#9 of Commission Works

Nicobay likes them big, that goes without question! This commission is going to likely dwarf the last one I did for him, so yeah, be ready for that. I don't know exactly how big it's going to be, or how long it's going to take to finish the whole thing. So I'm not going to wait until the very end to post it, because who knows when that'll be? So today and tomorrow, the first two parts will be made available, and I'll get further ones up as I can get to finishing them!

OBLIGATORY CONTENT WARNING: This part of the story contains sex between males and females, size difference, rough sex, dubious consent, transformation, and a whole lot of setting the stage.

"Grant? Is your work done?"

The boy jumped a bit as his father poked his head in the door, starting to sweat a bit. His bright blue eyes shone under messy dark hair as he looked up at his father, whose features were rather similar but his hair was brown instead, also long but more well-kept, and with the addition of a short beard. "Um, just about, dad..." The tone of his voice wasn't exactly confident.

"Hm...Aya, is he telling the truth?"

From Grant's bed, a female sun Lycanroc yawned and shook her head. "He hasn't even started, even though I've tried to get him focused. But you already knew that, didn't you, Chester?"

"I had a feeling. Grant, I wish you'd take your studies more seriously."

The boy groaned. "Studying's boring...I just want to go out and be a Pokémon master! Why do I have to take these courses?"

"So that you know what you're doing when you go out there. Why do you think they raised the age for licensing? Trainers who are too young and unprepared don't fare so well out there. And if you don't pass your studies, getting the proper trainer's license is going to be difficult. I wish you'd approach it more like your sister."

"Yeah, Grant, why can't you be more like me?" a voice chimed in from behind Chester.

"Shut up, Beth!"

"Make me!" Beth knew he wouldn't, because standing right beside her was a big Nidoking, her partner Rusker. And he let out a nice deep growl to make sure Grant knew it...not that he'd try anything with their father right there anyway.

"Now, now, Beth, let's be nice..." But through the slightly chiding tone was a hint of agreement with her. "Still, she's got a point...I know you're smart enough, Grant. If you applied yourself like her, you could be gunning for the Ranger Academy yourself."

"Hmph...I don't want to be a ranger, I just want to train and get a strong team."

"Well, that's fine, but you still need to pass your courses. Aya, will you make sure he gets his work done?"

"Certainly." Aya rose and hopped down from the bed, and Grant groaned; he knew she was serious and he wasn't getting out of it. She didn't always push him right away, wanting him to take the initiative on his own, but when she pushed she REALLY pushed. It was like having another mother around.

"I'll leave you to it, then." Chester shut the door, then turned to Beth and Rusker. "I don't suppose I have to ask whether you have your work done, do I?"

"Head-spinningly fast," Rusker confirmed, with a tone dripping with approval. "She's as smart as I am strong, I can't wait 'til we can show it off to the rangers."

"I'm counting down the days for that. Just keep at it, everything you can learn will help you out in the future. Keep up the good work and maybe Locke will take you out for some field experience."

"Yes, dad!" The thought of that was immensely appealing to Beth, Locke was her idol and she'd always wanted to follow in his footsteps. "That means you keep buffing up, Rusker, I need you to be able to keep up with me out there!"

"You won't have anything to worry about," the Nidoking laughed as the two retreated to their own room. Chester left soon after; he had his own things to do, and total confidence in at least three of the four he'd just been talking to. Grant...well, maybe he'd get the drive he needed at some point, that was all he was missing. Chester wasn't really sure why he wasn't all that motivated, but there had to be something that would get him going.

Down the stairs he went, stopping by the kitchen. His wife, a shorter woman with long, almost black hair and fairer skin, was hard at work in the kitchen baking something sweet. He gave her a peck on the cheek from behind, embracing her gently. "Smells delightful, Rose. Is that for the Rangers?"

"Mostly, yes, though I promised to save part of the batch for the kids. And for us, too, of course. You're going on assignment again today?"

"Yes, after I work on my project."

"I wish I could go with you one of these days...you know I want to know what it's like."

"Someday, dear. You know I want one of us to be around in case something goes wrong...I don't want to leave Grant and Beth alone."

Rosemary sighed. "That's true...but they're getting to that age. You know kids used to go off training at around that time, right? It may have changed a bit, but perhaps we need to give them a bit more freedom..."

"Hm...you may be right...perhaps we should have a talk with them sometime soon, it might be time to see if they're mature enough to handle being on their own for a while. And if they are...well, then we can take a trip, just the two of us, in whatever way we want."

Seeing his wife's smile was a light to his soul. "That sounds wonderful...let's not keep it too long, all right?"

"Right, we'll talk with them soon. I'll be in the lab if you need me."

"All right, Chester. Watch yourself down there."

"No worries...Milia will be watching over me, and helping out where she can."

"Good...hmph, speaking of helping out..." Rosemary stopped her cutting at the counter and walked over to the doorway of the kitchen, scowling out at a Feraligatr who was loafing around on a cushion. "Kraid! I thought I told you to go out and wash the windows! Get off your scaly butt and do it!"

"Mmph. Fine..." The reptile pushed himself to his feet and plodded slowly towards the door outside. Chester had to wonder how many times he'd been asked to do that already...knowing him, probably more than a couple. Maybe that was where Grant was getting his example...

From the kitchen he went around the corner and then through another door and down another set of stairs to the basement lab. The loud hum of computers and other active machinery was a constant in the background, all necessary to keep everything in order. He'd been hard at work with the construction of advanced technology, the lifeblood of the family's finances and their growing experiences.

His primary accomplishment so far: improvements on a conversion machine that could turn a human into a Pokémon and back again. It wasn't his original design, but he'd made notable improvements, boosting the energy efficiency so that the Pokémon forms weren't too weak to fend for themselves. There were still limits...not every form was accessible still, and larger and stronger forms were harder to transfer to, there were likely going to be reactions from anyone who wasn't developed enough. But it was still significantly more useful than the original version was, and it had gotten him a good bit of acclaim.

But that wasn't satisfying to him...while Chester was proud of his work, it still was just something he'd worked on, not something he'd actually developed. What he was focused on right now was something very much his own work...except, he'd run into a few snags in the application.

"Dammit...this isn't going to work!" He set down his pencil, sighing in frustration. "Not without some way to actually maintain the transfer..."

"Master?" A soothing feminine voice rang out from nearby. An Espeon floated up into the air next to him to nuzzle at his cheek, trying to settle him down. "Are you still having trouble?"

"Yes, Milia...the body-swap machine...I just can't figure out how to get it so it maintains the effect. I've gone through the design so many times, and it always comes out the same, there's no way to sustain it with any appreciable distance from the center. There must be a way, but I can't figure out how without an energy investment that would power the entire city for days."

"You're a genius, Master...I'm sure you'll figure it out."

"Maybe, but not tonight..." He shook his head ruefully. "I think I need a break from this. Milia, would you go to the QG and let Locke know that I've hit another dead end? I think I need to clear my head a bit with something else."

"Of course, Master...anything I can do to help."

"Thank you...I really appreciate it."

The walk to the Pokémon Ranger QuarterGuard Station, usually just referred to as the QG, was not a super long one even for a smaller creature like an Espeon. It was long enough to provide some good thinking time, though, and Milia enjoyed having that opportunity. As a Psychic-type, she usually had a lot on her mind.

More so lately than other times.

She knew Chester was having trouble with his latest project. And she knew well the nature of the problem...and above all else, she wished she could provide him with a solution, give him something that could break through the funk he was experiencing and make him happy. It delighted her so much to see him happy and successful, and she wanted to be a part of that, being such an important part of his life.

And then there was the other thing...she shook her head, trying to get that thought out of there. Not something she should be thinking about...there were more important things. Of course, if it were that easy, she would have gotten it out of her head long ago. Perhaps, though, she didn't really want to get it out entirely, just for long enough to please him to the point where perhaps he'd entertain the idea...

