Dragon Harem (Reboot) Chapter 3: The New Police Force
Sponsored by drakehavok a while back, this is the third chapter of the Dragon Harem reboot series, in which Draconicon continues to expand his harem, and deals with the fallout of his decision in the last chapter, to essentially render the police force unable to do things.

Chapter 3: The New Police Force
For DrakeHavok
By Draconicon
“And so, we, the petitioners, believe that it would be in the best interest of the city…I mean, the best interest of the people, to re-instate the police and bring back the way that things were before your recent decision, oh great one. We believe…"
Draconicon tuned out the droning speech from the blue-uniformed man standing before him. He was just the latest in a long line of law enforcement personnel that were trying to change his mind about the decision he'd made a few days back. Rolling back the rights of the humans in his territory didn't seem to bother most of them; their lives didn't change, as far as they could tell. However, the police – that was the word, police – seemed fired up beyond belief.
As far as he could tell, they had no reason to be. From his studies, the police had been abusing their power and their 'rights' more than anyone else had been. The lack of them should have been no change. Then again, perhaps what they really wanted was a return to the lack of accountability that they'd had.
The dragon tapped his fingers along the edge of his throne, leaning on his other hand as the policeman droned on and on. It must have gone one for at least five minutes before it finally stopped.
“And so, we hope that these reasons will persuade you to –"
“No."
“…Beg pardon?"
“I said no. There are reasons for taking away your power, law-enforcer, and there are reasons why I'm not giving it back."
“B-but we're not asking for our power back. The rights of the people –"
“Were taken as soon as you were conquered. All of you were told this, at the signing of the treaty. Dragons are now the givers of law; dragons are the ones that make, write, and enforce it. There are no laws without us, anymore. What power you had, what rights you believed you continued to live under, were an illusion sold to you by the people above you."
“But…but we have the right to free speech still! We have the bill of rights, the constitution."
“Actually…you don't."
Draconicon turned his head, smirking a little bit to himself. The white-scaled body of one of his harem slaves stepped out of the shadows, dressed in little more than a barely opaque loincloth. He gestured at his slave.
“Step forward, Drake. I know that you, at least, have looked into the history of the war. Especially since joining me."
He smiled at the sight of the slight blush on the white dragon's face. There wasn't much that still shamed his first harem member, but being in public, letting everyone see his bare body, seemed to be one of them. Draconicon was hoping to keep that around for as long as he could. Keeping his harem members a little embarrassed, a little off-balance, was always fun.
Drake stepped forward, shuffling until he stood at the base of the steps leading up to the dragon's throne, and cleared his throat.
“W-well, I don't know it as much as some officials would, but I have been reading it. When the dragons liberated us –"
“Liberated?" The policeman scoffed. “They conquered us."
“And gave us better life. The magic they've brought in –"
“Drake. On topic, please."
“Yes, master. At, at any rate, there were certain accommodations made during the signing of the peace treaties. We humans were allowed to keep doing most of our jobs, with a few exceptions. The homeless centers around the country were transformed into volunteer organizations to pay those that wanted to volunteer for different experiments or other duties. There were many changes.
“And to pay for it, we had to…give up things. Dragons had won, utterly; I think we all remember how helpless we were before them. They could name their terms, and they said that they would re-write the laws, that they would have the power to do what they wanted with our laws. We said yes, but perhaps we didn't quite understand what they meant."
“Of course we knew what they meant. They could do what we already did, working with each other to change the laws in due process."
“Heh…little human, you have such a limited understanding…Go on, Drake."
“He's right. You don't understand. Dragons do not live in a committee, the way that we do. Dragons live by the strength of their magic and their bodies. The ones at the top of the heap declare how things are, and the rest of them live as if it is so. They, basically, wrote their terms so that the world was theirs, and the laws that we lived under were obsolete. The only reason that they didn't say it is probably because they thought we already understood the situation. After all, to them it was completely understandable."
“That…that's preposterous. What if a tyrant got in? What if someone rigged a whole set of laws to keep himself in power forever?"
Draconicon shrugged.
“Then it would be up to the rest of the dragons to find someone strong enough to fight him, or give him a good reason to change his mind. Until then, his decision would rest as the law. So, human, do you have a good reason why I should allow you your 'rights' back?"
He held his stare with the police officer, almost daring him to speak. He knew that this little man was only a puppet of the bigger fish, the ones that stood higher up the food chain in the city. Perhaps he really was an idealist towards getting people their rights back, but if that was the case, he was only a more easily controlled puppet.
