#2 of Ink and Vines

Continuation of a series that me and Xilrayne are dubbing, Ink and Vine. This time centering around Pris and a character by the name of Heka.

This part is written by https://inkbunny.net/Xilrayne.

Tick. Tick. Tick.

The sounds of the clock echoed through the mostly empty library, it's such a small place. Dimly lit, deep and dark wood formed most of the furniture, bookcases, and tables. The whole place had the smell of dust, with the tiniest hint of zest of freshening magic that lingered from long ago in the air. While a small grey fox lay asleep in their chair up front, in the library and sat at one of the small tables with a multitude of books stacked high in front of them sits a laprine. A creature of nature, belonging best at home in forests with the plant life that formed part of their very being. Large bits of greenery covered their legs, arms and neck the rest of her fur lay tan. Even brighter furs covered her front. Wooden antlers stuck up between bunny ears that sagged slightly from boredom partially obscured by the flowing curly golden locks that reached down to the middle of her back. The occasional clack of hooves on the wooden floor, and the wiggle of their bunny-like nose as their two blue eyes, and a third purple one situated above and between those two, stared idly at the book currently in front of her. Soft and loose white cloths keeps her chest covered, baring her arms and midriff rather openly, long flowing white robes cover her to the ankles.

A yawn escaping her as yet another page is turned. 'Perhaps I've been at this too long... I need a break...' she thought to herself, staring blankly at the page. With no intention or interest to keep reading it, yet her eyes wouldn't leave it. Letters seeming to be just base squiggles that couldn't be made sense of. She thumped the book to a close. 'I still have company to attend to later. I'll bring the book Heka asked for at least.' She thinks, tracing her finger along the edges of the books. Stopping when a strange blue orb slipped from one of the books, "Ah, sorry to disturb you, love. You can rest." the glowing sphere sweeped in a few directions before sliding back into the book, a spirit. The laprine skipped that book, tracing back over until she found the one she had meant to get for Heka. History of Elgrint, Volume 22. 'I'm sure she'll find something in it to grill into my head.' She worked carefully to free the book from the stack without disturbing the others. Prying the massive thing free without too much trouble, she tucked it up closer under her arm. A bit of time gathering and organizing the mess she had in front of herself.

Once things were in order, The laprine took each of the books back to their respective shelves, sliding them into place or leaving them in the stacks she had found them before. A bit tedious perhaps, she could certainly leave them at the table. She knew that it'd bother her to leave more work for another, so the work was done by her own hand. When everything had been brought back to its rightful place she worked through the multitude of shelves towards the front of the library.

The stand where the gray fox slept, as always, is an absolute mess, part of her wanted to simply clean it all for them. Still, the last time they had done such a thing was nothing short of a disaster. They had lost everything, the sweet librarian worked best in chaos.

"Hello?" Came the laprine's soft voice, quiet so as not to jostle them. And indeed, they didn't stir. She thumped her claws on the desk, "Helloooo...?" She stared a moment more before huffing, directing her third eye to the clipboard behind the counter she lifted a finger. The clipboard floated upwards and found its way, along with a pen, into her palm. "I'll just fill this out for you again then, Frelbi..." A quick flick and the name 'Priscillia, checking out History of Elgrint, Volume 22.' Signing her initials she let the clipboard down without a sound.

Priscillia tucked the book up close to her chest, going through a mental checklist to be certain she didn't leave anything behind. With her book in arm, her steps brought her to the exit and entrance to the library she had spent her day within. "Back into the heat." she mumbled. Pushing the door open with a blast of dry air coming into the cooled interior she had so greatly preferred.

The sun had already begun to set on the town of Praaxis. A desert town and community hub for a great many traveling merchants, adventurers, explorers of all sorts. So many types went through the town that surrounded the Everlasting Oasis, the oasis is what made the town flourish. It never tainted, never lost its quality or its glimmer. Beyond the oasis. whitewashed buildings, blasted smooth by the flowing sands of the desert broke out from the sands in an array of sizes and elegance. Vibrant colors of tents, clothing, trading stalls and more filled so many of the streets. Ladders and makeshift bridges connecting houses. Hanging gardens offered more colors, as did the creatures that made their way through

Most of the town's prosperity could also be credited to the Flow Academy floating just inches above the Everlasting Oasis. An academy created entirely with the education and training of magi, and magically inclined beasts in mind. The academy saw most the rule over the town, forming rules and laws that the local government never saw fit to argue with, and in such a central and integral town of trade, it meant a lot of success for the academy.