Before she realized it, she was standing in front of the doors to the QG. Sighing, she stepped inside, and immediately headed towards the back. The staffer at the desk paid her no mind, he knew her well by this point and knew she was there on business...it was a good thing to be known. Especially by a high-ranking member - no one had hassled her in ages, they didn't want to bring the wrath of Locke, the #1 ranger in the QuarterGuard and one of Chester's best friends. The whole family knew him well, he was almost as close as another family member himself, and he was always good to Milia no matter what.

Which had her a bit on edge, because if he knew what she was thinking about Chester...

A psychic twist of the doorknob brought her into Locke's office. She saw him look up, and smile warmly at her...he was a big man, taller and broader than Chester, having a much more active lifestyle than her Master he was bigger and fitter. He had short, slightly curly brown hair and a somewhat bushy beard, and hazel eyes that were alive with energy. "Milia! Good to see you...I'm guessing Chester's out on business?"

"Yes, he is, and he asked me to update you...there's been a bit of a snag in the progress of his project. We're trying to work through it, but I'm not sure when we'll be able to get that breakthrough...it could happen tomorrow or it could be weeks. If the QuarterGuard had any time-sensitive plans for it, I'd ask them to reschedule."

"Ah, a pity...Chester's a big thinker, but there's so much that can be troublesome with big ideas. I'm sure he'll figure it out, though, especially with you helping him out. I'd ask what the problem is, but it's not so much my thing, you know?"

"Yes...but your support will help him. If you have any messages for him, I can bring them back to him for when he returns."

"Ah, yes, and what is there to report about that? I'm sure he's provided you with information on his latest findings...we've all been eager to hear more about them, he's the only one so far who's been able to research this extensively into these questions."

"He's been happy to do so...not just for his own interest, but to help you out as well," Milia said with a slight smile. "If you saw the way he spoke to me about what he's learned, the excitement he has...it's charming, really, that's the only word for it."

They chatted for another fifteen minutes about various aspects of Chester's research and other business, which Locke seemed to be pretty satisfied with. After checking his notes and confirming he had everything written accurately, he let Milia depart, asking her just to give him his thanks for his continued efforts and looking forward to his next report, with an extra note that he hoped that Chester would be present as well. All things told, Milia was glad to be leaving, she'd been a bit distracted and was getting more and more concerned that Locke would notice and ask about it...she really wasn't ready for that. So she departed from his office, as casually as possible, heading out through the rear exit to sniff at the air in their Pokémon grounds. It was always nice there, the air danced with more scents than most other areas, scents that cleared her head and made her feel a pleasant buzz. A great place to be alone with her thoughts...

Well, if she was actually alone.

"Hey there, Milia." A deep voice made her jump a bit, even though it was totally familiar. She turned to look up at the huge fire lizard standing above her...Locke's Pokémon partner, Akili, a Charizard who stayed perpetually in a Mega Evolved form, in this case the Y variant. His strength was almost tangible, the sheer heat radiating off of him felt like it could melt the very world around him if he let it.

"Hi, Akili. I was just giving Locke our report..."

"I heard. But I think there's something you're not saying...something seems off with you lately, Milia. Is everything all right?"

"Ah..." She wasn't sure what had given it away to Akili that others hadn't noticed...or maybe they had and just hadn't said anything. But...she'd kept it to herself for a long time, perhaps it was time to talk to someone about it. "It's...a matter of the heart, I suppose. Please don't tell anyone about it..."

"Hey, whatever you want, my lips are heat-sealed if you want them to be."

"They'd better be, or I'll put you through a mind-control routine that you will never live down."

Akili chuckled; that wasn't the first time he'd heard that threat. "Ranger's honor."

"Okay...it's...I'm...I think I'm in love with...with Master."

Akili's eye ridge went up. That was certainly not something he'd heard from her before. "Does he know?"

"He'd better not know, I haven't told him and don't want to. I...don't really know how to deal with it. I've been with him so long, and now I've started getting these feelings...I mean, he's a human, and he has a mate already...there's just so much wrong with it..."

"Wrong with it? I don't see that."

"You don't? I mean...I'm a Pokémon, and he's a human..."

The Charizard gave her a maddening smirk. "Seems to me he's found a good way to surmount that difficulty..."

Milia flushed. "You know what I mean."

"Okay, even putting that aside...you think that's a problem? Seems to me you should've gotten out a bit more."

"Wh-what...what do you mean? You don't think that's wrong?"

Akili laughed loudly. "Wrong! If it's wrong, who wants to be right? You know how many times I've rushed to the sound of what I think is a battle or a threat, only to drop in on a human and Pokémon going at it? The humans call it Poképhilia, and it's all over the place, especially with the younger ones. Humans in their early primes, strange feelings they want to explore and can barely control, and sexually free creatures like us who respond so broadly to scents...ain't nothing wrong with that. Doesn't even matter if they have human mates, there's enough room for both, I've heard about that, too."

"Wow...I never knew...I mean, I heard rumors about it, but...I never realized that was such a...a widespread thing...um, have you ever..."

Akili let out a pleasant murr. "Oh, yeah...usually I just leave when I barge in on a rutting pair, but I've gotten offers to join in...you think I'm gonna pass that up? A chance to make them cry out in pleasure, make them hotter than they've ever been and fill them up with my seed...damn, it gets me hot and bothered just thinking about it."

"Ah...I've, um, noticed." Akili looked down, and suddenly flushed a bit himself; his slit had started to swell, and his cock was peeking a bit out of the passage. Now he'd gotten himself in a situation...but, just as quickly, he thought of a way out. Rather than get bashful, he spread his legs a bit more and leaned down, grinning at Milia as he let his natural reaction continue, showing more and more of himself.

"You noticed, did you...so that means you were looking there? Perhaps hoping for a little display?"

A shudder went through Milia; she and Akili had teased each other before, but this was something altogether different, he sounded serious and she was more turned on by that than she'd thought she would be. "Ah...that's not..."

"No need to by shy about it. I know I'm sexy, and we've been around each other a lot...don't think I haven't looked and thought about it a little. And how long has it been since you've gotten any proper action? And with all those thoughts about your master giving you torment, I'll bet your paws and mind just haven't been enough..."

"You bastard..." It was a good-natured epithet, her voice devoid of harshness...if anything, it betrayed her need even more fiercely. Of course, he was right, self-stimulation wasn't making those urges go away at all, and anything else...well, she'd really wanted Chester, and couldn't really work up the urge to go out pursuing someone else, not with him on her mind. Of course, if someone was offering... "You'd better do a good job or I'm going to be very unhappy with you."

"Oh, don't worry, I don't tend to disappoint." Akili was fully erect now, his cock steaming and dripping; it was enormous to Milia, pointed at the tip and quickly thickening out, with fleshy spikes running down the sides. "Want a taste before you get it pushed inside?"

"You're such a romantic."

"I want this just as badly as you do...it's been a while since I've gotten any proper action, too. I'll save the romance for when we're both not horny as fuck."

"Fair enough." She floated up a bit, rising up to the dragon's cock and starting to lap at the tip. Akili's fluids were quite hot and spicy, but she found herself drawn to the taste...he was a nice, big and strong male, and had a nice, big and strong scent and taste as well. That, combined with her lack of recent action, was really turning her on...she started licking more rapidly, drawing her tongue along the spikes, wiggling them a bit in her mouth and making him murr deeply. His fingers were flexing and his tail was twitching a bit, sending sparks flicking this way and that.

"Oh, yeah...goddamn, you know how to tease a guy as big as I am."

Milia pulled away, giving him a look. "It's not like you males are all that different. A bit of tongue to those huge rods you have and you fall all over yourselves. Perhaps you should be showing me that you know how to tease a girl as small as I am."

Akili grinned down at her. "Sounds like a challenge...I'm game." He swooped Milia up in his claws, flipping her around so her backside was to his face. His tongue lapped across his lips once as he quickly found the source of her strongest scent...his long, somewhat thinner, slightly serpentine tongue darted out, licking along her pussy lips and against her clit. The Espeon let out a gasp as she felt the thrill of pleasure...he was so HOT, she could feel it almost all the way through her body, and his tongue left a tingle behind where it made contact. And then it would start to curl, wrapping around her clit and massaging it a bit before pulling away, leaving her wanting more...