Nothing was said, and Draconicon nodded.
“That's what I thought."
As the policeman walked away, Draconicon pulled his robes tighter around his body. He stood up, his wings stretching out as far as they could go for a moment before they came together again.
“The hall of petitions is closed for the day. You may find your way back to your homes. I will remember those that have not spoken, and you will see me first tomorrow."
The usual shuffling and complaining began, making the grand hall echo around him. Not that it mattered, really; there was no chance to see everyone every day, and after dealing with the policeman and his idealism – not to mention having had to deal with it once before, that very morning – he needed a little time to recharge and feel…better.
He grabbed Drake with his tail, pulling him along as he walked down the steps. The white dragon blushed as Draconicon slithered the scaly tip under the white dragon's tail, and started rubbing it against a surprisingly slick hole.
“Were you and Joshua having fun without me?"
“Not at all, Master. I just…gathered that you might need a little relief."
“And you wanted to be ready for me. Such a good boy."
Drake's cheeks burned at the compliment, and Draconicon chuckled to himself. It was so easy to play with these harem boys. He wondered how he had gotten along without them for so long.
They walked down the hallways together, the bigger, black dragon occasionally twisting his tail so that the tip slipped past that loosened rim. Every time he did, Drake gasped and walked a little funny for a few steps, the loincloth he wore gradually rising up a little further with every penetration. It was quite amusing, and it wasn't exactly keeping Draconicon soft, either. His robes started lifting up in response, and it didn't take long for Drake to catch sight of it.
“Mmph…how will you have me, Master?"
“In every way, most likely, but let's get to the private chambers before we decide that."
“Yes, Master."
He was getting more and more used to hearing that title. At first, it had been rather jarring, almost like it wasn't something that he deserved, but the more times he heard it, the better it felt. After all, was he not a dragon, and a master of a vast region in the world? Was he not someone that had earned his position, and his pleasures? It wasn't as though he had taken that much, nor asked it.
Draconicon smiled as he stroked his fingers down the other dragon's back, feeling those soft, smooth scales. White against his black, so very fine. And such a nice, rounded rump, as well. Not fat, nor feminine, but bubbled, pushed back to let him stroke and feel and grope. As his tail slithered between the cheeks, gradually opening the slave up, he squeezed one, feeling it squish under his fingers, getting nice and warm.
By the time they reached the door to the harem quarters, Drake was panting and moaning like a slut, and Draconicon was more than ready to have his fun. He threw the door open – startling the mouse inside with the suddenness – and half pushed, half threw the white dragon inside.
Both slaves were on their knees in seconds, lounging among the pillows and small tables that filled the room. The only other furniture pieces were a bed on the far side and a smaller version of his throne against the wall, with the pillows and cushions forming a ring in the middle of the room. It left a small space in the middle for the slaves to kneel in, and they grinned as he approached.
“I've been dealing with so many ignorant people today. I have a great deal of stress to work out. Do you understand?"
“We do, Master."
“How can we serve you, Master?"
“Heh…I think we'll start with a quick strip. Take my robes off. Now."
The two of them moved quickly, grabbing hold of different parts of his clothes. Joshua grabbed the little tie in the middle that held it together, undoing it and pulling the rope to the side. He was dedicated enough to make sure that it was properly coiled, as well, which spoke well to him.
Drake, on the other hand, was loosening the robes down at the hem, undoing the little buttons that kept it from coming apart in polite company. Not that Draconicon really minded having his body shown to the world, but many humans had difficulties when they were exposed to his whole body all at once. It was more for practicality than anything else that he kept himself covered, and it worked. Most of the time.
When the buttons were undone, both mouse and dragon reached around him, pulling the robe off at the back. He stretched his arms out, letting them do the work to expose him. His scales shimmered in the candlelight of the harem quarters, the black scales looking like they reflected the fire as well as the light, and he smiled as both of his boys started getting harder from seeing him.
They moved quicker, dragging the robe down along his body, and letting it fall to the ground. As soon as it was off, they knelt before him, their eyes locked on the space between his legs.
He loved that, everything about it. From the look of worship in their eyes to the way that their breath blew over the head of his cock, it gave him pleasure and bliss. He reached down, wrapping a hand around the base of his cock, and squeezed it several times.
“You know what to do, my boys. Give it your full attention."
