this is a story i made some time ago so i'm submitting it as my first story. the first chapter has no yiff but the next chapters may get some you'll have to wait and see Tye and his new friends Chapter 1 A kid's new friends Things get weird when you live with only one other person your entire life thinking you've seen everything and yet you have that feeling that there's so much more out there but its kind of out of your reach. Does it make sense to say living with just your dad in this what he calls a mansion seems like its missing more than his significant other, Or is it just that Tye never left his house, ever, always been home schooled kind of weird but what do you expects his dads a freaking genius doubt he'd let his kid out to what could be a corrupted school system. Never really was the parent of the year he usually worked all day sometimes didn't come home for a few days at a time no wonder Tye was lonely. At least he grew up smart (using tech learning programs) and is becoming a decent programmer for the simulator and invention of his father. Seemed his loneliness led to a creation that kept him calm, a way to work out his problems, talk stuff out, even have a little fun when he got bored. A friend but not like him ... not human. Does it matter, he had something but at this point he didn't know there were more than just humans out there on earth being stuck inside all the time didn't help with that, but his dad knew, wonder why he never told him. But this isn't the best way to explain what happens to Tye during his little school break, lets start at the point just as the summer break began. * * *

Tye Hue Age 15 Species human Tanned skin, dark brown hair , brown eyes , average teen except of course being isolated being really smart and an aspiring programmer puts him a bit ahead of the game, but he wouldn't know, never had anyone to compare to. He's the son of the computer tech genius and mastermind behind the simulator Dr. Carlos Hue. He's human to of course but in his late 40s his son looks a lot like him but the docs just a lot taller and obviously more mature, and from all stress in his life a slight grey area in his hair near the back, but it seemed to suit him.

• * * Well now that intros are done for now let me tell you what happens. Tye wakes up as usual but today his alarm didn't go off, but he knew why, and he was a bit more upbeat today knowing there was no school for a while. He thought he might use today to see if he could spend a little time with his dad and if not he could always go see Dachii in the simulator. *dachii the friend he created to be more specific a talking flying blue dragon, even though dachii's small he's strong and still has a good humor.* He got on his short pants and zoomed down the stairs, he checked around most of the rooms on the first floor but heard no sign of his dad but he might be around some where. And at that time he thought to look out side to see if his car was still in his favorite shady spot, so he dashed to the window. But all he saw when he got there was the big tree without the car under it. He still questioned why his dad drove, they live on an island he could walk to the dock to get to work from the boat that's always there waiting. But what he didn't know was that today would be different, today his dad took the car for the reason of going to the other side of the island to the secret dock his son never really went to. * * * "where is that boat, it should be here by now" said Mr.Hue tapping his foot on the wood below. Then hearing a loud fog horn turns toward the source of the sound and thinks to him self ‘finally what the hell took them so long, I still have stuff to do today, I still have to go to work...' "Ahoy" said the captain of the ship "it's been a while since you asked me to use this dock, you trying to hide something Huey?" chuckling in a way only someone who lived at sea for years could. Mr. Hue giggled a bit but then returned to his composure "well I wanted to keep this a surprise, my kid's seems to be felling down lately and I thought I could get him back to his cheerful self again" "I see, well I better wake them up, they've been asleep since we hit the water. How long did you say they where staying here again? I need to know when to pick them up" "they'll be here for a week but that might change if they want to stay longer, they can but its up to there parents to you know, there parents are working on the project to so we'll be pretty busy." "so I should give you a call about it later then?" "yea now wake them up I still have to get to work after I let them in the house and get them settled." Said Mr. Hue opening the doors of the car. "all right all right, I'll get ‘em hold your horsepower,." * * * Meanwhile back at the house. ‘groan' "I missed him, how does he get up so early." Said Tye scratching his head. Then he thought ‘maybe I'll make some breakfast I'm getting hungry, then ill go see