The Flow Academy itself spoke of it's monetary gain just by looking at it, beautifully carved stone towers that reached high into the sky, glasses stained in beautiful colors and arrays of art. Massive banners that waved hello and welcome to travelers, encouraging those to come into its walls, it did so double as a tourist trap. Priscillia could see the massive towers even from where she stood, so far away outside the little library. The only thing she saw pleasant about it is the cooling shadow it cast.

"I think I may have stayed longer than planned--Heka!" she jumps in, suddenly bolting off, "Oh she's going to bap me for being this late!" she huffs. She has to pause from the street, realizing she had bolted off the wrong direction. Groaning, the laprine hops back around. The streets are a mess of travelers, some of them carrying banners for surrounding cities. One of Priffle she easily recognizes, the purple flowery banner swaying in the wind as an envoy works through the crowds towards the Academy.

All around are the chatter of voices, calling for attention amongst the masses to sell their various wares. The mixed scents of incense, oils, foods and more fill the air so heavily in this area of town that it's easy to get lost in all that there is to offer. Still, she has no time for it this evening.

She apologizes to folks that she stumbles into, having to squeeze between some folks who crowd around especially popular stalls to make her way through. The travel is slow, frustratingly slow. There is the shortcut through the market district, but that's a risk of activity and business, if she could find a path through then she knows she'd save on time. A moment of indecision, and an impatient person shoving her in the back. Her hooves start their path to the shortcut.

Unfortunately, rounding that corner shows just what a mess that is. The voices so much louder, it's a pain to her sensitive ears. The central market area sits in a massive square between houses, stalls fill the square wall to wall. People struggling to get past. More struggling to get in.

The only thing easy to make out is the screams of merchants, trained to be heard above the crowd, yelling something of festival goods. Things for your kids, to take home and remember. What festival is it? Is there one? Priscillia couldn't recall or remember, just jostled and frustrated by the thump and press of crowds around herself. It'd be so much easier to just ask the spirits for help. Heka might get mad but...

Another thump into her, one with a sharp jab and she bleated out. "Fine!" She grumbled her whole way through, squirming between the crowd before she found a spot, just enough space. Tucked to a corner and an alleyway, too thin for crowds to easily slide past. "By the Tree, my poor ears..." she rubbed at them, grumbling. "Okay... Let's get through here..."

Priscillia took a deep breath, feeling the flow of magic in the air, the hint of spirits all around her. She focused on the air, the smell, the feel, the temperature. The golden flecks of the spirits came to her, swirled about on the gentle winds of the desert. Wind Spirits are just what she needs, the child-like laughs that ring in her ears, they're the spirits. She knows it.

"Lend me your help, I'll send flowers and a kind word... Just a little step above the rest, I promise, nothing else today from you." her words were soft, so quiet that they're drowned out entirely by the crowd. But the spirits seemed to slow, sensing the words directed at them. They heard her. She nods and takes a deep breath.

She sang a soft and low note quickly turning sharp, watching as the golden flicks of the spirits shifted, unseen by others, to line up in the path she wanted. An arch over the crowd. "Thank you, loves. I'll send some treats your way tonight." she spoke to them, earning a few questioning glances from a few passersby. Mumbles amongst them, completely ignored by the giggling fauna. She started to run towards the crowd, a few pointing to her, the full sprint leading to her jumping. The few in front of her ducked, expecting to be crashed into. Priscillia's hoof tapped against a spirit, forming an invisible platform to most, but a hazy golden one for her eyes. Another jump, another spirit catches her.

A few more hops, the calls and jeers at her from the crowd, there are always those who are against the use of magic entirely. Some looked on with interests, others completely ignoring the woman leaping through the air. Almost there! She can see the street she wants to get to, it only takes a couple more hops before she connects with the soft sands again. "Hah... Thank you, loves." she grins, leaning forward to plant a little peck to one of the golden spirits which simply bounced and swirled about her before flying away. The sound of their laughter filled her ears over the clamber of the crowd.

There were only a few more streets to cross through, and these got steadily emptier and emptier the farther Priscillia got from the Everlasting Oasis. The vibrant colors of the markets fading to the more personal designs and shows of art these houses held. One more, and she stepped into a street completely empty. Very few people came here, most by accident. It's not that it was a bad place, it's that the person who lived at the end of it was feared. Heka.