More was on the way, she cried out in ecstasy as the tongue pushed its way inside her lips, slurping and rubbing at her walls and leaving its intense heat along the way. She was really starting to squirm in his grip as he ate her out, it almost felt like a cock thrusting into her the way it pushed in and out, making so much contact...she was quickly struck by a minor climax, letting out a gush of fluid which he drew in with eagerness. "Ah...ah! Okay...you've proven yourself!"

Akili chuckled quietly, and finally withdrew his tongue...she still felt nice and wet from it, which was perfect for what was next. "Good to hear...so shall we get to the main event?"

"Yes, dammit, do it before I Psychic you down and ram myself onto you!"

"Rrr, feisty one...I like being in charge, though, so I won't call your bluff on that." He lowered her down on the ground onto all fours, leaning over and bracing himself with a claw as he lined his dick up with her snatch. A deep rumble emerged from his throat as he pushed his way in, applying plenty of force to part her lips and bury himself deep inside the much smaller Pokémon. The tightness was almost mind-blowing, his toe claws curled and left rivets in the dirt as he was swarmed with pleasure. Oh, it had definitely been too long...

The strength of the dragon was such that he could have pushed Milia around if she hadn't braced herself with her powers. With those in effect, all the force went into her...just the way she liked it from a creature like him. Her neck craned back and she called out in pleasure, feeling filled to the brim from the big dragon...and it wasn't just the size, but also the heat getting to her, Akili was incredibly hot being a Mega Charizard and it hit all her pleasure points all over. Definitely different from what she wanted with Chester...she always imagined him being a much gentler lover, someone she wanted as a mate rather than just wanted to make with. Akili was just relief...albeit VERY good relief.

The Charizard spread his legs a bit and really started going to town then, rearing back and slamming his full length into her as hard as he could. Thanks to the size difference, she stayed incredibly tight around him, providing a pressure that was almost heavenly. Her lips clung to him when she pulled out, rubbed him madly when he pressed in, worked his cock so expertly like she was the most skilled lay alive...and it was really putting him through his paces, as dry as the action had been lately he knew he wasn't going to last all that long, but he would never forgive himself for failing to bring a female to climax before he reached his own. His muscles strained to hold back the tidal wave of lava bubbling up from his balls, despite the failure of the rest of him to hold back in any way.

Fortunately for him, Milia was nearly there...it was just too good, the huge cock touched all the right places, most of them at the same time. Her legs were a bit shaky, despite her psychic hold, mostly running on automatic now...she could feel the tingle building rapidly, she was past the point of holding it back and just waiting for the finale now. Her voice rose louder, cries short and punctuated, a perfect contrast to the grunting growls of the massive male over her. Her tail started to curl and her back arched, pushing her back into that huge blazing dick, grinding it against her most sensitive inner points. That finally proved to be the clincher, she yowled out in ecstasy as her orgasm overtook her, a gush of fluid rushing over the burning invader, instantly hissing and steaming from the intense heat. She clenched down around him, as much as was possible, twisting and tensing in unbridled glee as the need in her was finally sated.

Akili didn't hold back a fraction of a second longer than he had to, roaring out loud as he too hit his climax, a jet of flame rushing from his throat in tandem with the jets of seed pulsing out of his cock into the Espeon underneath him. His hands moved to grip her body as he gave short, grinding thrusts into her, milking himself of his pent-up seed; despite the tight fit, there was simply too much of it to keep it all inside, and it squirted out around his cock, splattering onto his loins, her rear, and the ground, hissing and spitting and steaming all the while. His cock got so hot Milia thought it might burst aflame inside her, though that only helped prolong and intensify her own orgasm, ensuring she stayed at that pinnacle as long as possible.

Soon, almost too soon, the height of the pleasure died away, leaving just two panting Pokémon, their needs finally sated, at least for the time being. Akili murred a bit, nuzzling Milia's head with his snout as he pulled himself out of her, a gush of fluid following until the Espeon stopped it up with a psychic block. "Rrrr, that was fantastic...just what I needed."

"Well, I'm glad YOU had fun," Milia replied playfully. "Guess it was just awfully convenient that I was there for your pleasure."

"Aw, I didn't mean it like that. I was happy to provide a service to you, too...though I suspect you have needs beyond just getting a nice fat dick in your cunt." He snickered a bit as Milia tried to swipe her tail at him. "Let me know if you're willing to share, I'd love to slam his ass while you're mewling underneath him...give him a chance to know just what you felt."

"I'll have to actually get him to accept being my mate, first, and I don't know if that's going to happen. It'll be tough to compete with his human partner, and he's so busy with this project..." Milia trailed off; something had just occurred to her in a flash, an idea for Chester's work...so simple she couldn't believe she hadn't thought of it before. Maybe getting laid really had been a good idea, freeing her mind up for more important things. "I...I think I thought of something...I mean...I have to go! I have to get this down...before I forget it or get distracted! Master's work may depend on it!"

She was on her way out before giving him a chance to respond, though as the teleportation energy swirled around her, she could have sworn she heard him wishing her luck. Luck...well, maybe a little luck would go a long way with getting what she wanted, and if her idea panned out, maybe he'd be a little more receptive to it. And there was no way she was going to let that opportunity go to waste.

Rosemary enjoyed caring for Pokémon. True, she hadn't really done it in a while, not since she'd had kids...then again, taking care of kids was jut as rewarding, so it didn't feel like a big loss. But she always got a joy out of watching them, especially the little ones...they just triggered a maternal instinct in her, and she loved to attend to their needs, whatever they might be.

She certainly hadn't expected, in ages past, that one of those Pokémon would be her husband.

Yet, here she was, tying a blue scarf around the little Eevee's neck. The first time this had happened, even though she'd been warned beforehand, it was still a shock to see Chester transformed in that fashion. Now she was more or less used to the idea...and, rather hoping she would have the chance to experience it herself.

"One of these days it's going to be you doing this to me," she remarked as she finished securing the scarf. She had taken extra care to make sure it wouldn't come untied, since Chester wouldn't be able to get it back on himself.

"Maybe, though not if I'm already like this when you turn, and hopefully you won't have to be as small." It always took Chester a bit of getting used to every time he turned back - mainly hearing himself, in a voice so much higher and squeakier than his usual. But he enjoyed it every time, it filled him with a sense of youth and vitality and gave him a new perspective. Both of which had more than just pleasure applications.

"Well, perhaps I can get Kraid to put it on if I have to." She shot a look at the Feraligatr, who was letting out a long, continuous stream of growling laughs. "Oh, hush, you."

Kraid didn't hush at all. "It's funny...big man into teeny creature, you look so silly like that."

"I chose it for a reason, you know," Chester replied with a bit of huff, which only make Kraid laugh harder. Chester had spent a long time mulling on the Pokémon form he would routinely take on his trips - he could have been something a lot bigger, certainly, it wouldn't have been quite as much of an adjustment and there would have been quite a few advantages in other respects. But he'd wanted to take a form that didn't look very threatening, which would make it easier for him to converse with other Pokémon naturally and not have to worry about them being scared or hostile to him. And perhaps part of it had been a bit of an affinity for Eevees and their evolutions...after all, he'd been partnered with Milia for ages. Either way, he liked the form and it did the trick.

Of course, Kraid knew all this, and yet he was laughing every time he saw Chester that way. There was no fixing that, he supposed.

Rosemary finally finished fiddling with the scarf, stepping back to admire her handiwork. He really did look pretty cute like that. "All right, dear...be careful out there, don't get anything mad at you that you can't handle."

"Thanks, I won't, I promise. I'll be back by dinner." With a nod towards his wife and a dirty look towards the still-amused Kraid, Chester hopped off the table and trotted out of the house. The air outside always struck him in this form, so much clearer and fresher and yet so full of things he never would have noticed as a human...it was no wonder people had long sought a way to take the shapes of their companions like this, it really was an eye-opening experience.