Dachii.' Walking off to the kitchen pressing the touch screen turning on the computer kitchen mate. "morning sir" came a robotic feminine voice from the speaker above. "what would you like to eat today, would you like the usual sir?" "yes please with extra cheese" "yes sir, bacon and cheese omelet with extra cheese and milk. Coming right up sir" Machines buzzing and whirring in the back ground as Tye turned on the mini TV in the kitchen to his normal shows even though there wasn't much on in the morning, he didn't care he was bored and still sort of half asleep. ‘ding' "your meal is finished sir, place dish in sink when you are done sir" said the femme computer voice. "thanks Teesh, I will." Tye takes his time eating, but when he was about done he heard the sound of a car door slamming out side. Getting exited he put the dishes quickly in the sink and rushed to the window but didn't see the car. That could only mean one thing the car was at the back door. Tye thought to himself ‘why would he be back there, something's up.' After that thought he rushed upstairs to put on better pants just incase his dad asked him to help him get something out of the car. * * * "come on you guys out of the car we're here, ... still a bit groggy huh? I'll get you guys something to eat when we get inside." Said Mr.Hue "alright we're getting out... what are we having to eat?" a still tired fox said while nudging the wolf next to him. "huh! Whoa! Where are we? ... oh right Mr. Hue's house" said the rather surprised wolf after being nudged by his fox friend, they opened the doors and headed toward Mr.Hue "wow! you got a huge house! Why did you want it on an island?" the wolf said A little chuckle came from Mr. Hue before he answered "well I wanted a little privacy it makes it easier to focus for even the hardest problems." After entering the door way at the back the three of them went to the kitchen to get a snack "you kids must be hungry after such a long boat ride what do you want to eat?" "some toast would be good I'm still a bit queasy, thanks for inviting us over for the week but are you going to be here during the week? Or is it just us while our parents are on the project?" a curios fox asked "ok you want some toast to?" Mr. Hue asked looking at the wolf. The wolf nods and Mr. Hue goes to get the food. He returns with two plates of toast and some butter and jam as he continues talking. "I won't be here for most of the week, remember I'm working on the project to, but you guys won't be alone my son's here to. That reminds me you guys should meet him if he's not here he's probably in his room. His room is on the second floor the first door on the left when you're done you should introduce yourselves." All of a sudden a loud beeping sound coming from Mr. Hue's phone went off alerting Mr. Hue that he had to leave. "hmmm alright guys I have to go to work now you guys can handle things on your own right? If you need anything use the computer over there" *points to screen on wall* "and if there is an emergency call the authorities or me mostly anything else that you might need to know is on the notice on the fridge, alright?" The two teens nod and Mr. Hue leaves and locks the door The wolf looks around rather seeming rather bored "so what now?" "weren't you listening we got to go meet his son first, plus I'm not done yet can't you wait?" "fine I'll wait ... his dad leaves him home alone think he's our age?" says the pondering wolf "guess so, lets go I'm done, he said his room was on the second floor." They start looking around for the stairs and after a few minutes of wandering the mansion they find it "this is such a huge house it need a map to find something geez!" * * * Pulling on his pants Tye notices something on his computer screen ‘a message from Dachii, wow he's awake early to ... oh wait he doesn't sleep ha ha...' Tye thought to himself. The message read "hey Tye finally done school Congrats to you. You going to go into the simulator today I figured out something about connecting to the rest of the house computer system but I need you to connect a few things on your end. See you there Tye -Dachii" "cool I should go check that out when I get downstairs." A few minutes passed as he went on with his morning routine in the bathroom connected to his room After he was done he jumped on his bed still thinking his dad might call him ‘is he still down there its kinda quiet maybe he just stopped to get something...' A few minutes later he heard a knock at his door ‘since when does dad knock, he normally just says he's coming in' was the first thing that came to his mind as the knob turned "anybody in here?" came an unfamiliar voice from the door as it swing wide open "HOLY SHIT!!!" Tye freaked and fell off the bed after seeing two of the strangest things in his entire life Standing in the door way was a grey timber wolf and dark orange brown fox wearing baggy pants and t-shirts like a normal teen