The soft length of his shaft was considerable, standing out at nine inches long, and it would get longer when he was fully aroused. His slaves leaned in, their noses pressing under the head of his cock, and he felt the brief, hurried sniffs that they took. Their eyes started rolling back, and he knew that they were getting treated to quite a bit of his musk.
“Go on…lick…"
They obeyed, and a mouse's soft, quick tongue was joined by a dragon's more dexterous – but thinner – forked tongue. They slathered his shaft with attention, working from the head to the base and then back again. Each lick sent a little spark of pleasure down his rod, working down to his balls, and then back up again as his cock started to rise.
He smiled as he rested his hands on their heads, guiding them along his cock. Occasionally their tongues flicked against each other, but rather than being bothered, it seemed to heighten their need. Every time they reached the tip, getting a taste of his pre as it started flowing, he felt their cocks throb against his legs, oozing and dribbling against his scales.
I'll have to get them to clean that later, he thought, making a mental note.
He was at full erection and almost ready to take his pleasures when the message came.
The spell arrived in a burst of light above his head, flaring for precisely five seconds before it faded. Knowing he only had a second to respond, Draconicon lifted his hand above his head and caught the glowing sphere before it could fall on his head. Even for him, it was a bit weighty; a human had the potential to be crushed to death under such a thing.
“Hold, hold."
Both of his slaves pulled their heads back from their worship session as he lowered the sphere to look at it. The runes along the edges of the heavy stone were shining almost too bright to see, but it would only mean one thing. Draconicon sighed.
My supervisor chooses now for a meeting?
“Over to the walls, boys. Make room."
“But –"
“Let's just do it, Joshua. Master doesn't say it without reason."
No, he didn't, and he was thankful that Drake didn't make him explain it. Both of them moved quickly, but it was almost too late. A sudden portal opened where they had been standing, the edges of it ripping through the pillows and cushions like a knife, and two dragons stepped out of it.
The first was very familiar, as they had served together in the vanguard at the start of the war. Paleral, a red dragon, had been awarded the land to the south of him, towards the southwestern edge of what had once been the…United States, he believed the country had been called. A great deal of coastal property, if he remembered right, with a warm climate that suited most dragons more than his cooler area. Paleral still wore his old robes of war, covered in runes from head to toe, and with markings of the awards he had received from his actions.
The other dragon, however, was a little less familiar. Though Draconicon knew his continental 'supervisor' by name, there had been few meetings since the end of the war. Dragons were mostly left to deal with things in their own time, in their own way. The few times that supervisors came by, other than reviews every couple of years, things often changed in very drastic ways.
Her name, from what he remembered last time she visited, was Racona, and she looked…stern, at the moment. It was hard to tell, on a dragoness; unlike some of the fleshier or furrier species out there, the scales on a dragon's face were not the most flexible, and did little to convey things. But he knew annoyance when he saw it.
He inclined his head towards the green dragoness, and put on a smile. Nobody mentioned his arousal; nobody really cared.
“Welcome to the Soaring Sound, Supervisor Racona. What calls for a visit from you and my…neighbor?"
“A certain decision you made, recently. Something that we didn't quite expect."
Decision? He arched an eyebrow, and flicked a finger towards the slaves at the wall. A little black fire, and the two of them were surrounded in a muffling spell. Better to keep them out of this.
“If you mean the decision to strip the humans of a few privileges, I believe that I am backed up by our treaties with them."
“You are. However, we weren't planning on being quite so blatant with that."
“I'm surprised. Then are the rumors I hear from across the oceans false? Have other dragon overlords not taken this step, and taken it further?"
“You've found a strange middle ground, Draconicon. Those that have taken it further have taken it so far that the humans might not rebel against them. Indeed, I've seen several places where they've essentially made themselves gods, and the humans choose to worship them or be punished.
“You, on the other hand…you've left them power. Not much, but some, enough to make them…dangerous."
Paleral snorted, and Draconicon was tempted to do the same. After all, humans were hardly something to be that concerned about. The war had gone on as long as it had only because they wanted to root everyone out, rather than there being so many casualties. The power didn't lie with the human race.
Still, he knew better than to say that, and cleared his throat.
“I believe that humans can be improved, and taught to be better. Before we came, there were a number of problems among them. Abuse of power was only one; what rights they had were ignored in many cases, and actively trampled on, in others. I believe it's time that they see what they don't have, and work to earn it back."