Of course, he wasn't here just for pleasure, there was a purpose...but even that purpose was all about that eye-opening experience. He started on the well-worn path to the Pokémon Village, a place humans weren't allowed to tread, where Pokémon gathered in great numbers and lived...well, almost like humans did, in their own little place with houses and businesses and those sorts of things. It was amazing how much they tried to emulate people, even as they had their own twists on everything...humans and Pokémon really were closer than they had been in ages, so strongly connected in so many ways.

But there were still hitches. Communication was a big one - despite massive development in how humans and Pokémon could talk with each other, there often seemed to be disconnects between them, misunderstandings or confusions that could create conflict and tension. The Rangers had been hypothesizing that there were signals that humans weren't picking up on that were integral to Pokémon communication, but it was difficult to just ask Pokémon about them because often they didn't really know what they were - they were so natural that they often slipped past conscious recognition.

That was where Chester came in. As a human in mind, he was used to human communication, but in a Pokémon's body, his senses were adapted to pick up on those signals. He might not be encumbered by not noticing the cues that were being passed - and as it turned out, he wasn't. It was a rare chance at translational communication research, and he was eager to make his mark on this world and help bring humans and Pokémon even closer together.

It wasn't a very long walk, but it always felt like it...being in a small body made all travel feel longer to Chester. He was glad they lived close to the QG Station and consequently to the Pokémon Village; it would have been far less convenient to try to commute over a long distance between there and home. The other real concern was an attack by a wild Pokémon, but he'd been able to give himself enough ability to fight back that it was unlikely to be too much trouble - one advantage of the small size, more energy to apply elsewhere.

Finally he emerged through a rather heavy ring of brush into the more open area of the Pokémon Village. Despite the name, it was more like a town in size and population than a mere village; Chester wasn't sure how many Pokémon were there, but it was certainly in the thousands. It was incredible how well-hidden it was...despite being a rather large area, it was virtually untouched by human presence, due to various psychic barriers that made humans both unaware of it and disinclined to try to find it. Thankfully, the transformation seemed to eliminate that effect on him. He'd heard that only one human had ever entered, one who had a very special quality of deadening psychic influence; it was through this event, and his subsequent report to the Rangers, that the current agreement between them had been reached. The Rangers knew of the Village but the humans would not try to enter it, only their Pokémon would; in turn, the members of the Village would ensure that they caused no disruption to human affairs and would allow information to be carried away by visiting Pokémon.

Chester originally found it odd that the agreement stipulated anything about human affairs, but after his first visits the oddity had rather dissipated. The Pokémon of the Village seemed to be quite strong, stronger than one would expect for wild Pokémon, and possessed a degree of autonomy that was unparalleled in the rest of the world. If they spread their attitudes and strength, it could create a rather significant upheaval in the current way of living...there were some Pokémon in the Village who seemed to have the idea that they were the ones living 'right,' so the agreement to keep it limited now made a lot of sense to him.

Though, maybe some day it should be like that...it has to change slowly, though, so that everyone's ready for it. And that's where my part comes in...communication and understanding, that's going to be key.

For that, he wanted his help. And so he made a beeline for a shop he knew quite well, one that sold various concoctions and other useful items. It was just a little jaunt down a cobblestone road, through the stone and wooden buildings, some puffing smoke, others buzzing with activity. It impressed Chester how much it seemed like human society...houses, markets, agriculture, at first glance it looked like something humans would have made. Only when you really looked did you see the differences - the designs fitting frames of all shapes and sizes, the embellishments that told a story of someone very different from a human, and of course all the people around that were part of that society. It was the fact that it seemed so familiar that really put him in awe, though.

Maybe there's something to those old stories that humans and Pokémon were once total equals.

Finally he reached the shop, and entered eagerly. Immediately he saw the familiar face of a Flygon behind the counter, and smiled warmly. "Hey, Saltre! I'm back! How's business?"

"Business is good!" Saltre buzzed back, grinning down at Chester. "How's my favorite shapeshifting customer?"

"I'm fine...though, do I really count as a customer? I don't really have any money to buy anything..."

"The QG gives me a bit of a stipend to help out with you, so as far as I'm concerned you count. Any news from the outside?"

"Nothing that would be of any interest to you, at least not that I know of. You want to step out for a bite while we catch up?"

"Sure. Let me just put up my notice." Saltre ducked away from the counter, buzzing over to the door and putting up a sign showing he was closed for a break. He seemed so dutiful and happy in his business, it would have shocked most to learn that he was an agent of the Rangers, a rare permanent resident of the Village. They wanted someone who could constantly monitor the goings-on in there, as well as serve as an easy liaison for other Ranger Pokémon who visited. Saltre had volunteered quite eagerly, and settled into his role as shopkeeper like he was born for it. Chester always got the feeling, talking to him, that this was what he really wanted to do with his life...being able to serve both roles seemed to make him very happy.

He was also the only one in the village to know the truth about Chester, of course. By necessity, obviously - it wouldn't have made any sense to keep him out of the loop - but it was still comforting to have someone aware of it and aware of how it would affect him. Though, Chester noticed that Saltre frequently tended to treat him more like a Pokémon than a human. Maybe not a bad thing, it helped keep up the illusion among the other Pokémon, but it always felt a touch strange to him...no one else seemed to do the same.

They chatted a bit as they walked, but their conversations were interrupted quite a bit. Duty always called, and Chester always had to stop and talk to other Pokémon to learn more about their style of communication. First up was a Servine. Grass types always had a pretty clear tell, their moods were reflected in the scents they gave off, so subtle that a human wouldn't notice them unless they were trying. Sweet smells meant good moods, bitter ones meant bad moods...sometimes there were mixes in there for when they had conflicting emotions. On the other hand, there were more unique challenges to Servine in particular. Chester found her a bit hard to talk to, she had a somewhat haughty and regal air to her, she talked down to him rather than at him like an equal, and didn't seem interested in providing clear answers to his questions. He could smell the bitter scent around her, clearly she wasn't happy about the intrusion, and he hadn't stayed with it long.

Fortunately, he found a more hospitable Grass-type not long after. A Tropius, who was plenty jovial and happy to chat, and seemed to have a penchant for telling stories. That sweet scent was definitely on the air...though, at times, when Chester asked him questions, he'd notice a few changes when the Tropius responded. The smell got sharper and harsher, less sweet than it had been, and he'd notice a jiggling of the fruits on his body. That, plus the somewhat nervous way he responded, suggested to Chester that he was lying about something...about what, or why, he wasn't sure, since there was no reason to lie to a complete stranger.

Not much farther along, they came across a Marowak being pestered by a couple of punks. He was paying them absolutely no mind, and his lack of response got the punk Pokémon frustrated and they stormed off angrily. Chatting with him afterwards, Chester was met with a very stoic individual, who showed no emotion to anything and maintained a blunt and straightforward manner of speaking. A common trait of Ground-types was to shake off more dust and dirt from their bodies when they got emotional, but there was almost nothing coming off of this one...with the slight exception of when Saltre asked about the trio of Alolan Marowaks who'd arrived recently. There was an almost imperceptible edge when he spoke about how they had the wrong temperament; it appeared he took pride in his kind's stoicism and wasn't a fan of the much more expressive fire dancers.

"You'd think that it would be the most ironic thing to get emotional over getting emotional," Chester remarked as they entered the café after finishing their talk with the Marowak.

"Eh, I can understand it," Saltre replied with a shrug. "They usually evolve by learning how to control and bury their emotions. Cubones are crybabies...that plus the skulls is why humans always thought they all had dead mothers. You'd think they'd realize pretty quickly that it's utterly impossible for every Cubone or Marowak mother to die giving birth and still have any left."

"I always did find that legend strange. So when they evolve they basically bury all their emotions?"

"Pretty much. It can come out sometimes, but it's very controlled then as well. But I've heard that sometimes if they're pushed too far they can go absolutely crazy...if you ever see one pull its mask off, run."

"Dang...I don't know if I would, I'd want to see what's under there."