At the end of the short street lay a three story tall building, Priscillia knew it to be more, as it dipped beneath the sands too with a depth she still questioned and had no answer to. The white building held engravings along the side, both magical wards and art combined. The solid stone fencing keeping it seperated held permanent light fixtures in the form of glowing magic spheres at the front gate. A gate of polished iron bars, topped with different magical symbols for warding away pests. Even vegetation grew surprisingly well here, vines and flowers wormed their way up the building's first floor, unphased by the scorching sun or biting winds of Praaxis.

This is the place Priscillia called her home, the home she'd spent so much of her life in. She always stared at this home with softness to her eyes, and comfort in her heart. The small manor was open at the top floor, Pris knew the pool and bath were at the top floor, overlooking some of the markets. A comfortable place, and her usual escape.

The laprine takes in a slow breath, taken in nice and slow before Priscillia strode up to the gate, a deep womanly voice echoed through the air at the touch of her claw to the iron. "You're late."

"I know, and I'm sorry! I got more into my books then I meant to!" Priscillia huffed, pushing open the gate without a sound, closing it behind herself.

Again, the voice spoke. "When did you leave?"

"About... Hrm, twenty minutes ago?"

"Twenty... You used your magic didn't you? It's the evening rush and Hulo advertised a few sales to prepare for the upcoming festival."

Priscillia paused, biting her lip as she hesitated in answering, the voice answered for her. "So you did. Come inside." It left Priscillia with a sigh.

The heavy wooden door felt only heavier, she knew what was to come of this and dreaded it every time, and yet she still kept doing it? She enjoyed her magic, why shouldn't she! A stirring of anger and annoyance filled her head when the door swung open the rest of the way for her. The welcoming heavy scents of incense touched at her nose, an earthy smell that made her body relax and the cool touch of air within tugging her inside. The door closed with a heavy thud.

"I at least remembered your book this time..." her voice called to the empty room, the furniture contrasted the white walls in the deep reds, and dark brown flooring. Hardly a moment to enjoy the welcoming familiarity before there's a horrid tug in her gut. A sensation of falling and a shift, uncomfortable and unsettling that rattled her vision before Priscillia stood in a different room. Familiar in colorations, but much more decorated the walls, and a tall equine woman wrote delicately in front of her at a desk. A large horn curved from their forehead, a unicorn. Of varying shades of browns, their crimson eyes peered up from the paper in front of herself and turned instead to the laprine in front of them. "Pris."

Priscillia gulped, fidgeting, "I-it wasn't major magic that time, it was just air stepping. The spirits were plentiful, and I didn't have to call far for them."

"How did they feel?" The gaze never left, it felt as though she never even blinked.

"Happy." Priscillia responded.

Heka heaved a sigh and leaned back in her chair, letting her eyes close. "You know spirit magic is dangerous, you could use the other types I've taught you." Heka's hand came up to rub between her eyes, "Appease the spirits later, I won't yell at you this time. I'm sure you know what I'll say."

"Spirits aren't to be trifled with, and they always expect something. Never take more than you can give, lest they take it all.." Priscillia quotes, "But--"

"But what? They're alive, and have their own mind and even souls they call their own? I don't know how you can hear them, Priscillia. I've never heard another spirit mage who can talk to the spirits like you, I don't know. I just... I worry for you, you know that." The hardened gaze that Heka always had softened next those eyes fell to Priscillia.

"I know, Heka. I don't mean to worry you, I promise you, I'm fine. I really am, I even made a friend recently too! Instead of just the spirits!" Priscillia beamed, stepping forward to place the book down on the desk.

Heka moved her hand out to quickly push the book into an angle that was pleasing to her before responding, "The same boy who came in my tub?"

Priscllia blushed and looked away, her eyes unable to look directly at her teacher. "He didn't do that..."

"Oh that's right, you swallowed everything." Heka had the faintest smile to her lips as the laprine bleated at her, Priscillia huffing and stomping one of her hooves, "You had a cute belly coming back in that night too."

"HEKA! Come on! I'd rather you grill me over magic!" she said, grabbing at her ears and tugging them over her face.

"Ha! No you wouldn't. Besides, I know you set up a date with him tonight too, when is that?" Heka leaned forward, placing her chin between her interlaced fingers.