but slightly taller than him. He had never seen anyone like them he knew there where people like them out there but he thought it was a joke that his dad made up because the only ones who ever visited the island were human and never really came up to talk to him. Tye was scared out of his mind but he quickly thought of a way of escape. The two at the door ran in to see if he was ok and at the second they were out of the door way Tye leaped over the bed and ran out the room and down into the simulator room shutting the door behind him and breathing heavily. The wolf started laughing after he saw the teen running out of the room but he then stopped when he saw the worried look on the fox standing next to him. "he ran away... I think you scared him, we should go find him he might've hurt himself from falling just now." "he's probably fine but your right we should find him we're going to be here for a week might as well get to know him while were here." They then went out into the hall looking around for Mr. Hue's son "lets not split up, it seems easy to get lost in a big house like this, this is going to take a while." said the fox scratching his head fur. * * * Down in the simulator room a panicked Tye typing like crazy on the keypad and then heading into the simulator. ‘who were they? and why were the in my house? What happened to dad?' was what was rushing through Tye's head at this point then he smiled as he saw Dachii in the simulated field waving at him for him to go under the tree. Tye ran there almost out of breath but hearing the voice of his friend calmed him down a bit. "hey Tye how're you doing? Whoa you're out of breath what happened?" said Dachii in his normal but still low voice "I'm fine but I'm still a bit freaked. Two people burst into my room this morning but they weren't human they were what I could make out standing furry animals, scared the crap out of me. I ran and came here thinking you could check the security cameras for me to find out who they are..." "sure Tye, I'll check right now." A large clear screen appears in front of them and pulls up the files from that morning's security cameras as Tye sat down by the tree. "Ah there they are!" Dachii points with his scaly claw to one of the records on the screen "it looks like they came in with your dad, I doubt they're hostile see your dad was talking to them in the kitchen, wanna hear the audio from part of it?" "yeah maybe it'll explain why there here" The screen then makes a sound then they hear this "thanks for inviting us over for the week" then some static and then more noise "probably in his room. His room is on the second floor the first door on the left when your done you should introduce yourselves." The sound ended there. "so my dad invited them I wonder why? Dang this is going to be awkward when I get out there... where are they now anyway?" said a slightly embarrassed Tye "I'll check" said Dachii tapping the screen and putting it to live camera feed and looking through different parts of the house. "there" Tye pointed to a block on the screen showing the two guests in a hallway on the first floor looking very confused. "I should probably go see them, if they're really not dangerous and the recording said they're here for a week... oh yea I almost forgot what was the thing you needed me to connect so you could connect to the home computer system?" Tye said while tried to stand up properly on the ground "you have to connect that program that I put in with the message I sent to the home system that way I can display my self on some of the open screens, won't that be cool you'll be able to see me even when your not in the simulator" "ok I'll upload the program after I meet up with these two ok." "alright I'll be here as usual, I'll see you later, maybe them to, are you going to let them into the simulator?" "maybe lets just see how this goes first. See you later Dachii." Then the whole area around Tye looked like it was collapsing and it returned to a white room and Tye walked off and opened the door into the computer area where the exit of the simulator room was. * * * "man, where is he? He could be anywhere" said a rather frustrated wolf "hmmm your right, lets head back to the kitchen maybe he'll end up walking by if he's hungry doubt he could hide forever without food." Said the fox who chuckled to himself as they turned around to head back to the kitchen. * * * Just as Tye left the simulator room he started to get hungry ‘well I might as well grab a snack, no point in trying an introduction on an empty stomach.' So he headed to the kitchen still looking out for the two guests in the house. As he was approaching the kitchen he heard talking so he started walking more quietly, as to take a peek before speaking. But just before he could step into the kitchen doorway the two of them stepped out first catching Tye off guard but this time he didn't run but they spoke before he could react anyway. "you