“And you're doing this by removing their law enforcement, that keeps them safe?"
“I am…working on that."
“I imagine you are."
Racona shook her head, and Draconicon had the rather horrible feeling that she knew just how little work he'd done since essentially disarming the police, keeping them from their work on the streets. Admittedly, it had been a step he'd taken in anger, removing their weapons and restricting them to their station and the immediate area, but it was for the better. He knew that people that didn't respect their own authority would never treat others with compassion and respect.
But at the same time, he hadn't done anything to replace it, and the people did, admittedly, need something. Already, certain disorders were rising, and he knew that it would soon reach an unacceptable level.
“Things will be dealt with. I promise you that."
“See that they are. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to reassign you to a lesser posting."
He winced at that thought. Considering how the world had been carved up since the end of the war, there was little chance that he'd receive even as much land as he'd modestly claimed up here. At the very best, he'd be an independent ruler over a piece of land the size of the capital city here. At the worst, he'd be an assistant to one of the larger territories, with no power of his own.
“And Paleral has quite 'generously' volunteered to take over your duties and lands, in the event of such a reassignment."
Draconicon's eyes went wide, and he whipped his head around to stare at the other dragon. The red male chuckled, nodding to confirm that this was true, and the black dragon growled.
You…conniving… He remembered the wars, how Paleral had always been one on the front lines, but always where he could shine brightest, never where he was most useful. Burning his way through cities, cutting down those that stood between him and the treasures that lay in the richer settlements, the red dragon had been a terror to those that opposed him.
He still remembered how his neighbor had claimed the south, and the only reason that he hadn't stretched his claws all the way up the coast was because Draconicon had claimed this small patch of land. The arguments they had back then had been fierce, but he'd assumed that it had been settled.
Apparently not.
“Things will be handled, Supervisor. You and Paleral have no need to reassign me."
“We'll see, Draconicon. We'll see. Now, before we go, are there any other plans that you have that you should share? Anything else that might shake the current arrangements we have with the humans?"
“No, Supervisor."
“Good."
She opened the portal again, slicing through several other cushions in the process. Stepping through, the dragoness disappeared into the blackness on the other side.
Paleral started to follow her, then paused, one leg half through the portal. He glanced towards the wall, and chuckled.
“Been a while since I saw you indulging, Draconicon. Have you been putting yourself under them yet? It's the only place I've ever seen you…"
“Get out."
“Heh, don't take it so hard. Tailraiser."
Draconicon held up his hand, a little bit of black fire burning on his fingers. Paleral's grin faded slightly, and he stepped through the portal. Perhaps a little quicker than he meant to, considering he almost tripped on the edge of it.
As it shut behind his neighbor, Draconicon sighed and walked back to his throne. He flopped into it with a resounding crash, and waved his hand at the slaves. The deafening spell faded, and the two of them immediately rushed to him, kneeling before him with their hands on the ground.
“What happened, Master? Are you okay?"
“Yeah, those two looked like they were big trouble. Was something wrong?"
“Nothing that the two of you need to worry about."
“But Master –"
“I said nothing. Now, get to work on my feet. I want to think. Lick away, worship them, but do not talk."
The pair of them looked disappointed, but they set to their work with a will. As their tongues worked over his soles, Draconicon leaned back again, looking up at the ceiling as he lost himself in thought and sensation.
Trust Paleral to bring up something that hasn't been part of my life in decades…
The insult was something that touched on a number of different males in dragon society. Bending over for another wasn't something that any high ranking dragon did. Indeed, it was something almost shameful. Taking male lovers was fine, of course; one just needed to stay on top of them.
Draconicon had experimented once or twice, and even enjoyed it, but he hadn't thought that the results would hang over him this long.
Still, he had bigger issues to consider. Nursing his cock with one hand to the feeling of mouse and dragon licking his feet, he considered his options.
He could bring the police force back, giving them their weapons and their responsibility, but he doubted that they had been out of power long enough to learn their lesson. If he didn't break them the first time, they'd never break later. They needed to respect his authority, and right now, he was sure that most of them didn't.
Another option was to take to the skies and start working on solving the various crimes himself. He had the magic power to take care of things quickly, after all, and a lot of the judgments would wind up before him anyway. Unfortunately, he barely had the time for general governing as it was, and if he took up that duty, he would have to delegate. If given the choice, he'd prefer to delegate the law enforcement rather than general governing.