"At sunset..." Priscillia stopped questioning how Heka knew so readily the things happening about her, for someone who couldn't hear spirits, it seemed like they gossiped around Heka all the time.

"Then we have plenty of time. To my side, Pris." Priscillia stood up straight, turning her gaze back to Heka despite the flush to her cheeks.

"Magic lessons again?" came the question, responded with a shake of a head when she made her way around the desk to stand at Heka's side, her eyes glancing down curiously to the paper that was being worked on at her arrival. Circles and formulae filled the page top to bottom, footnotes with tinier writing she could barely make out.

"Not this time, do you mind a little assistance, Priscillia? I've had distractions on my mind most the day, and honestly..." Heka scooted her chair out, revealing the tent in her red robes that hid what lay beneath. Priscillia's cheeks flushing redder still. "I've been waiting for you to get back."

"Is that why I'm not getting scolded...?" Priscillia couldn't stop the little joke from escaping her lips, trying to stifle a laugh before a firm swat to her backside brought a bleat.

"I'll scold you later then."

"Ah... I was just kidding, come on, I'll help you out, you know that. I love helping you." Priscillia giggles, sliding herself closer to the large unicorn, pushing herself up against them and wrapping her arms around their neck to tug herself up into a hug against them. Heka's response came slowly, as the hug being returned is something that's not too common, but in this case it is. Her tutor's firm grip around her back.

"I know, but you know I'll always ask with you, Pris." She grunted, situating herself, the position didn't really help the unicorn's situation much either, because now it meant a laprine was pressed up against her current problem.

"I get that, but you're the one who helped me learn how to become more... Well, me. I don't think there's a lot I wouldn't do for you." Priscillia said, giggling at Heka's squirming when her body moved just enough to rub against them. "Alright, just let me help you then..." Priscillia said with a huff, sliding her claws away from Heka's neck and down their body, feeling the soft velvet of the robes between her digits.

"I'm pleased to hear it, Pris. I just wish there was a faster way for you." Heka's voice came with a hint of regret and apology.

"It's fine, at least I have the chance, you gave me it, you know. It may take years, but I've never felt happier with my body. Thank you for listening to me. Now..." She slipped down off, her back thumping against the desk before sliding down to the floor. Situated on her knees to pull aside the fabric of Heka's robes.

Hung like a horse is very fitting for a horse, as the member the fabrics hid is in fact very fitting for Heka's species. Heavy leathery globes sit squished snugly between their soft brown thighs. The deep ebony length lay semi-erect right there in front of Priscillia's nose, a surge of blood, a twitch, and Priscillia has to grab at the top of it to keep it from flinging to flick up to smack into Heka. She's seen it enough times to know. "Ahh... I'm always happy to listen, you're rather precious to me. I will, and have, fought many a noble on your behalf."

Priscillia smiles at a memory of one such occasion, pushing herself forward to plant her lips to the tip of that blunt cockhead. A soft peck, and another, "I know, thank you, Heka." The laprine's voice is so soft, three eyes focused onto Heka's eyes, looking back at each other for the moment of muzzle parting to accept the crown of the breeding tool into their muzzle. The feeling of warm flesh pushing down on her tongue is something Priscillia does so enjoy, not for herself, but for them. For the pleasure she can bring to another.

Heka's eyes come to a close, enjoying the sensation of warmth that envelopes the head of their shaft. Something she had not thought to be able to enjoy with another so easily, her type is so rare as it is, most don't dare a touch. Let alone the closeness she shares with Priscillia. She grunts, Priscillia's lips tightening for a second over the back of their crown, tugging at it with a firm suckle.

Toying and playing is something Priscillia is all too familiar with when it comes to the length before her, digits sliding over behind the medial ring to pull and tug at the flesh, letting it tighten as throbs and twitches pass through the hefty breeding tool that lay oozing upon her tongue. Steadily the laprine's muzzle works further down, inch after inch of ebony flesh vanishing between those soft lips. A drawn out moan finds escape from Heka's lips, leaning her head back more into the chair she had spent so long working in today. Such a delightful way to wind down.

Soon, that length teased at the back of their throat, Priscillia paused there, letting herself stay comfortable and situated over what she could easily handle for now. Her paw even left the base of Heka's shaft, settling them both into her own lap with her head working back and forth, slathering the first few inches of Heka's length in spit that began to trickle down her chin.

