Christmas Morning
#2 of Short Stories
A short story I made while trying out the slide text feature on my new phone, YES I write my books on the go! like a pro! :3
Jade awoke from a deep sleep, glancing around the room he noticed that Christmas decoration has been put up while he slept. Christmas! Jade thought leaping to the bars, can't wait for Archer to come get me. Suddenly the door opened and the fox known as Archer walked in.
"Good morning." Archer said leaning over the crib to grab Jade who's diaper crinkled as he was held against Archer's hip. "Ready to start your Christmas morning?" He carried Jade into the living room where a Christmas tree, fully decorated, sat in the middle with presents littering the area below it.
"Yay!" Jade called leaping out of his arms and onto the floor.
"Can I open them now?" Jade asked, looking pleadingly up at Archer and the fox smiled warmly down at the adorable padded kitten.
"Sure." Archer replied, sitting down on the couch to watch. Jade sat down with the nearest present and began to unwrap.