"Look at a dead one, then. You don't want to be near an unmasked live one, they will be utterly out of control, there's no recognition of friend or foe there."

"Ah...I'll try to suppress my curiosity then. But then what's the deal with Alolan Marowaks? They're clearly not the same way."

"The way I hear it, instead of suppressing their emotions, they learn to express them in more mature ways. That's why they dance and move so much - it's basically a physical release of emotion. And pretty nice, if you ask me, I've seen a couple of their dances, it's pretty impressive."

Chester nodded. "I've wanted to since I heard about them. Maybe I'll get the chance to at some point. I wonder what it is about Alola that prompts that particular variation? It doesn't seem like something just from the natural environment..."

Saltre grinned. "Well, just your luck! You have an expert in everything Alola right here who'll likely tell you all you want to know after you purchase one of his fine dishes."

"Go to hell, Saltre." It was a good-natured jibe from the unusual-looking Pokémon standing behind the counter. His name was Orion and he was a Typhlosion, but he looked quite distinct from the usual - his body colors were much lighter, and his flames were a startling black and gray rather than the usual reds and oranges you got. Chester had never seen the like before, and was still curious about Orion. He'd always referred to himself as an Alolan Typhlosion, but Chester wasn't sure if that was the truth or not...the changes didn't seem like a typical adaptation, and he'd never heard of any Typhlosions living natively there. But he didn't question it - if it was the truth, then it would've been rude to press him on it, and if it wasn't, he had his reasons for hiding what the truth was. And since it wasn't really relevant to anything Chester was doing, there wasn't much point in going down that path.

"Oh, Orion, you wound me! And here I am just trying to give you some positive press!"

"Yeah, and waiting to laugh in my face when I say something about Alola that you know is wrong. You know I don't know THAT much about the place, just because I was born and partly raised there doesn't mean I'm that connected to it."

Saltre just gave Orion a cheeky smirk. "But I want you to try to express your knowledge! Then I can correct you and look smart."

"Yeah, yeah. Just order something so I can spit in your food." Aside from Saltre, Orion was probably the Pokémon he'd seen the most. He had a popular donburi shop that seemed to always have a good few customers in it, and Chester could see why...well, he could taste why, was more like it. He'd never had donburi before coming to the village, but he'd found it quite to his liking. As far as he knew, spit wasn't an ingredient, but Orion and Saltre seemed to have a friendly repartee going every time, and threats of that nature weren't uncommon.

"That would probably just make it taste better!"

It was then that Chester decided to pipe up. "I'm ready to order, and as amusing as you two are, I'd like to eat today."

"Hah, sorry. I suppose I should focus on business first, dealing with problem customers second." Saltre stuck his tongue out at Orion, but the Typhlosion paid him no mind. "What're you having?"

"A Dragon Rush." It was his favorite, and even though he was tempted to branch out more, he just often found he couldn't get enough.

"Should've guessed. You're like clockwork! And for you, Saltre, assuming I even let you eat anything?"

"I think I'll go for one of those too this time."

"All right, then! Two Dragon Rushes, coming right up!"

As usual, it was a fantastic meal. The donburi was delicious, there was such a rush of fresh and powerful tastes that Chester had never tasted before. Certainly, some part of it had to be from his altered senses, but it couldn't have been all of it. There was a sharpness, a fresh and watery and salty tang, and a heavy flavor to it that he was sure he'd never tasted in any dish he'd had as a human. He scarfed it down as quickly as usual, and sighed in satisfaction as he rubbed his full belly. "You're just too good at this, Orion...I might just eat myself to death if I spend too much time in here!"

"Please don't, I doubt that would be good advertising," Orion quipped back in response. "Glad to have your patronage, though. Hope to see you around again soon!"

"You know it!"

As Chester and Saltre exited the building, Chester noticed some throngs of Pokémon moving across the streets. "Huh...what's going on? Is there some kind of event happening today?"

"Oh, yeah. There is. That's right, selection's today. No wonder they're so excited."

"Selection? Selection for what?"

"The village is getting a rescue guild. Something to make everyone safer...they're supposed to patrol the village, and go out and search for Pokémon that leave the village and get in trouble. It means that people cane explore around a bit more with less fear, but also the bad guys will keep out. At least, that's the plan."

"Huh...sounds interesting. Where are they stationed?"

"In the giant tree."

"What giant tree?"

Saltre did a double take. "You...you haven't seen the giant tree?"

"No...I've never seen any giant tree here."

"How have you..." Saltre stopped, then smacked his head with a paw. "Fuck. Right, you're technically a human. Well...now that I've told you, you can probably see it."

"Huh? What are you..." Chester trailed off, his eyes widening as he looked up. Where he had literally seen nothing before...now, towering over the village was a tree of immense proportions. The canopy hung overhead with enormous splendor, yet sunlight seemed to rush right through it, giving it a brilliant illumination. His jaw dropped in utter shock. "H-how...How is this not visible for miles around?! How did I not even see it until you pointed it out to me?!"

"You wondered the same thing I did," Saltre remarked with a buzzing chuckle. "It's all thanks to the guardian who's in charge here...they make it unseen from any distance while outside the village, and unseen to humans at all unless a Pokémon allows them to. A really neat trick."

"Who could possibly do something like that? They'd have to be incredibly powerful, able to alter reality or perception..."

"Well, thankfully we have that. The guardian is Lugia."

Chester's head jerked towards Saltre in disbelief. "You're joking."

"No joke. Lugia himself is acting as our guardian, and he's in change of this entire rescue enterprise. He'll be choosing the warriors and getting them properly oriented for what they'll be doing. Amazing, isn't it? That a legend is taking notice of us and providing such an important service for us..." Saltre sighed. "Though, if he's paying that much attention to us, it has me a bit worried, too...it's not common for a legend to put so much work into something like this without there being a deeper purpose."

"Huh?"

"Mm, nothing, don't worry about it." He had that quiet quiver in his voice that he had when something was bothering him, Chester noticed, but he decided not to say anything about it.

"Can we go see what's going on in there?"

"If you want to, sure, it doesn't sound like they're keeping anyone out. I've been away from the shop a while, so I should probably get back."

"All right...thanks, Saltre! I'll talk to you again later!"

"Sure, catch you later!" Saltre flew off, and Chester made his way over to the massive tree. It looked even larger the closer he got, so tall it made him feel a bit dizzy looking up at it. And then there was the mass of Pokémon heading inside...a large number, all looking quite strong, a lot of eager chatter between them. He followed the mass in, going mostly unnoticed by the other Pokémon - they seemed too preoccupied with the matter of the rescue team to care much about him.

The inside of the tree was surprisingly well-lit...it seemed almost hollow, like sunlight was cascading in from the top, except he was sure it was still supposed to be darker than that given the size of the tree. It was almost sensory overload in there, with all those Pokémon there were so many sounds and smells that he could hardly tease any of them apart. He stayed out of the way, huddled against the back and watching from a distance.

The loud rush from up above caught everyone's attention. All talking ceased as they watched the massive figure descend in from above...Chester gasped in awe as he saw the form of Lugia descend in from the top of the tree. An image he'd only ever seen in artistic depictions before...he'd never actually imagined that he'd see a legendary Pokémon with his own two eyes. He realized he was trembling involuntarily, his body responding to the sheer power put off by the creature...in fact it looked like a lot of the crowd was responding in a subtle way. Was that a reaction to being in the presence of a legend? Did Pokémon innately know their power?

Lugia landed on the large stage set up for him at the far end of the tree, settling in and gazing over the crowd. He looked like he was scanning them...not just with his eyes, but with his mind. Suddenly Chester was nervous...would he know that a transmogrified human was there? Maybe he'd overlook Chester, it wasn't like he was a strong Pokémon, the crowds were the reason he was there and those would have to take up more of his attention. His? Chester wasn't sure...Saltre had referred to Lugia as him, but he'd always heard legendary Pokémon didn't have a gender. Then again, there was a lot that humans didn't really know about legendary Pokémon...