But perhaps…something in the middle. He already had a harem, loyal to him, changed and given bodies with more stamina, more strength than any human. What if he did something similar with the police?
“Drake."
The white dragon stopped licking, panting as he did.
“Yes, Master?"
“Send a message to the police office. Tell them that I want them I want a list of low-level officers. Detectives, I think you'd call them. Get them to send me their files on personnel, and quickly."
“You have an idea?"
“I have several…"
And he wouldn't have to feel guilty about not telling Racona, because he'd only just thought of it.

Three days later…
Deborah didn't know what the dragon overlord wanted with her, but she supposed that it was better than getting stuck at the station again. Anything to be out from behind the desk and back in the field was something she relished, even before the freeze on all police activity.
The young woman adjusted her trench coat as she stepped out of the rain, passing her badge and her gun through the security machines at the dragon's palace. The security officer manning it gave her a brief look as she stepped through, looking at her credentials before slowly – even hesitantly – handing her the weapon back.
“What, you afraid I'm going to shoot the dragon?"
“Well, you fit the type."
“Excuse me?"
“Uh, uh, I mean –"
“That better be because I'm a cop, and not because of something else."
“Yes, yes, ma'am, that's it."
She shook her head as she walked away, angrily flicking her badge open and shut a few times before pocketing it.
Glad to see that racism is still alive and well, she thought to herself. The fact that their overlord was a black dragon didn't seem to make anyone feel better about black humans. Then again, they'd had a black president a few years back, and that hadn't done anything for it, either.
Deborah pulled her coat a little tighter again, adjusting it over her breasts before finally getting the buttons to stick. She liked the fact that she'd been able to get the stereotypical detective clothes, but she wished that they were sized better to women. It made things more than a little uncomfortable, in all sorts of ways.
She walked down several hallways, following the signs to the petitioner's hall, but to her surprise, it was empty when she got there. Blinking, she glanced around for any sign that the dragon overlord would be back, but she didn't see any of the usual people around. Nobody waiting to harangue him about the things that they wanted, none of her colleagues looking to beg for their guns back. Nothing.
Hmmm…
She snagged a passing servant, or, at least, someone she guessed was a servant. They were dressed too formally to be much of anything else.
“Where's the overlord?"
“Um, may I ask what business you have with him, madam?"
“Detective Deborah. The commissioner said that the overlord asked for me to come, specifically."
“A-ah, yes. Deborah. Your name has been passed around. Please, follow me; he asked us to bring you to him as soon as you arrived."
“To him?"
“A private audience, of course."
A private audience. That never happened; even the different meetings that the overlord had with the former mayor and the other power brokers of the city tended to be very public. Just what was going on?
#
Okay, I knew that dragons were strange, but…
The detective couldn't quite take her eyes off of the two nearly naked males that squatted by the sides of the overlord, their legs spread and their genitals on a very obvious display. She took a deep breath, and made a mental note to keep her eyes off of them.
She stepped past several ripped cushions, and bowed at the waist. As she stood up, the dragon's eyes met hers, the deep white pools seeming to swirl as she looked back. So deep…
“…understand?"
Deborah blinked, shaking her head a few times to clear it. That was strange; the last time that she'd gotten like that, she'd been on a date with a rather brawny fisherman out from Alaska, and he'd been rather…dreamy. Weird that it would happen with the overlord.
“I'm sorry, what was that? I think I spaced out."
“Don't worry about it. I imagine that you are rather tired. Please, take a seat."
“Uh…"
Glancing around, and seeing only the various cushions and other stereotypical harem furniture for seating, the detective shook her head.
“All the same, I think I'll stand."
“As you wish."
“So, what did you want me here for?"
“Yes. The point of the whole meeting."
She shuffled her feet as the dragon leaned back, pressing his hands together. The way he looked at her over the tips of his fingers was…slightly unnerving, but no more so than having the commissioner stare her down, and she'd dealt with that a number of times. She just looked right back.
Well, almost right back. She didn't want to lose track of time again, so she looked at the edge of his snout instead of his eyes.
The stare continued for almost a minute. She shuffled back and forth, adjusting her weight from foot to foot. A little droplet of sweat started to form at the corner of her forehead, despite the lack of heat. Deborah pushed it out of her head. Whatever was going on, it was probably important.
“Detective Deborah Moore. Served with the police department of Seattle as a beat cop for two years, followed by another five as a detective before the Transformation Wars. Four years later, you continue to serve as a detective, passing on several promotions to keep the position, and seldom taking vacation time, either.
