Rambling reasoning - 78. -

Another day, another set of visions flying off above the clouds higher than dreams

Feelings of floating turn to sinking in imagined streams

Something missing all the time, the picture doesn't seem to look right complete

The words come easy, the meanings a mystery, the conclusions sideways concrete

Movable in the moments wanting

Such a need, simply daunting

Friction finds me among the waters ever clear

By my side, walks my pride, next, my uncertain sanity

I remain in different steps to ensure I'm not "in sane"

To the wonders on distant shores, personally, I only need to look down from an imagined plane

A picture worth 1,000 words, it seems sufficient in the end

Easy to talk to, I find myself with shadows, dare I say with each, making a new friend

Mentally lost at times, I wander the world, never really feeling a need to be found

Only blinking, ever thinking, as I wonder about my stances, ever changing physically & mentally, while on this ground
