A fennec finds troubles when dealing with bureaucracy in an avian settlment.

~ The beige room was saturated in the hum of doldrums and the smell of shuffling paperwork. The fennec's expression was of exasperation to the barn owl across the desk looming over him.

~ "I've only got the one; I wasn't laid and then hatched. Just the one day, a birth day!", for a moment of stillness it seemed that the room otherwise entirely filled with birds took notice of his vocalized desperation.

~ The barn owl carefully adjusted her glasses before leaning down somewhat, effecting no benefit to her approachability, "You're going to need a letter from a doctor."