“Your record also states that you particularly dislike hate crimes, and push to solve those over a number of other cases. Why is that?"
“Because those ones cause the most trouble."
“And why is that? Aren't rapes and murders as bad?"
“Rapes and murders cross all sorts of boundaries, touch on a lot of different types of crimes. They can be hate crimes, if they're perpetrated in certain ways. But hate crimes…
“Hate crimes are done specifically because someone can't stand to see someone else equal to them. They don't want to see 'others' getting the same treatment, don't want them to be on the same level. I've seen it again and again. So many people, thinking that they're normal, that they aren't racist, bigoted, or otherwise 'evil', suddenly becoming exactly as bad as everyone that they put down before, just because someone shows that they're as good, or better, than they are.
“Murder, rape, theft; all of that will continue for as long as there are people in the world. We can't stop that, only respond to it. But if we can do something about hate crimes, expose it for the stupidity that it is, do something about the ideas and status that cause it to come about…well, maybe we can stop it."
Deborah shook her head, letting out a long, slow sigh. It wasn't the first time that she'd had that rant; she'd turned down promotions to special units that would hunt down special crimes so that she could continue her little 'crusade,' as her family called it. It wasn't the first time that she had explained her passions to someone else.
But it was the first time that she'd gone so in-depth to anyone outside of the department or family. She didn't know why, and before she could ask, the dragon was talking again.
“I see. Have you found that your work has suffered, since the wars?"
“No sir. Other parts of the department have, I suppose, but I've been working as hard as I can. There are some days when the lack of official oversight has given me a chance to do a little bit more, but overall, it's been the same."
Wait…why did I say that? The times she had gone further, she'd always done something to make up for it later, but she'd never admitted it to anyone else.
“What have you done, outside of official oversight?"
“I've threatened several criminals. I've used myself as bait, occasionally. It draws out those that wouldn't really come after a normal cop."
Deborah's eyes went wide, and she slapped her hand over her mouth. No, that was something she had never told anyone. Not the police, not her partners, not even her family. Her eyes narrowed.
“What are you doing?"
“I want honest answers, Deborah. And I want complete answers, more to the point."
The overlord stood up, and she unconsciously took a step back as he towered over her. He looked down at her, and this time, his eyes seemed to trap hers.
“I want someone on my side, detective. I want someone on my side that will help take care of the city. All of it, from the top to the bottom, rather than someone that would stick to one part of it and make sure that they get the best of care, while the rest of the city gets nothing.
“From what you tell me, these 'hate crimes' are a good place to start. I would congratulate you for your new transfer, to the Soaring Sound Law Enforcement Squad, but I imagine that you aren't too talkative right now."
And she wasn't. Deborah tried to open her mouth, tried to talk, but everything suddenly felt so heavy. It took everything she had to keep standing, to keep looking into those swirling, white eyes…
The overlord took another step towards her, and this time she couldn't step back. Instead, she could only stand there as he undid her trench coat, pushing it off of her shoulders and letting it fall to the floor. She stood there as he looked over her, not lustfully – surprisingly – but measuringly.
“You are…a bit older, I admit, but you seem in good shape. But for this squad, I need you to be at the best you can be. And for that…For that, you'll have to say goodbye to your human form."
What…what does he…
Deborah didn't know. For that matter, Deborah couldn't think, only stare straight ahead into those eyes.
#
It hadn't taken much effort to get the detective's life story out of her. Despite her willpower, no one could resist his eyes when he turned them on another. Draconicon had held her gaze for perhaps twenty seconds the first time before she started talking about her life, about the different things that she had done, about her curiosity about the dragon overlords rather than implicit loyalty.
It had intrigued him, but not so much as her willingness to do what it took to get things done. Even beyond her willingness to use herself to draw out criminals rather than hunt them directly, she was someone that had a genuine drive to try and help people, no matter what it cost. She would need oversight, to ensure that she didn't go too far, but she would be a wonderful addition to his group.
“Drake, Joshua, what do you think? Should I leave her clothed when she changes, or should I take them off?"
“I think we should leave them on, Master."
“Yes. I think it'd be a bit more…respectful."
“You just want to watch her breasts break out of her clothes, don't you, Drake?"
“Well…yes."
Draconicon chuckled at the exchange, shaking his head as he turned back to the human. It was almost a shame to lose her, the way that she was. Her body was quite fine, and for human work, it was doubtlessly quite satisfactory. But for the things that he had in mind for her – and the duties that she would perform, off the clock – he had to give her something better.