"Thank you for gathering here. You all know what this is about." The deep voice startled Chester out of his train of thought. "This vast world contains a great deal of uncertainty...in times of crisis, it is imperative that those of strength and fortitude arise to face the challenges that rise above what any normal being could expect to face. There are many such individuals out there, but no individual is stronger alone than with allies at their side. For that reason, I have established here a guild for the worthy to come together, to hone themselves, bond and organize, and prepare for what may come. They will stand to defend and to inspire all...however usual or unusual you may be."

The great bird's head turned a bit, and Chester felt a prickle on the back of his neck. Maybe it was just a trick of where he was, but...he could have sworn that the legend was looking right at him. Did he suspect something? He couldn't have, there was so much going on and Chester didn't stand out at all...but, he was a powerful Pokémon, maybe he had a sense of it already. He sure hoped not...he had no idea how Lugia would react to him.

"There are many worthy among you here." Lugia continued on without any sign of anything unusual having happened. Maybe it had just been his mind playing tricks on him. "I only wish to choose a small number...one team of six today, no more. But that number will grow...it must grow, but it must grow from a core. I will first seek those who will be an example...who harbor the right combination of strength and spirit within them. You will look up to them and follow their lead, and when the time comes, you may be asked to aid them. Those chosen will stand before you at my command."

A small ball of light danced up in the air in front of Lugia, then slowly descended towards the crowd. All eyes watched it with anticipation...

"Ayani." The first one it settled above was a Luxray. "Your energy and perseverance are almost legendary in the village...I sense that many expected to see you here. It seems this is well-warranted...stand before me." There was a murmur through the crowd, no signs of shock or surprise among them that Chester could tell, as the Luxray strode up to the stage, a proud strutting gait that spoke of confidence bordering on arrogance. Then again, perhaps she'd earned it...Chester doubted she would be up there if she wasn't the real deal.

The ball of light moved again, wavering around a bit before settling over a Charmeleon. "Koreth. Few others in the village could claim to be so battle-tested...the minds of many see you as a fire so resilient and enduring that it seems nothing could extinguish it. That reputation will perhaps be tested. Stand before me." More quiet chatter from the crowd as the fiery reptile followed directions; even from afar, Chester could see scarring on him, signs of a body that had been put through a lot. He was slow and purposeful in his stride, a marked contrast from the Luxray, clearly a more reserved character.

The next movement of the ball of light was considerably more linear than the previous; Chester wondered how it worked, whether it was testing the Pokémon itself or was just a representation of Lugia's thoughts. It stopped over a Heliolisk, who was looking up at it with wide eyes. "Sale. So quick in body, mind, and spirit...I wonder how many realize your skill. You seem to mask it quite soundly under a layer of humor and a façade of carefree attitude. You may not find that as easy to maintain in this position. Stand before me."

"Hah, you got it, Lugia!" The Heliolisk bounded onto the stage, grinning out at the crowd in a somewhat humorous way. Chester could hear a pretty mixed response, some of the mons were chuckling but there were more than a few grumbles, and he could see a Garchomp making some rather aggressive gestures and talking to its fellows with unmistakable anger. Maybe he understood a bit...Chester wasn't certain, but he got the feeling he'd seen Sale before, in the midst of some antic. He couldn't really tell him apart from any other Heliolisk, but he remembered something from one of his first couple visits to the village...if it was the same one, he seemed perhaps a bit too silly for something like this.

He didn't have a lot of extra time to dwell on it as the ball of light was whirling around again. Finally it came to rest above an Archeops. "Risako...yes, the drive to become ever stronger is in many, but rarely is it so infectious as when you display it. How fitting that one of a kind known for giving in under ill circumstances should become renowned for rising to every challenge they face. Stand before me."

The Archeops looked almost stricken as she flapped her wings and flew towards the stage, bowing before the legend. "Th-thank you, sir..." She sounded almost in a daze...perhaps she hadn't been expecting to be chosen, Chester figured. He wasn't hearing any doubts from anyone else, though, it seemed like she had the spirit of her fellows behind her. She reminded him of Beth, in a way, having all that confidence but never truly expecting it to be recognized, and having almost an infectious friendliness that made everyone like her.

The light ball took its time making its next selection, dancing over several Pokémon without staying behind; Chester noticed it never returned to one it had briefly paused over before, and he sensed that the crowd was starting to recognize this as well judging by the occasional disappointed groan or even outburst. He half-feared there might be a riot before the light finally stopped over an oversized Ursaring near the far side of the tree, leaning against the wall with folded arms. "Jugral. Strong enough that your name is used as a superlative, leaving any who see your displays in awe. The quiet giant, perhaps your new position will give you something to talk about. Stand before me."

There was naught but a grunt from the Ursaring, who nevertheless rose and walked towards the stage. The crowd parted quickly before him, no one remaining in his path...Chester wondered if he would even notice if he walked over someone. Once on the stage, he stood with folded arms once again, almost looking like a statue up there.

Only one more to select, and he could sense the crowd's anxiousness...some really wanted to be picked and were seeing their chances dwindling by the second. Again the light did nothing to allay the suspense, taking its time making a choice...when it finally stopped, Chester was a bit confused, it seemed like it was stopping over empty space. "Yuko. I wonder how many know the trials you've faced...the skill you possess makes you a worthy opponent to any creature of any size. Every bit of that will be needed for what lies ahead. Stand before me."

It took a moment, but Chester finally saw the selection - a Treecko, who hopped up on stage and genuflected in front of Lugia. There was plenty of disbelief and discontent at this selection - how much of it was disappointment at not being picked and how much was just because of who the last pick was wasn't clear. Chester had to admit he didn't look like that much, but the light had seemed pretty reliable so far, it was unlikely to fail here. He also noticed that the Treecko took position next to the Charmeleon, which showed the first break in his stoic front, a bit of a smile down at the smaller reptile. At least he had one ally there, and one where it mattered most.

"The core has been selected." Lugia's tone had a firmness which quelled any dissent quite rapidly. "Those who were not selected...bitterness and anger will not change anything. strive for greater, and you will become what you seek. That is all I have for today...now you may disperse until I call upon you again."

Except you.

Chester jumped. That hadn't been spoken aloud...it had been sent right into his brain! Lugia had looked at him, briefly but long enough that he knew the legend had taken interest in him...he wasn't sure that was a good thing.

Enter into my chambers below. From the stage.

He didn't really have a chance to agree or disagree, as Lugia disappeared from sight moments later. The gathered Pokémon dispersed, with the chosen six heading to a back room while the others exited the tree in varying degrees of moodiness from being passed over. Only Chester headed towards the stage...no one else was getting the treatment he was, for sure.

On stage, he could see a circular opening near the back, leading to a set of stairs. With trepidation he walked down, corkscrewing down deep...it felt like an eternity, but it couldn't have been that far, maybe just his nerves playing with him. At the bottom was another huge chamber, though this one looked more homely...no doubt Lugia's private quarters. He was surprised by how well lit it was, though the lights seemed like they couldn't have had any actual source. Perhaps Lugia's powers were at play here, or perhaps something else...

Speaking of, the legendary was looking straight at him as he entered the massive archway. He was perched in the center of the room, regarding the Eevee with a neutral expression. "So...I thought I sensed something different about you," he said in that deep voice that felt even more powerful this close.

"Um..."

"You know that I can see your mind, read your thoughts and intentions. If I thought you were a threat I would not have bothered inviting you here in the first place. But I do want to know what you are, really, and what you're doing here. If I have reason to suspect there's more than what you're telling me, then you might find yourself out in a flash."

"Please don't hurt me, great Lugia..." There was no choice but to tell the truth. "I'm...I'm a human transformed into a Pokémon by a machine. I'm here at the behest of the Rangers. I'm only here to learn about communicating with Pokémon, understanding how to talk with them and how to pick up on what we've been missing. I promise I don't have any other purpose...please don't tell anyone, only one person here knows and I don't want others changing how they behave around me, otherwise I won't learn much." Even being honest he felt terrified...would Lugia accept that as a valid reason even?

