Among the strangers yet to be friends
Faces look about, searching for similarity as each song ends
Sudden a sight, eyes lock & see deeply into lives that can be
Eyes wide shut, I envision what's truly best for me
Still in the moment, the music touches my every part
Words spoken from long before my time, I keep emotions close at heart
Dependent on the dim lighting
I reach out for someone I've been mentally fighting
Beside a bed as breath is taken so sure
I think back at my sickness, & how I seem to have found a cure
Deleted from my past
I think now, I've found something that can truly last
Hopeful hidden unknowns won't stop us for more than a thought
I rest easy feeling all the worries & fears become fuzzy, I almost forgot

I take time looking about as nothing now, seems to be in a hurry