He put his hand on her head, and the black fire spread from his fingers, running down her hair and over her neck. It sparked along her face, and rolled over her shoulders, pouring down her arms and her chest and her back. Spreading further and further, it carried his power with it, and soon, it manifested itself.
As he took his hand off of her curls, her hair started falling out. Only the roots were left behind, and they rapidly changed from the dark hair to something more multi-tonal. Black in some places, brown in others, short patches of fur began to grow in along her face, spreading down her forehead and along the sides of her head. As it sprouted along the back of her neck, her ears started to rise up along the sides of her head, coming to points and getting longer, thinner.
The further up they went, the darker her nose seemed to get, slowly pushing forward from her face, nudging outwards bit by bit. It carried her lips along with it, giving her a proper muzzle. The detective started drooling as her tongue got bigger as well, her teeth getting longer and sharper to go with it.
He held her up by her chin as she wobbled, the fur disappearing below the covering of her blouse. Draconicon counted the seconds. Three, two, one –
“Mmmmmmmm…"
A long, slow moan came from the human as her shirt started to stretch, getting tighter and tighter in the chest. He chuckled as her breasts pushed forward, getting heavier, the thin material getting more and more translucent as pressure was put on it. Already heavy mounds, the human equivalent of a c-cup, if he guessed right, grew bigger and bigger, passing the different levels of the alphabet.
The shirt began to rip, but not just in the chest. Muscles bulged down her sleeves, biceps growing and leaving her shirt not quite able to contain them. Her darkened nose flared, nostrils sucking in air faster as her transformation continued.
“She is taking to it quite well, isn't she?"
“Yes, Master."
“Better than I did, I think."
Draconicon nodded at Joshua's statement. Then again, Joshua hadn't been under this much hypnosis, either.
As her breasts finally bounced free of her shirt, tearing through it in the process, Draconicon was treated to the sight of the black mounds getting covered in a creamy brown fur. It was soft and short, and he stroked over them a few times, feeling her nipples swell and harden under his fingers.
Her belly tucked inwards, what little fat she had disappearing in seconds as it was consumed by the magic. As his fingers traced over that, he felt the muscles popping in, getting bigger by the second.
Yes, she would be strong. Strong, powerful, a hunter for criminals, but one that was reigned in so that she couldn't do too much to them, couldn't make herself too much of a target.
Her pants ripped, particularly around her rump. Draconicon turned her around, watching her pants fill out more and more, the rips exposing black flesh for brief moments before it was covered by fur. A short, clipped tail pushed itself free, wagging from side to side in rapid little motions as her rear kept growing and growing.
Soon, her pants couldn't take it anymore, and fell to shreds around her. Her legs were lean and strong already, muscles bunching up as they grew in power and stamina, outlined by the juices that were running down her legs already. The dragon's cock leaped up, and Draconicon smiled, stroking it to the smell of an aroused, needy female.
“Such a good girl."
Her tail wagging got faster at that, and he grinned as he heard the tell-tale rips of her last bits of clothes coming apart.
Looking down, he saw the splitting threads of her shoes. The laces burst as her feet grew too large to be contained, and blunted claws pushed free of the front of them, ripping through her running shoes in seconds. They kept on growing, getting wider and longer with each passing second, tearing the designer shoes to shreds.
“And so, Detective Deborah becomes Deborah the Doberman, Hunter of Hate."
His title for her did nothing to wake her, but her new sense of smell definitely found something she liked. Draconicon smiled as she slowly turned, her massive, slightly out of proportion feet bumping his own as she faced him, and then knelt. A long, eager canine tongue wrapped around his cock, pulling it into her mouth.
“She's so…eager, Master."
“Why's that?"
“I put one little thing into her. A means of control, I guess. Just like I put something in the two of you. But for her, she will go into heat around me. All I have to do is show up, and soon, she'll be able to think of nothing but sex."
It was a shame to do it, but he knew better than to give power without a means of disabling it if it was too much for someone. Drake wasn't so much of a worry, and neither was Joshua; their bodies weren't so strong as what he'd given Deborah. But nevertheless, they both had a different trigger that he could exploit, if needed.
But for now…for now, he would enjoy that eager tongue. He leaned back, sighing happily as his cock was slurped on, resting his hand on her head.
“Good girl…"