"Of course I would." Oh, right. Mind reading. "I see nothing wrong with that...humans and Pokémon should be able to communicate effectively. And the Rangers are good people who seek to help our causes...I believe them to be trustworthy. So long as you limit your business to the acceptable, I will allow you to continue and won't hint anything to anyone. But as long as you're here...I happen to be a little curious."

"Curious? About...um, what?"

"I've heard a great many stories over the ages about humans turning into Pokémon...most of which I have never known if they were true or not. But I have long wondered how a human responds in one of our bodies. Do you feel what we feel, do you react the way we react?" Chester suddenly felt himself floating up into the air, rising towards Lugia who was scrutinizing him with an investigative expression. "How does your mind respond to our body...is it warped in some way, or true to how we are?"

"I-I...don't really know..." The Eevee's voice had a tremor to it, no longer in control of himself, he had no clue what Lugia was planning. "I never...really thought about it...I just...assumed that I would feel what a Pokémon felt..."

"Perhaps not a valid premise...if it wasn't, then your research, it would be for nothing, would it not?"

He hadn't really thought of that, either. "I...suppose so, G-great Lugia. Would...do you know...how to find out?"

"Well, I can certainly test it..." Lugia's face twitched, and Chester could've sworn there was a brief smirk on his face before he leaned in, sniffing at his Pokémon body. As he did, he reached out a wing to brush up against Chester's underside, right up against...his eyes opened wide as he felt the contact with his sheath and balls, a spot he had never granted access to any Pokémon.

"Eep! Ah...L-Lugia...that's not...p-please don't...touch there..."

"Relax. You haven't tested this? You surprise me, I would think that many would try this first thing upon achieving such a conversion..." Lugia didn't halt his actions for a moment, continuing to rub against Chester's groin, surprisingly adept at stimulating him despite the massive size difference.

The response came rather quickly, faster than Chester had ever anticipated. The first thing was the magnitude of the pleasure...he'd had plenty of sexual experience as a human, he did have two kids after all, but this was different, it was so much STRONGER than it was as a human. He'd never anticipated that level of difference, nor how it would affect him. Control was lost rather rapidly, his mind was flooded with potent Pokémon lusts that he had never readied himself for. He felt his penis erect...the first time he'd ever felt it push out of his sheath, and it was even more sensitive than his more familiar anatomy. The feel of it against Lugia's wing...a somewhat feathery and soft surface, immensely pleasurable to the touch, and soon he was humping and grinding almost mindlessly against it, desiring nothing more than to feel more of it...

And then Lugia pulled him away, leaving him moaning and unfinished. The strength of the lust remained fairly strong, but he was able to get a hold of himself a bit more, flushing in embarrassment. "I...I'm sorry, Lugia..."

"Hm, no need to be embarrassed...this sort of thing is hardly of any concern among us. It surprises me more that you've yet to have any sort of experience like this, and more still that you weren't curious about it."

"I...I haven't needed to be..."

"If you say so." Chester went redder under his fur; Lugia must have known that he had a wife, he wasn't going to go on dalliances around her even if it was for science. "Regardless, my curiosity is sated. You seem to process things just like a regular Pokémon would, for the most part, although it appears that some natural, instinctual responses are...heightened, somewhat. Perhaps beyond the point of easy control, you might have to learn that control. Of course, that would require...practice."

"That...will be useful information for someone, I'm sure," Chester replied. "Th-thank you, Great Lugia."

"Think nothing of it. Now then, I'm sure you have other things to do, and so do I. So run along, now."

With a nod, Chester turned towards the spiraling staircase, trudging back up slowly. He'd managed to get his penis to retreat, but there was still a solid tingling in his loins and a fog in his mind that wasn't so easy to dismiss. He still wasn't sure what that was all about...why had Lugia been curious about that? Perhaps there were reasons that Chester should have been, but Lugia? And why did it need such a demonstration? Couldn't he have just seen into Chester's mind and picked that up? No answers were forthcoming, but he wasn't about to push it - the power a legendary Pokémon had far outstripped anything he could do, and there was no way he wanted to see what an angry Lugia could do with that power.

So preoccupied was Chester with what had happened that he'd ended up almost out of the village before he knew it. It almost came as a shock, like he'd waken up to find himself in the grass on the edges of the village...he knew it wasn't the case, but he'd felt almost like he'd by hypnotized by Lugia or something. And he'd forgotten to go back and talk to Saltre, he'd wanted to talk to him a bit more about what was going on and what he thought of the selections...well, if he could remember anything about them, anyway.

He'd probably know who I'm talking about better than I would. I'd just have to say which kinds they were and he'd probably be able to tell me right away...I mean, he lives around here. But there's not really any sense in heading back now...I guess I can talk to him about it next time I'm around. I've already had one close call today, I don't think I need another.

Almost the moment he'd thought that, he heard a sound from behind him. He turned around just in time to see a blue-and-yellow creature coming at him at high speed. There was no chance of him reacting before he was pounced, the creature doing a roll with him in its paws before landing on the ground safely and pinning him on his back. Chester's heart instantly went triple-time - it was a Luxray, he could already feel the sparks from its claws on his body. He was grossly outmatched, he had to try to talk his way out of this - if he could speak at all!

Then the Luxray spoke, with a decidedly feminine voice. "Hm...what's so special about you?"

"Wh-what?" That hadn't been what he'd been expecting. Suddenly the Luxray released him, stepping back and letting him get to his shaky feet. She was still looking at him pretty curiously, though, and he knew he wasn't out of the woods - if he tried to run, she'd easily outpace him.

"You're not strong or anything. You're clearly not a fighter. But I saw you going down to Lugia's quarters in the guild tree." Her face had a grin that looked almost derisive. "Lugia wouldn't have let anyone down there without his assent. I know what he would want with me, but what would he want with a runt like you?"

"With...ah...wait, you're..." Suddenly recognition flashed to him. "Y-you're the Luxray who was chosen for...for his team, right?"

"Oh, good, you remember." She straightened up in a proud stance. "Ayani, the leader of Lugia's band of heroes. It was only natural that he'd see how worthy I am. But that doesn't answer my question..." She leered down at him a bit, making his heart jump again. "What did Lugia want with you?"

"I...uh..." Chester didn't know why she cared, it wasn't really any business of hers...but if she wanted to know something, she wasn't likely to give up easily. Quickly his brain scrambled for something. "He, uh...wanted to know...who made my scarf. He thought...it was really nice."

For a moment there was no response...and then Ayani smirked wide. "Fine, then...don't tell me. If it was something really important I know Lugia would have told us...whatever it is you're hiding can't be that much of a bother to us." She paused for a second, and then smirked wider. "I do have to agree with him...it is a nice little scarf, and it makes you look quite adorable."

"Um...thanks...I guess..." Chester started to turn, hoping she was done with him...and was immediately corralled again. Flipped onto his back, with a predatory-looking Luxray glaring down at him with glittering eyes, licking her lips.

"No need to rush away...I can smell it on you. Of course you'd have the hots for someone like me, it's only natural. Hm, you're awfully scrawny, but lucky for you I'm all hot and bothered, and you'll do in a pinch."

"Wh-what? What are you..." Chester's voice died as her insinuations clicked. She wanted to mate with him! But why would she, he hadn't said anything about...but she said she could smell it, the effect of Lugia's little curiosity had lingered, he must've still been giving off a scent...and his face flushed as he realized he wasn't even all packed in, the tip of his dick was still poking out of his sheath. "I...wouldn't you...rather have...one of your guildmates?"

Ayani's face was getting awfully close to him, and she was letting off a bit of sparking that was leaving tingles in his body. "Oh, I would HAVE that bloody Charmeleon if he wasn't already too busy dicking that tiny-ass Treecko. I'm not even sure Jugral HAS a dick, with as much as he gives a shit about sex, and the only way Sale's getting anywhere near my snatch is if Darkrai gives me nightmares. I'm not THAT desperate. You may not be anywhere near as big as Koreth, but you clearly want it bad enough...I think you'll do fine."