"A bit more, Priscillia dear... " Heka's voice came between the audible squelch of air and spit from the insecure seal of those delicate lips between her legs, a breathy huff and a needy buck of her hips pushed her length right back to the laprine's throat all over again, one which Priscillia is happy to work further on.

One more deep breath, and she pushed on, letting more of her tutor's shaft slip into her gullet, feeling it as it began to stretch out the muscles in her throat. Her third eye on Heka's expressions, always such a blissful thing to Pris, while the other two stayed closed, only peeking open when her nose bumped against the ring in the middle. A visible bulge to the throat, one that quickly pulled back and out, only to be replaced with the same once again.

The breathing grew heavier as time went on, and there was no rush in either of their actions, Priscillia and Heka both enjoyed this, one just being able to completely relax and enjoy the pleasure coursing through them, the other able to supply that pleasure, and a delightful flutter in her heart to come with it that gave her all she wanted and needed.

Time passed like this, the casual roll of muzzle over Heka's shaft. The drip of spittle that trailed down the laprine's chin, making a little damp spot in the middle of the clothes that covered her chest. "Just a moment more, hah... I'm close..." came Heka's voice, so quiet it was nigh a whisper.

Priscillia didn't change her pace, she didn't shift what she did, she kept her bobbing along, but felt only a twinge of a smile over her lips. The only hint she needed was how Heka's knees shook, the tightening in her muscles and the visible draw up of those testes in front of her that signaled everything on fast approach. She sunk down to the ring, letting it once more kiss over her nose with the steady pulse of seed passing through the lengthy member she tended to for so long.

Pulse, throb, again and again it came. Filling her throat and oozing the mess into her gut, so much of the seed being drank provided a steady swell to her stomach. Leaving her the cutest little pudge, just enough to seem like one might have enjoyed a large meal. It's then that Heka's load began to taper off, the flare in her throat being very slowly pulled free, catching a second at the cusp of her teeth, making Heka flinch.

Priscillia took it from here, grasping their length in her hands, she opened her maw as wide as she could, getting it out at an angle to avoid letting her fangs dig into the sensitive flesh. A fine layer of spit and mess still coated the member when it began to soften and draw slowly back into its hiding place. Priscillia licked at her lips, making sure nothing remained of a mess.

"I know your answer, but I'll ask anyway... Do you need any pleasure, Pris?" Her breathing is a bit heavy, working to catch her breath from the shake of orgasm.

Despite the much smaller tent that pushed up against her robes, Priscillia shook her head, "I don't, my body may get excited, but I don't want to act on that, I never do it for me. I just like the ideas, and well..."

Heka smiled, "You act on your emotions, your heart. You do things for other folks."

Priscillia's grin is returned to her, and a nod is given. "Yep! I like it that way!"

Heka chuckles, pushing her chair back and offering a claw to Priscillia which is quickly taken. The laprine eased up to a stand as the robes flow back down to offer some decency, the only hint of what happened a small swell to Priscillia's belly that could easily be passed off. "Then I think it may be time for your date, Priscillia. If I'm not mistaken."

"I... Ah! Oh gosh! Right! I got to go meet with Wel still! Oh, I got to buy some flowers for the spirits too!" Priscillia rubbed at the top of her head.

"Your sense of time is horrible, as always." Heka chuckled, leaning down to embrace the laprine in a hug, "Go then, but you better introduce me to him someday soon. I grow impatient to find the boy who befriended spirits, and you seem to like him."

"It's your fault!" Priscillia huffed, before another firm smack found its way to her backside, leaving her laughing and stepping away, poking her purple tongue out at her friend and mentor. "I'll have to make sure he does, I got to hurry. Love you, Heka! I'll be back tonight! Probably late! Maybe morning!? Time is weird!" Every word had her stepping away until she reached the door, pulling it open to the halls beyond, "Love you!" She paused at the door to say it again, a grin trapped on her face.

Heka stood beside her desk, smiling, a warmth in her own chest that always seemed to stick around with Priscillia. "Love you too, Priscillia. Go, don't make him wait too long." She says, waving a hand. Priscillia giggled, closing the door behind her, the tap of hooves on the floor fading away.

Heka sat herself down, looking over the formulae in front of her. "I'm glad you're here... I've never felt better more than I have since I met you..." she whispered out loud, grabbing her inkpen to resume her work.