trying to sneak up on us" said the wolf "stop trying to scare him, hi my name is Hyeed and this is Ferron. Your dad invited us over it seems are parents all seem to be working on the same thing." the fox said extending a paw out. Tye stood there for a sec trying to come up with a response. Then he came to his senses and shook the fox's paw which looked strangely more like a furry hand then an enclosed paw. Tye then said to both of them "yea I guess so, my names Tye by the way... sorry I freaked out earlier I've never seen anyone like you guys before." "what's that supposed to mean?" Ferron said while giving him a weird look "I think he means he's never seen other species before, am I right? Tye?" said Hyeed "you could say that" looking at his hands, looking a bit embarrassed. "I guess I can't say that anymore can I ... you guys hungry I was about to get something to eat myself." as he walked into the kitchen while Ferron and Hyeed followed. Tye pressed the screen and the femme voice from the speakers came up again "hello sir what would you like me to make for you?" Tye asked what they wanted and entered it into the computer, the food came out and they ate and chatted. They learned a bit about each other like there ages Ferron is 17 and Hyeed is 14, and interests the usual stuff. "so both of your parents are working on the project that my dads working on?" They both nodded. "that probably means that your staying here while the project's going on so your parents don't really have to worry about you... wow great plan ... when were done what do you want to do?" "I don't know want to play a game?" said Hyeed "sure why not" said Ferron sounding a little bored "uhhh ok what do you want to play I don't really have to much stuff to play with, but we do have pretty much the whole day to do stuff its only like 9 am." Tye said Slightly startled by this Ferron jumped up in his seat a bit "seriously it's that early no wonder I'm so tired." "did my dad tell you where your rooms are before he left? You should get your stuff and put it in there for now so you know where to go later." "I don't think he mentioned that, maybe its on that note on the fridge." Said Hyeed "well I'm done, I'll go check it out." said Tye getting up to move toward the fridge "it looks like you guys have an option you can pick your room but it has to be in the same hall as my room which is funny, there are only 3 rooms on that hall. Looks like you're in the guest rooms next to mine ands across from mine." "When you're done lets go pick your rooms" "ok" they both said simultaneously. They finished up and headed upstairs to the rooms with there bags in hand. "ok here's the first one" Tye said opening the door to the first room on the floor "and here is the other, which one do you guys want?" as soon as he opened the door to the second room Ferron blurted out the most obvious thing "they both look the same..." "well duh there guest rooms" said Hyeed walking into the first room placing his bags on the bed. "...right, I knew that..." putting his bags on the bed of the other room. They didn't notice as they entered the guest rooms that Tye had quietly entered his own room and was sitting at his computer. ‘why did Dachii have to use such a big file to make himself visible, this is going to take a while...' Tye thought as he started loading the program. "Hey Tye Where'd you Go!" came a yell from the hallway "I'm in my room guys!" Tye yelled back in response "hey what you doing?" asked Ferron "just loading something its going to take a while so I got to let it sit, but while its doing that what do we do?" Tye said "well you got a huge house, how bout hide ‘n seek, that'll be interesting." Hyeed suggested "yea sounds fun I'll start at being it you two go hide" Tye said while thinking up all the places in the mansion to hide. The two ran out of the room while Tye was left counting. Hyeed found a strange spot on the top shelf in a walk in closet on the third floor Ferron run outside and hid in a small space between the back door and porch. "...98, 99, 100! Ready or not here I come!" said Tye standing up out of the chair and heading toward the door. Tye went through most parts of the house that he thought he would hide in but didn't find anyone so he checked outside. He opened the back door rather quickly by the way and heard "OWWW!" "Ha I found ya now help me find Hyeed" The disoriented wolf groaned and then got up to go on the search for Hyeed. "maybe I can sniff him out." Ferron said while raising his nose Ferron sniffed around but couldn't pick the scent up "huh? That's weird I can't find him." Said the surprised wolf "then he's hiding in a place where his scent is disguised...hmmm I think I know where to go" as Tye finished saying this they heard a crashing sound coming from a higher floor. "that's got to be him lets go!" Tye said rushing to the stairs. They reached the third floor and went to where they heard the sound