to Myra, "What do you think?"

"It's wonderful Michael. I love it." Myra replied, embracing Michael. Michael held her close and rubbed her back, receiving growls of approval from his Draconian mate. Myra let go of him and continued her work. Michael stroked her wings and asked, "Where is my computer?"

"Research lab D. They are using it to analyse the data you collected on the internet."

"So it's connected to the Dragon network?"

"Yes."

Michael licked Myra's neck before walking out. He went to the research corridor and found the door with a large D on it. He walked in to see several Dragons huddling around his computer, looking at porn. Michael got their attention and they shut the porn down, not because Michael was there, but because Myra was standing behind him. She had finished working minutes after Michael had left and decided to help him. Myra brushed past Michael, who was admiring her tail, and said to the scientists, "What are you doing?"

A scientist responded, "Analysing-"

"That is Michaels terminal and he would appreciate it if you treated it with respect and not looked at his personal files."

"Yes."

"Leave. All of you."

The scientists walked out and Myra turned to Michael, took his laptop, put it next to his computer and pushed Michael onto a table. She licked her lips and Michael laughed, "Not now Myra. Let me refill."

"Promise you'll mate with me later?"

"I promise." Michael replied as he kissed her on the nose quickly. She got off and Michael connected the laptop and uploaded the picture. Myra held him from behind as he interfaced with the Dragon computer. A few minutes later the picture was her background and Saiu walked in, "The lovely couple. What's that picture?"

"It's me." Myra replied, Michael getting comfortable against her body.

"Wow. Michael is talented."

"Thanks. It means a lot coming from my 2 favourite Dragons."

Saiu patted Michael on the back and Michael asked, "Is this a dream?"

"No. I don't want to lose you."

Saiu leant on Michael and asked, "Shall we eat something?"

Michael nodded and logged off his computer. Myra did the same and they headed off with Saiu to the mess hall.

Michael and Myra sat down together with Saiu opposite them. 3 Dragons sat opposite them. A green one with horns said "I have finished my report on the engines Saiu. All are at 100% efficiency."

"Excellent Narsc. Take the rest of the day off."

"Thank you. I take it the monkey is the Michael that has been the topic of gossip?"

"If I'm a monkey, you're a lizard." Michael replied without looking at Narsc.

"Michael." Myra warned.

"Sorry Myra. I don't want to let my anger kill another Dragon."

"Another Dragon?" Nrsc asked.

"Sam attacked Myra, I attacked back, twice. Saiu, why didn't anyone stop me?"

"It is an ancient right. You were defending your right to be Myra's mate, by defeating him you proved you were the strongest Dragon."

"Neat. So Myra is my mate?"

"Yes Michael. You are my mate." Myra said as she hugged the human.

"Michael got you?" Narsc asked.

"Yes I did." Michael replied "I got a girl out of this world"

Myra kissed Michael on his cheek, "Thanks Michael."

Narsc laughed and ate his food. Michael smiled, "It's great being with you guys. To be honest I think that I would be dead if I didn't meet you."

"How so?" Saiu asked

"I was considering suicide"

"Well we are happy we caught you, me especially." Myra replied, holding Michael tight.

"I am too, and I am truly grateful to you Saiu for letting me stay on here with you all."

"Michael, my little human. I am so happy that I found you. Unfortunately, you will have to meet my parents."

"Shit."

"You will get on fine with my father, my mother is very protective of her only hatchling."

Michael rested his head on the table as Myra patted his back. Saiu cleared his throat, "Since you are now a member of my crew, what jobs can you do?"

"I did just get a degree in mechanics and electronics."

"I will give you a test to see what you are most suited for."

"When will I get it?"

"Soon."

"Thanks." Michael said as he stood up, "Excuse me a minute."

He walked away, leaving the Dragons alone.

"Where's your monkey going Myra?" Narsc asked.

"He is not a monkey. He is as intelligent as caring as us."

"Face it. You are mated to an overgrown monkey."

A black scaly arm wrapped around Narsc's neck, "I am not a monkey."

The arm tightened around Narsc's neck and he had difficulty breathing. Saiu coughed and the Dragon released Narsc and sat where Michael sat.

"Who the hell are you?" Narsc asked

"Michael" The Dragon replied.

"But Michael is a monkey."

"I AM HUMAN!" Michael roared at Narsc, banging his fists on the table.

Narsc growled and admitted defeat.

Michael whispered something to Myra and she nodded. They both stood up and Myra said, "We're going to check on Varek and Linx."

The couple said their goodbyes and Michael turned his armband off again.

Myra talked to the doctor about Linx while Michael sat next to Varek. Varek opened his eyes and looked at the human beside him before yelling "Humans! They have invaded! Do to me what you want, I will tell you nothing."

"Why would I hurt a beautiful reptile like you?"

"You mean me no harm?"

"No. Do you want to sit up?"

"Yes. Thank you human."

Michael propped Varek up with some more pillows and hugged the startled Dragon. Varek looked at the human, "What was that for?"

"I thought you might need to feel a friendly hug."

"Ok. Who saved me."

"Me and Myra."

"But I thought I saw 2 Dragons"

"You did. It was me in Dragon form."

"Well then I am in your debt."

"It was no problem. My name is Michael."

"Thank you Michael, for helping me."

Myra walked over and smiled at Varek, "You're awake. I've talked to the doctor and you can be released in 2 days."

"Thank you Myra, for this and for saving me."

Myra blushed, "Anything for a friend."

"Myra. Would you give me the great honour of being my mate?"

"Sorry Varek, I am mated to Michael."

"Does he care for you?"

"Yes he does. He doesn't care that we are different species, he wants me to be happy, and he has already won a challenge."

"I will not challenge Michael, if it means your happiness."

"Thank you. I wouldn't want to see my mate and my best friend fighting."

Michael kissed Myra's cheek and hugged Varek, "Thanks. I'll see you in a couple of days." He helped Varek lie down again and the couple left the Dragon in peace.