Chester was about to say something to the contrary, but any words were converted to a loud yelp as the Luxray's tongue licked at his sheath. He went entirely rigid from the contact - it was like nothing he ever could have prepared for, not only did that tongue have a rough surface, but it shocked and sparked quite a bit more than her claws, and the saliva it left behind was sparking too! He squirmed under Ayani's grip, but that only seemed to encourage her, her tongue raked over his sheath and balls, rapidly causing his member to emerge and stiffen.

"Ha, you're packing a bit more than I expected, that's encouraging." She snickered a bit and lapped at the tip of Chester's shaft, dragging up a bit of pre that came from the twitching organ. "Nice and tasty, too, not rank like some males. Little mons like you seem to be good at that."

"P-please..." Chester's voice was strained beyond belief, his body wasn't respecting his authority at all, it clearly wanted what Ayani was giving him. But he had other considerations. "I...I shouldn't...I have a mate...and kids..."

"You do? Even better." Ayani gave him another long lick, making Chester cry out softly and arch his back. "Nothing better than knowing you're getting something desirable...let's see your mate compare with this." She kept licking him, and started to let off deliberate little shocks to his shaft which made him gasp out loud. It was insanely pleasurable, far more than he would ever have thought - electricity seemed like one of those things he wanted to keep far away from that particular part of his anatomy, but Ayani was doing a fantastic job of convincing him otherwise. She shouldn't have been, but she was.

And he was getting into it, hard. Even if he didn't want to be, the lust was raging through him harder than ever. If Lugia's experimentation had pushed him forward, Ayani was sending him careening down a hill without brakes. It didn't take very long for his mind to be totally clouded by lust, and he was starting to moan loudly, a sound that seemed shuddering and meek, almost embarrassing...but Ayani didn't seem to mind that in the slightest. "That's more like it...see? You're enjoying yourself just fine. And this is only the start of it..."

Suddenly she opened up and took him in, straight to the root in one go - not that it was that much of a challenge for the much bigger Luxray. Her tongue swirled around his cock as she sucked on it, bobbing up and down and applying even more shocks to the entire length. Chester's eyes widened further by the second as he let out shocked squeals and cries, ecstasy tearing through him like Ayani's claws through paper. Despite being flat on his back, he was trying to buck hard into that muzzle, pushing himself deeper into that terrific maw. His mind had no more control; he was at the whims of his body now, and his body knew very much what it wanted. All efforts to think of Rose to try to get control of himself were rapidly cast aside by every jolt that was forced into him.

It didn't take very long for his climax to hit from there - as sensitive as he was, and as powerful as the pleasure was, and as little control as he had, there wasn't a ghost of a chance of that. Less than a minute after Ayani started really going at him, he arched his back and cried out, his cock spurting into the feline's mouth. She clamped down and sucked hard, taking every shot in with ease, swallowing and purring. The jolts changed to a constant buzz that milked him for all he was worth, maintaining his orgasm far longer than he'd ever lasted before. She didn't let up until well after he stopped shooting; by the time she finally released him, his cock, still aching a bit, was firmly rigid once again.

"Not bad...a very nice taste you have there. Could use a bit more of it, but beggars can't be choosers." Ayani smirked at him as he shakily got to his feet. "And you're already ready for more...perfect. Because I want more." She rolled over onto her back, presenting herself to him; her snatch was wet and puffy, giving off a strong scent that ravaged his nose and fogged his head once again. "You're mated, so I'm sure you know not to keep a female waiting. Come and get it."

He knew he should have said no. She'd already pushed him into something he shouldn't have done, and now that he was free and she wasn't in the best position to chase him, he could have tried to speed away. But...that scent...it had a power all its own, dizzying him and making his cock throb madly, needing another dose of action even after getting all it could take once before. He was barely even cognizant of what he was doing when he stepped forward to her, clambering on top of her body...before he realized it, he was plunging in, sinking his whole length into her welcoming pussy.

It was better than he even expected. Hot, buzzing with electricity, like a vibrator wrapped all around him, and tighter than it should have been with the size difference. Of course it was...he'd learned about the muscle control Electric types had, she was putting that to use here for sure. Ayani was purring too, she seemed to be perfectly happy with his size...the purring turned out to be another trigger, a sound that touched a primal part of his Pokémon brain and spurred him into action. He started humping into her, pulling out and diving in with a rapidity he didn't know he had, a much faster pace than he ever would have gone with Rose.

"Ah, yes...just like that, give me all the speed you can handle!" Ayani was pushing up slightly to meet him, but only a little bit - too much would have bucked him off, and she really didn't want that. It was smaller than what she was used to, but tightening herself down like this, it hardly seemed to matter, she could feel the force from his thrusts just fine and the burn of the friction between them was perfect for her. Whoever this Eevee's mate was was a lucky female.

Chester's paws were clutching into the Luxray's fur, gripping as tight as possible for their lack of dexterity, holding him enough that he could push his hips down harder and pull them back up faster. Any worries and concerns were all but gone, suffocated by the sheer euphoria from the sexual experience - the Pokémon in him was in control, and pushing back at any remorse or regret over it. He was giving off more squeaky cries and moans as his second climax approached, still quite quickly but not as fast as the first, thanks to the recent action. His body was holding back instinctively, waiting for something...it was becoming almost painful to do so as the seconds ticked to minutes.

But then it came. Or rather, Ayani did. She let out a blissful yowl as her snatch tightened up around him, clamping down hard and sending a surge through his body. Her whole being lit up with electricity, not a powerful surge but a wide one, zapping him all over and making his fur stand on end. He felt a shock from her cunt zap his balls, making them contract and setting off his own orgasm. "Aaah!" His cry rang out through the air as he sowed his seed inside her, his overworked testes shooting out as much as they could muster into her...again the buzzing tried to take as much as possible, she seemed almost greedy in how much she wanted from him, but it felt so good he was hard-pressed to care.

He collapsed on top of her, panting hard as the last of his jizz dribbled out of his dick. Now he was really worn out, but satisfied beyond belief. His face burned a bit as he realized what he'd done...but it was a bit too late to do anything about it now. And it hadn't been all him...after all, she'd kind of pushed him into it. And maybe Lugia was right about the lack of control, his instincts really had overcome him there...

"Hah...that was just what I needed. You were a good lay." Ayani licked the top of his head and then rolled over, making him yip a bit as he had to make a quick bail from his perch. Fortunately instinct saved the day again as he did a quick roll and landed on his paws. He looked up to say something to her, only to see her face right next to his...the next moment, her tongue was invading his surprised muzzle, and he went rigid, partly due to the static shock and partly to the surprise sensual sort of kiss. Her rough tongue was a bit scratchy on his, but it felt somehow good...

And then she pulled away, and he was torn between feeling wanting and feeling scandalized. She only grinned at him. "Don't be a stranger, cutie, maybe you can help me get Koreth's attention. I'm sure he'd be all over a little guy like you. And don't worry about your mate...if she gives you any trouble, I'll be happy to set her straight." She winked at him and then turned tail, strutting off perfectly happy and content.

Chester needed several moments to compose himself. What had just happened...well, he certainly couldn't share it with anyone. Especially not Rose. God, if she knew...maybe at some point he could explain it to her, but he wasn't in any mood to try to figure that out now. And the worst part was that he somehow felt he wanted more...he shook his head hard. It was because of those aspects of being a Pokémon he hadn't considered, they were playing with his mind. He had to learn more about them somehow...

He turned and walked off, back away from the village, heading for home, hoping to stop by a pond on the way to wash up. He never noticed the observer only barely hidden nearby.

Saltre stifled another moan as he stared at the retreating tail of the Eevee, stroking his own impressive shaft. He'd wanted to chat a bit of Chester before he left, but catching him in the middle of getting blown by one of the most prominent Pokémon in the village had left him even more bug-eyed than usual. And it hadn't escaped him that he hadn't reacted negatively to Ayani's proposal of meeting Koreth...

Maybe I can get to him first. But first I need to take care of this...wonder if Orion's available for a bit of fun?