come from, the closet. As they opened the door they saw Hyeed on the floor "I I'm ok" rubs his head "I think" said Hyeed "wow I didn't think hide and seek would be so dangerous" said a slightly laughing wolf Hyeed picked himself off the floor and dusted himself off "yea I guess it is especially in a big house like this, how about we watch some TV instead?" said Hyeed walking toward them. They headed downstairs where the entertainment room had a huge screen mini theater size in the wall. As Ferron and Hyeed were gawking at the site Tye went to the shelf to pick out a movie "so how about this one guys?" * * * "download at 99%" came a mechanical voice "good almost done then I'll go check up on him, hope he's having fun." Came the low voice of Dachii "download complete" came the mechanical voice again "alright!" then the enthusiastic dragon jumped into the clear screen searching for where Tye was. * * * After a few movies mostly comedy spoofs and 5 bowls of popcorn the boys finally got up trying to figure out what to do next. "well that was fun, but I'm a bit tired of just sitting down and watching movies" said Ferron stretching himself out. Then a voice only Tye recognized came out of nowhere "hey Tye can you see me?" at that second Dachii appeared on the big screen startling Ferron and Hyeed. "whoa Dachii you're here the program finished loading that was faster then I thought." "who's that!" said Hyeed kind of shyly "this is Dachii you guys he's my digital friend that I made in the simulator." "simulator! You have one here?!" yelled Ferron "yea my dad invented those so of course we have one here." "think we could try it out, we could have played in there most of the time and we have the rest of the after noon its only like 3." Said Ferron "yea can we!" Hyeed said sounding excited "sure guys just let me get something fixed up on my computer first ok." "alright!" they both said and then high fiving "sounds fun, I can set up some stuff to do in here before you get here if you want." Replied Dachii through all the excitement. "ok meet you in there in a few minutes" said Tye before Dachii disappeared from the screen. Tye runs up to his room and closes the downloader and sets up a new window for something he was planning for later. After that Tye led Ferron and Hyeed to the simulator room "ok you guys go into that white room over there I have to contact Dachii before we go in." Tye said as he was typing on the keyboard in front of him. The two stepped in and waited for further instruction. As Tye stepped in the room grew dark for a moment and then a flash of light as it brought out there surroundings and detail. As the flash faded they where standing in a large open sports dome as Dachii flew in. "so you finally got here, how do you like this place?" said Dachii folding his wings back "this looks like a good spot for some sports, can you get the equipment Dachii?" "its right over there what are you playing first?" "it sounds like your saying your not going to join us you know it has to be even teams to play most games...so you going to stay" Tye said trying to convince Dachii of something. "of course I'll play, I wouldn't miss the chance to play with your new friends. Plus where else would I have to go..." Dachii said waiting from a response "right I should introduce you guys, Ferron, Hyeed this is Dachii like you saw on the big screen but now he's more... there." As Tye said this Dachii put out his claw to welcome the two After they shook "hands" they started a few games of baseball, basketball, and football against simulated computer teams. They were having a lot of fun seems they lost track of time before they knew it, it was almost midnight That's when Dachii said "you guys know its getting late. Tye you know your dad don't like it when you go to bed so late, even without school... you guys look tired anyway" "why? what time is it? How long have we been in here?" "its 11:58 should I shut down the system? We can always play again tomorrow" "wow it is late" said Hyeed yawning "ok Dachii shut down I'll see you tomorrow ok" said Tye waving goodbye "later" as Dachii said that the room went back to a white room the same way it always does and the trio walked out and headed upstairs. Ferron yawned as he said good night to them both walking into his room and shutting the door "that was a fun day, good night Tye" as Hyeed said this he closed the door and Tye walked into his own room almost to tired to go brush his teeth but he managed to anyway before collapsing onto his bed wondering what tomorrow would hold. * * * "good night Tye" said a floating dragon in cyber space as it zoomed off as if to do other things. * * * End of chapter one. Ok I know there isn't any yiff in it and its not to interesting yet but chapter 2 I add a little inspiration and then maybe a little action Please comment and constructive criticism I'd like to know what I should know for other chapters and stories
