His voice rang through the hallway of an abandoned mansion, where the original inhabitants had not found the place a livable house anymore. There, a figure of red fur and unholy armor lived with abominations all around him, watching the place like guard hounds.

Ensalder threw an antique vase across the room, then a table, then another precious object once sought of by the original owner, before he let out a frustrated groan. He was angry, and he knew it.

"I should've known Tamat is entangled in that Winsel's fate! That old hellhound has been planning this for all his life! He knew how to defeat a time wraith. A time wraith! I will not forgive him for this humiliation!"

He seemed to see and acknowledged a reply from an unseen entity. He nodded, made a sigh, and sit on a ruined chair.

"I know, that is my fault. This vessel's fate is also entangled with that of Winsel. He cannot escape it, and so Tamat was unable to escape it either. Now...can you tell me what are they planning?"

He then heard a silent voice, and nodded.

"I see. Hell, huh? I have been trying to conquer the layers above the deep chasm, and it seems to work. We can't let them get to the deep layer and sought help from my brethren."

The voice then said something again, in which Ensalder nodded.

"Yes, yes. We have no hope on winning the tug of war. They are many, while we are just two. Then...we have no choice but to use 'that'."

The voice replied.

"Perfect...when do we start?"
