It was a still day in the otherwise-busy country of Larkino. The news of Lord Zuberi's approaching army was enough to cause the very wind to stop as it blew lightly across the rolling hills. This could have been because King Foxx was visibly nervous as well. Rumors had flown across his area of rule like an apocalyptic wildfire. The main consensus was always the same. His dearest daughter, of 28 years, was heavily involved.

Princess Farelle was well known for her kind soul; as well as her beauty. A shorter-than-average vixen, with a slimmer-than-average body (but with slightly wider hips) and the softest fur in the land. She had won a great many potential suitors; but she had not shown interest in them. She could be concernedly innocent, not having realized her effects on the males that traveled far to seek her gentle hand. Indeed; her father had sheltered her, perhaps seven to nine years too long. She wore many elegant dresses and scarves; with the wind often gently pulling her flowing red hair. However much she hid it; surely she must have noticed the feminine purity which she embodied?

In any case; the reason for her absence from her father's court was confirmed before long. As the news had already spread among the people of Lord Zuberi's imminent arrival; King Foxx had been sent a letter from Zuberi himself. Once King Foxx had read it in the privacy of his study; there was a noticeable disrupt in his public appearances. The Larkinoans began to worry and prepare for the worst outcome. Had their King forsaken them? Was he planning to fight back against Zuberi? It was indeed; a darker weekend in Larkino. The panicked and depressed atmosphere was palpable. Then the day came when word arrived that Zuberi's Army was sighted just around the curve of the Nalic Mountain. Judgment Day had inevitably arrived.
