Kurai watched the city below her in it's usual hustle and bustle. A small sigh omitted from her parted lips, her brown eyes closing while she allowed herself to fall. She plummetted through the air, down the sides of skyscrapers and buildings. Opening her eyes at the last second, she pulled out a gun, shot it. A hook with a string from the gun appeared and Kurai climed into an apartment building; her home.

"Why do you always have to be so elaborate?" a voice asked from the darkened lounge.

Kurai chuckled, flicking on a lamp "I like elaborate, and I like being swift. Didn't feel like taking a taxi so I took my way. How are you, Michiru?"

Michiru lifted her head and smiled, swishing her blue curls out of her indigo orbs. "I have a mission for you, One you'll like."

"Thats rare." Kurai sneered as she sat on her couch, picking up a book she had been reading about murder mysteries and cold cases. "Most of them are simply saving some desperate damsel in distress or an idiot held for ransom. What you got?"

Michiru grinned darkly, rising from the chair. "It involves use of your...erm...talents."

"Oh?" Kurai looked up, interested, her spiky black hair falling into her eyes.

"Meet me tomorrow morning at 8, Destined Cafe. I'll clue you in."

With that, Michiru left, and Kurai watched. She stared at the door, wondering what this mission was...
